Thank you for fabulous and memorable stay!
2 things that could have been better - 1 of the 2 lifts wasn't working, and we weren't willing to pay £25.00 each for breakfast.
This hadn't put us off, and we would certainly book here again.

- Small shower and the water temperature is VERY unstable
Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
The response from the Manager (bald head) was less than unresponsive to say the least which was very disappointing from a Chained Restaurant.
Prezzo you need to up your game when it comes to customer service and worryingly hygiene.
Service was professional and the food excellent.
I was admirably served by Regi.
