Great stay, room with a view was excellant, large bed and tv, clean and tidy. Cocktails in the bar was a highlight, as sat over looking the bridge was stunning, cosy and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel

The views from the Tower Bridge room were absolutely stunning; the hotel's overall ambiance exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was decent, with no major oversights. The facilities were standard—not super modern, but perfectly adequate for basic needs. The staff were friendly, responsive, and patient when I had questions. It was a good experience for a solo traveler, especially recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the Tower Bridge scenery.

Great location in District 1, very convenient and only a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The room was a bit small, though.

The rooms are well-equipped, the environment is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very rich, and the front desk staff are very helpful. This is truly a top-tier hotel in London. There are many beautiful sights near Tower Bridge that attract tourists.

Great location, right by Tower Bridge. The lobby service was good, and the self-check-in was very convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast selection wasn't very wide.

The location absolutely good and service was not so good i can say 3/5 and ambience was best.

Environment: I booked a Tower Bridge view room, but the first room we were assigned had a significant part of the iconic view completely blocked. When we contacted the hotel to switch rooms, we were left waiting until 8 PM for a new room. The front desk staff's service felt quite selective and unhelpful.
Cleanliness: The bathtub was absolutely filthy! Something was overflowing from it – truly disgusting. I couldn't get through to housekeeping. I managed to flag down a cleaner in the hallway who just wiped it with one of our room towels and left without replacing it, then disappeared.
Facilities: The AC system for the entire building was broken; only fans were available. Again, customer service was unreachable; I spent half an hour on hold for this issue.
Good luck to future guests 🍀; on a positive note, after finally getting a new room, I did get to see the Tower Bridge open the next morning.

The hotel is perfectly located and easy to reach. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes located nearby. The best view from the window is guaranteed no matter where your room is located: river or marina side.

The location of this restaurant is the best thing it has. It's located in a small harbour, very beautiful and quiet. You can see it while you eat, since the restaurant has big glass walls/windows and also tables outside. It is decorated like a Parisian café. The food is not bad, but not the best I've tried, average (which doesn't mean bad). Eggs Benedictine for brunch were good. I had a crêpe another day for lunch and it was fine but not what I expected. The service is slow.

We discovered this place after visiting the Tower of London and were delighted with the excellent food and service. (Try the onion soup) A special thanks to our server, Franceseo D'Angelo and others who took good care of us on a rainy day. We would definitely recommend Cafe Rouge at the waterfront at St Katharine Docks.

Awful!! We went to the upper part of this restaurant and sat down to be served by a waiter who had no idea what he was doing, asking me how I wanted my chicken to be cooked!!! Bad sign already.
We asked to move as we were getting cold sat outside. Fine. As I walked in I could see my meal sat under the hot light, I had ordered a chicken Caesar salad...
after 20 minutes of being at our new table, I was given a sweaty salad, with cold chicken and croutons and sauce out of a packet and my partner was given a slither of overdone cold steak and cold chips. We complained and asked for a different steak, one came out 15 minutes later cold and rubbery again. Finally giving in we spoke to a waitress who said nothing could be done. We asked for the bill so we could just leave. Our 2 drinks and 2 meals came to £55, paying £18 for a steak and £17 on a salad which I could have got better for £2 at a supermarket.
Still giving us no money off, we spoke to the manager who took 20% off. We paid but were not happy. Awful customer service and you need a new chef.
