Staff were fantastic but problem with Cc payment. Charged twice and we could not get a refund from hotel. My husband was given head office details and had to do all the work himself to get the second payment refunded through barclaycard no apology despite several emails to head office. Disgusting service.

This is the 3rd time that we stayed at a premier inn. The service is always excellent. The staff makes you feel at home. We really recommend it because we couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks a lot for helping us out to enjoy our holiday.

Fabulous staff. You lady on the bar was a delight and helped me out booking an uber taxi whuch i had never done before. Couldnt have done enough for us. Clean and tidy room. Excellent location for the Royal Albert Hall.

The stay was mediocre. The room we were given originally had a really poor heating system that didn't heat the room, noisy nearby plumbing that sounded like a bath being emptied every 20 minutes and a leaky gutter that constantly dripped outside the single glazed window. All credit to Premier Inn, the did change out room when we asked. We have stayed in multiple Premier Inns around the country and are usually very pleased, but this one was lacking in too many areas to give it a good review. I'd recommend spending a few extra pounds and finding somewhere nicer.

The exterior of the hotel may be one of the worst I've seen. A converted office block. It's seem better days. Areas of the hotel are uncared for and not in the best shape. Initially, the room we were given had very weak air con and a broken flush. Eventually after some issues the manager moved us to an accessible room as my wife struggles currently with her mobility. I have to point out the female manager (if she wasn't the manager she should be) who helped us went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and made our stay memorable because of that personal touch. The food was good as it always is at Premier inn. The hotel is well located close to tubes and opposite a bus stop going towards West London. The road and area is leafy with nice shops and cafes and despite the ugly exterior the 12 floors offer great views of the city. We would use this hotel again and enjoyed our stay overall.

Sam at the desk was lovely. Rooms are a bit tired but Sam made our arrival very pleasant. 5 out of 5 stars for his service !!!

We ordered sharing platter for 2 after we ate soup waiter ate to tell us on platter should be 2 golabki but they run out so will be vegetarian we asked whats vegetarian he said I donno rice? Food is okay but nothing special to pay for this all £61 def too much

A streamlined menu which works well. However the restaurant suffers from the age-old problem: understaffing. Whilst the staff on duty try their best there is clearly a needs for more at busy times.

Great customer service, delicious traditional Polish food and friendly atmosphere. If you want to taste some good Polish food, you should try some of this meals. Highly recommended

I must be in a minority because I found a prompt and helpful service. Buy one get one free made it good value. Pizza was very good; just the thing for a hungry family getting back late from a West End show and most local restaurants already shut.

Pizza arrived cold and hard. I never make complaints but this one time I felt the need to go out of my way and actually give this branch a bad review. Staff on the phone were rude and the pizza was like it was made by someone who doesn't like their job. I contacted pizza hut and they didnt even get back to me. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Nice helpful staff, but if you're not into fizzy drinks, the lunch deal is not as competitive as it seemed on the window ad, when compared with the other lunch offers available locally
