Choosing One Aldwych Hotel for my girlfriend's birthday celebration was a wonderful experience that far exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Selina from the reservations department for her patient assistance with the birthday decorations during the initial communication process, and a special thank you to Hannah from the guest experience department for the beautiful birthday balloons – the...
The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room. Andrew the porter is 5 Stars and all our thanks to Hannah in guest relations for planning the most amazing stay! Don't forget to check out the spa too.
We enjoyed our stay at One Aldwych tremendously! The hotel made such nice welcoming gestures- - such as books as gifts, thoughtful notes, free mini bar items including snacks, champagne, wine and sodas on the house. The rooms are comfortable and elegant and the corner suite is perfect for families. The staff including all the bellmen, Milan and Hannah at the front desk and the concierges, Alan Vieira...
Everything was amazing. Clean, comfortable, great views and location. Lobby bar festive and fantastic. Pool fab. Personal, wonderful service - thank you! Will definitely be back.
We cant rate this hotel highly enough, everything was pefect from start to finish. The corner suite was amazing with its own xmas tree and amazing views of London life, the staff and managment were amazing with personal touches throughout our stay. One Aldwich fully deserves its rating as one of Londons finest hotels.
Great hotel in the heart of the theatre district. Room was great, staff was helpful and friendly, room service breakfast was delicious.

The service at The Lanesborough is absolutely exceptional. As good as I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travel. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Great location in the city, excellent service. I highly recommend it.
Amazing place, food and service. Each of the three courses was delicious. The service impeccable. Great chandeliers!
Visited the Lanesborough hotel for the Bridgeton afternoon tea. It was such a lovely time with delicious sandwiches, scones and sweet treats all themed. The tea was fresh, hot, sweet and spicy. They offered a gluten free menu which was presented beautifully. The service was spot on and the hotel is dreamy. The best time definitely recommend this place for an elegant yet relaxed tea in London.
One of the finest hotels in Europe. We travel quite a bit and this hotel really stands out. We have stayed here several times and it always amazes us. From the moment you walk in you are treated as if you are visiting royalty. We had a large beautiful room overlooking Hyde Park. In the morning we could watch the Royal Household Cavalry ride by on their way to the changing of the guard. The hotel...
Very good wedding dinner and stay but lost a mark from us because the Lanesborough spa was really disappointing. The pool and steam rooms were both closed for maintenance for a whole week which was so disappointing. We weren't told about that in advance. When you're paying over £800 per night you have super high expectations so to have basically no spa facilities available was sad. The staff also...

Excellent hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, room size, restaurant and location! It’s my go to whenever I’m in London!
Beautiful hotel.Very clean room.We love it!!!
Wonderful hotel, good service at spa, bar, front desk, door, and great facilities. Personally not a fan of the restaurant for breakfast, which was disappointing both days I tried it, both for food and service. But overall, a great luxury property in a location that needs it, and to which I will again return.

The room was beautifully designed and decorated. Hot dog from room service was great!
The room was quite noisy in the middle of the night. Even though the disturbance only lasted for a few seconds, it was enough to wake me up and prevent me from falling back asleep. Some of the facilities feel a bit dated. Overall, it was just an okay experience. However, the service was very good, and everyone was polite and courteous.
The service from the male front desk staff lacked warmth.
The room facilities were excellent overall. The only minor drawback was the à la carte breakfast, priced at £35 per person. It was quite ordinary, so you might find better options outside. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the Underground, and Big Ben is also within easy walking distance.
Stayed twice in a short period of time Advantages: - Central location - Large and comfortable room, air conditioning and heating are very useful, flowers, fruits, chocolates and juice are provided - My companions had difficulty walking for a few days, and the hotel also prepared a gift box with muscle relief cream, snacks and poker (?) - Friendly concierge service - Generally quiet at night, only...

Really enjoyed our overnight stay. We wished we had stayed longer. Was easy to get too from London Euston & was pleasantly surprised with our hotel room, did get a little too hot at times, but i prefer that than to being too cold. All in all, very cosy. Wonderful staff & a relaxed atmosphere. Defo staying longer next time. Great value for money, for a change!
Great hotel, modern but also classy. Good location. Nice atmosphere
Gorgeous room. My favourite place to stay in the City. 2 mins from Liverpool St station and 3 mins from Moorgate Station.
Staff were amazing and very welcoming. They really did great job. The room was clean, definitely recommended
Large doors without actual handles are anxiety inducing and get stuck often, we had to practically bash our way into our room. We checked out early and went to a Hilton instead; the staff offered us credit for the remaining nights as it was pre-paid for on *******, however they were unwilling to work with ******* on refunding the remaining nights.
The whole stay from beginning to end was wonderful, the staff, the room, the gym. We’ll definitely be back again.

I had a pleasant time here at radisson blu by canary wharf. Roman and other staff were very accommodating and friendly especially that new male staff member with long curly hair in a bun he was very informative and nice, more than greatful to the staff and definitely will be coming back here!
I would recommend it but we had a 3 bedroom one and the 3rd bed as separate one, that was very small in size and not that comfortable.
the only way i could be happy with my hair right about the time i was in college was if my parents had to go back and look for a new job to get it
The hotel was a good location. Staff member that we were greeted by was lovely. The hotel room was dirty which was a shame. There was dust everywhere. Very dissapointed as the room wasn’t cheap and definetely wasn’t expecting it to be like it was. Still waiting for a response from the manager.

Fantastic service from Jan at the bar, really friendly and made us all feel very welcome. All staff have been brilliant
The transportation is convenient and I also took a run.
Great location, and friendly staff, but lacks of facilities the room is old, and the water pressure of the shower and tap is weak.
The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The bus is right outside the door, and the subway and train station are very close, about a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient to various attractions. The London Tower is near the hotel, a 10-minute walk. The room is very clean, the only drawback is that the shower water is not adjustable.

Fantastic location and great staff. Wonderful ensuite bathroom and great bed
The hotel is perfectly located and an easy walk to shopping, dining and theaters. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We had a superb stay.
We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely!

The hotel has a great location in a top residential area. We were able to explore the city by underground or even on foot. The hotel is very stylish and elegantly furnished. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still set to summer in January, and it took two days for the service to get our room warm again. Definitely not 5-star service.
Quite hard to find the hotel if it is your first time here. Everything is good especially the restaurant downstairs.
Peaceful and refreshing stay at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens! The hotel has a calming atmosphere with thoughtful design, eco-conscious touches, and friendly staff. Nestled in a quiet location yet close to everything—an ideal retreat in London.
Overall, the hotel is lovely and pleasant to stay. However, the twin bed near the bathroom is sunken for some reasons. As we returned to London on 29 May and stayed at different room and we had the sunken bed again.
First time traveling to London with friends and I booked a room at the Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The location was perfect...about 4 blocks from Paddington Station, which made it very easy to get to. I was at Haymarket for a swim and dine session for 12 people (6 adults and 6 kids) and the whole experience from booking to leaving was seamless and well thought out. Staff were ultra friendly and accommodating. The pool area photos are accurate - if anything it's even nicer in person. Thanks again for a great time. (The location is really nice and central as well). E
Perfect situation. Very nice staff, except one waiter who brings the hot drinks during the breakfast, rude. The other ones are adorable. The rooms are very nice with a tasty decoration. The Bentley is always is an easy choice for us, the attractive building and interiors are luxurious and the bedrooms and bathrooms we've had were comfortable and spacious. The location to food and transport is perfect for getting around London.
Great room, and there was a language barrier as most of the staff were from India and had heavy accents.
Big rooms. Well-appointed. Quiet. Very close to Gloucester Station. Great location.
The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were ok. The only aspect that let the room down was the mattress was quite hard. Other than that my second stay at the Bentley was brilliant. A small refurb would make it spectacular! Staff were very friendly and always available to help.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The rooms were not clean—carpets badly stained, shower door not clean, shower and bath faucets were in poor condition and not clean.

We sadly only had one night at The Cadogan, but it felt like we had been there many times before! The rooms, food, and all areas of the hotel were 5 star quality, and even better than one could expect. But the standout feature for me was the genuine friendliness of the staff. We were especially impressed by the room's timeless elegance, where modern sophistication meets traditional charm. The décor is thoughtfully curated, with exquisite attention to detail evident throughout both the room and the restaurant. Equally remarkable is the warmth and unwavering attentiveness of the staff, whose dedication enhances every aspect of the guest experience.
My wife Chloé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cadogan, and it was truly one of those rare hotel experiences that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. The Cadogan is truly a luxury 5 star hotel. We have stayed in other Belmond locations before, and the Cadogan was exactly what you would anticipate from a Belmond. The staff is great! The location is good! Will book again in the future
The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very nice breakfast, although some some of the extras should be inclusive with the booked breakfast as well. One point of attention for us large Dutchies is to have a hook or two on the door or wall behind it for coats and / or towels to create a bit more space.
Breakfast to be improved Really not nice that breakfast is not buffet, you have fixed fruit plus one hot meal to be ordered. Any sweet need to be paid. This is not making any sense considering the whole room price. Reception is kind, pleasant environment, noisy floors when someone is walking above your floor. But please, fix the breakfast!
Was put in a room with No Windows, but there was no mention of this during the booking process. Rooms are also VERY small
Could be great, but improved systems required Room was compact but comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the service at reception seemed very disjointed and the check in process was very slow and tedious. Overall a good stay, but mainly due to the beds being very comfy rather than the overall service. If things can be streamlined a bit this could be a great hotel.
Ok stay, strange hotel room which was back behind the reception, no mention when booking the room that it would be bottom floor with frosted windows, very dark and gloomy with a teeny tiny bathroom. Checking in took a while, other guests complaining about the frosted windows. Ok for one night as needed to be closer to Paddington station but wouldn’t stay again.
