Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London. Was a very comfortable stay.

Sofitel London St James is centrally located in Piccadilly Circus. It is convenient to get to everywhere. The tube station is very close, providing access to the Piccadilly line as well as Bakerloo lines. Technically you can go from Heathrow to the hotel almost painlessly on Piccadilly line (if u avoid the working traffic) The building is a classic, the design is modern and very well maintained. It...

Samantha is truly one of the best Jumeirah has ever had. She demonstrates genuine care for guests’ feelings and their overall perception of the hotel, always ensuring they feel completely comfortable throughout their stay. She is also highly attentive to guests’ special occasions and makes a sincere effort to celebrate these moments with them, not only as a Jumeirah hotel employee, but as a true ambassador...
Kim provided exceptional service during our stay at the Jumeirah Carlton Hotel. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made our experience truly enjoyable. Her dedication and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Kim, for the great service.
I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks for the exceptional hospitality and warm welcome I received during my stay at your outstanding hotel on 5 November 2025. The experience was truly more than wonderful in every way from the moment I arrived until my departure. The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail made my visit unforgettable. I am particularly grateful for...
Very nice hotel. The service is impeccable! Some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Location is great. Memorable trip.
The New Year’s Eve event at Jumeirah Carlton London was simply spectacular. Impeccably organized, with outstanding food and vibrant music, the evening flowed effortlessly. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the unmistakable buzz and elegance that Jumeirah is known for. A truly memorable and stylish way to welcome the New Year. ✨
Quite simply, the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was nothing less than exceptional. The room was very tastefully decorated, and all of the amenities in the room were top-class. The turn-down service was so thorough and thoughtful too; the small touches don't go unnoticed.

We stayed here a few years ago now, (just a month before the first Covid lockdown) and remember it being a pleasant stay with a large room with everything we needed, decent dining facilities and friendly customer service. Great location within short walking distance of Shepherds Bush tube station, and handy to Westfields and TV Centre.
Stayed here in 2021 in the suite (I edited errors in my review so says Sept 2024) . Lovely, spacious room with a lovely interior design. Overall very comfortable room choice. However, the room is not in its best standard. For example, there was ash between the window ledge (pretty shocking) and the toilet seat wasn’t securely fixed to the wall (very unfortunate and uncomfortable for me). Additionally...
We have been staying at this hotel at each visit in London since 2002 and every time I felt like I was coming home. Great staff and breakfast never let me down. I love the spacious gym and lots of machines to do your workout with. Rooms are great and modern. I truly recommend it.
I recently stayed at the K West Spa Hotel in London. The receptionist upgraded us to an executive room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The hotel is located in a good area, close to Shepherd's Bush Underground Station and Westfield shopping mall. There are also a number of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at the hotel...
Loved my stay! Stayed the night with the Spa time package. Room was spacious, only slight problem was the TV started glitching after 11pm. The food in the evening and breakfast was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing and also had the scrub and massage by Julia. She was lovely, professional and great technique! Would definitely go again!
It was a great spa, the first I've been to in months, and I had everything I needed. The snow room was fantastic, and the snow was actually really clean. The steam room and sauna were fantastic, and the pool had plenty of chlorine, but just enough for what you need in an hour.

Excellent hotel, cool modern vibe with large comfortable rooms in an excellent position only 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden.
Excellent clean and tidy room with nearby location to major attractions
Very nice central hotel and got a free upgrade 😊 Good choice for breakfast and nice spa too.
One of the best hotels ive been to! The team were amazing!
The staff at this hotel were without exception, superb. Helpful, accommodating and friendly in all the departments. Location is excellent with a great bus service practically outside the doors or it’s a pleasant 15/20 mins walk to Covent Garden, Soho, etc. Only criticisms are regarding the rooms which are a bit too warm overnight with no way of regulating the system, and have very poor lighting

A very accommodating hotel, would highly recommend! The only downside was the price was slightly extortionate for what they offer, however, the staff were very friendly & helpful. We have just come home from a last minute two night stay at the Crown Plaza. We like to take the children to London for days out and often book another hotel in the Docklands area but tried the Crown Plaza for a change as it had a pool and a slightly better room set up for us (plus parking) and we were so pleased we did. Came to London for a last-minute business trip with a friend. The room was quite new and a decent size, but the soundproofing was a bit poor.
The room was very spacious, clean, and well-decorated, and the bathroom was also excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, and the supermarket is a seven-minute walk away. It's a quiet area with fewer people around.
The apartment offers good value for money, and the location is quite convenient. Although parking costs extra, there are plenty of spots available.
Almost perfect as wrote. Two problems of housekeeping to be solved: a broken tap and a “ screaming” bathroom door.
Absolutely loved this hotel, it offers fantastic value for money. The staff were incredibly kind and spent a long time playing with my child, even treating them to a chocolate goodie bag. My child now insists on staying here every time we visit London! The location is super convenient and feels very safe. Thumbs up! 🍾🍾🍾 Marriott really delivers on its promise. Highly recommend it to everyone.
The room didn't have a heater, and you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers as the hotel doesn't provide them. The restaurant on the first floor served pretty tasty food. Housekeeping was also very diligent, changing the soap daily.

The hotel's location is great, near Buckingham Palace and not far from Victoria. It's a bit small but very charming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It has a stylish vibe. pretty good spot to be in london especially this area londons still new to me
Hotel was clean. Small things are big things - such as having refreshing ginger drink and a hand towel at the elevator waiting area.
The lowest category room is VERY SMALL. And the “city view” is not a city view but instead it is an inner “courtyard” view which basically means facing a wall. The rooms facing the park are lovely, but the other rooms are really awful
