Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London. Loved my stay! Stayed the night with the Spa time package. Room was spacious, only slight problem was the TV started glitching after 11pm. It was a great spa, the first I've been to in months, and I had everything I needed. The snow room was fantastic, and the snow was actually really clean. The steam room and sauna were fantastic, and the pool had plenty of chlorine, but just enough for what you need in an hour.

Came to London for a last-minute business trip with a friend. The room was quite new and a decent size, but the soundproofing was a bit poor.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-decorated, and the bathroom was also excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, and the supermarket is a seven-minute walk away. It's a quiet area with fewer people around.

The apartment offers good value for money, and the location is quite convenient. Although parking costs extra, there are plenty of spots available.

The room didn't have a heater, and you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers as the hotel doesn't provide them. The restaurant on the first floor served pretty tasty food. Housekeeping was also very diligent, changing the soap daily.
