10/10 experience absolutely loved this hotel and location 

The service was very good. The front desk helped with a lot of luggage. The location and transportation were very convenient.

It's very good. There are stations, several supermarkets and chain cafes nearby. Although it's not in the city center, it's not far from anywhere. You can reach many famous attractions in ten minutes. Overall, I will stay here again.

London hotels have a common problem, expensive and small, a very ordinary hotel, but generally quiet and ok to sleep. Breakfast is ordinary and ok, hotel service is ok, if you ask, they will be very nice to help you answer.

Great location with various eateries and groceries nearby. Close to train station and buses. comfortable and clean room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Carpet was a little sticky in room when we arrived but it got better after housekeeping came twice.

Fantastic hotel - superior room was spacious and clean. Spa is the best in London and can’t wait to come back. One thing to mention is that you get charged 5% discretionary room charge without much explanation on checkout - surprised given how expensive the hotel is. Also a little disappointed to have been chased to checkout 30 mins before checkout time

Everyone at The Dilly was super helpful and friendly, we visited for my birthday. The room was lovely - reception and concierge staff were excellent.

This is a five star hotel that needs to improve its standards. Very disappointed for the super high prices paid. One of the most expensive hotels in London n probably around the world. I stayed for four nights during Christmas season. The breakfast buffet is good with options of hot food and salad. There is a gym and poor that I didn’t try but I always see other guest swimming. The room is modern style with deemed light. There is not much in mini bar but enough for us.

Great hotel. Brilliant location and staff

Staying at a Hilton generally doesn't disappoint. The breakfast offered a small selection of Chinese dishes, which was a nice surprise, though nothing exceptional. A real bonus was having several Chinese restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The location is also quite good, with many nearby attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away.

From entering until leaving the standard of service is unsurpassed. Delightful and welcoming Front of House make you welcome from the start and provide information about an iconic building and all it's interesting history. The room was quiet, and there was welcome fruit. The front desk staff were professional and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very good experience. If I weren't in a rush, I would have stayed longer and would definitely come back again.

I’m a regular business traveller and this hotel is perfect. Good location. Good service. It’s close enough to the main Oxford Street by foot, and 5 min walking distance from Bond Street tube station, 20 min by car to Marylebone train station. 8 min by drive to Mayfair. Can’t ask for more really!

In a city that has so many overpriced hotels, The Marylebone is by far, the best VFM. Its location, service, staff, everything is excellent. I love going there.

Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away. For this price in my home country, I could stay in a luxurious, high-end hotel. But in London, you shouldn't have such high expectations. The value for money isn't great, but then again, you can't be too demanding when you're abroad.

The location is great as it is right on Liverpool street tube and rail station. Room design is trying to be chic modern but the fixtures are starting to look worn out. The room I had looked inside the courtyard and was dark. And the shower floor was very slippery so had to be careful. With the price don’t think i will stay here again. There are other options also close to Liverpool street.

Had a fantastic stay at Andaz, facilties were great, very lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast time was a bit chaotic- waitress took coffee order and forgot, then asked another member of staff, they too forgot, finally asked again and after almost 20 mins coffee got delivered, however wrong order. Took over 10 mins for eggs to be served at table.

The rooms are quite small. We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great. Service workers are pretty proper, except for when I called the first time and waited on hold for 10 minutes. The front desk person picked up the phone and hung up on me. The room was decent. The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye.

I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good. The butler team will contact you via WhatsApp during check-in to respond to your needs at any time. Had breakfast at Collins Room and every dish was a hit. On the pricey side but you won’t mind once you’re stuffed. Food from room service was also really good. Staff are polite and helpful. Concierge came through with Beyoncé tickets at the very last minute (sadly didn’t get his name). A stones throw away from Harrods. Hot stone massage at the spa was exceptional!

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also quite spacious (although the room I was initially given did not meet the requirements of the room reservation). The room facilities are acceptable.

I booked a hotel for one night before visiting my sister. The service was very good. They asked me if I needed a late check-out service. They also helped me upgrade the room type. If I needed a newspaper for the day, it would be delivered to the room. It was a pity that I didn't experience the spa. If I had to point out a shortcoming, it might be that my room had no window.

We decided to use the spa facilities but unfortunaely the swimming pool was closed . We used the sauna and steam room and decided to come back the following morning to use the pool. We love this hotel! Location is walkable to Battersea Power Station and really close to the park. Amenities are well maintained as well. Our only complain is only 1 lift was working during our stay. But the rest are perfect.
