10/10 experience absolutely loved this hotel and location
The service was very good. The front desk helped with a lot of luggage. The location and transportation were very convenient.
It's very good. There are stations, several supermarkets and chain cafes nearby. Although it's not in the city center, it's not far from anywhere. You can reach many famous attractions in ten minutes. Overall, I will stay here again.
London hotels have a common problem, expensive and small, a very ordinary hotel, but generally quiet and ok to sleep. Breakfast is ordinary and ok, hotel service is ok, if you ask, they will be very nice to help you answer.
Great location with various eateries and groceries nearby. Close to train station and buses. comfortable and clean room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Carpet was a little sticky in room when we arrived but it got better after housekeeping came twice.

Fantastic hotel - superior room was spacious and clean. Spa is the best in London and can’t wait to come back. One thing to mention is that you get charged 5% discretionary room charge without much explanation on checkout - surprised given how expensive the hotel is. Also a little disappointed to have been chased to checkout 30 mins before checkout time
Classic old money style hotel, quite good
The room is big. The breakfast is good and rich. There is also Chinese food.
Expensive for a reason, old money style, money is king, service matches value
Great hotel. Nice location and has good facilities for work and a spa.
Will stay there every time in London

Everyone at The Dilly was super helpful and friendly, we visited for my birthday. The room was lovely - reception and concierge staff were excellent.
Staff were very friendly, bed was very comfy and as the room was a birthday gift the hotel kindly decorated the room with celebratory bunting on their own accord - a very welcome gift
Great location, great service. Worth the price, breakfast was delicious.
Amazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a...
This is a five star hotel that needs to improve its standards. The TV in the room switched on and off throughout the night, noise insulation needs improvement as you can hear the traffic noise outside, I forgot my charger and cable for my IPhone USBC , no in room solution offered, when I spoke to reception they told me the only option was to charge at reception. This is not the 5 Star experience I...
Very disappointed for the super high prices paid. One of the most expensive hotels in London n probably around the world. However, not anything close to the service provided by many other 4 or 5 star hotels. I believe many other 3 star hotels or even smaller boutique hotels can do better! No toothbrush / toothpaste or other amenties (like shower cap, cotton buds in room! I have to call more than once...

We had a wonderful time staying at The Savoy. All the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Thomas, Roland, Ines and Belinder for their warmth, attention to detail and professionalism. I look forward to my next visit.
One of the best hotel stays I’ve had anywhere in the world. The service is exceptional, warm, natural and consistently at the highest level. The location is unbeatable and the river views from the suite are something special. Housekeeping was immaculate and every interaction with the team felt effortless and genuinely welcoming. Truly Excellent – Best Place for Special Events The Savoy is really and truly excellent—one of the best places for hosting or attending special events. From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious, organised, and perfectly managed. The atmosphere is elegant, the décor is stunning, and every detail reflects class and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience, especially with the events...
We have recently enjoyed an overnight stay at The Savoy to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. Whilst it might be expected that a hotel of its calibre would demonstrate exemplary service in all areas, it does not always mean that it is demonstrated. We would, however, like to congratulate the hotel on exceeding our expectations in all areas. We were warmly greeted by Ayesha on our arrival...
After enjoying a wonderful night at the theatre in London, we headed to The Savoy for a drink. We arrived rather late at the American Bar and without a reservation. Peter, the host, welcomed us with remarkable warmth and offered us an excellent table. Although the kitchen had already closed, the lovely young woman who served us proved to be a true hostess. She seemed to “read” our appetite and, with...

Very good hotel I will come again
The hotel is clean and in a very good location. The prices are a little high. The room phone was broken.
The scenery is also very good. Very good and very satisfied. 👍
Why give it half a star for service! It's simply outrageous! A waiter suddenly broke into the room at around 9pm local time? We two girls were lying on the bed, browsing our phones and getting ready to go to sleep, both wearing only tops. Suddenly I jumped out of bed and asked who he was and why he came in! Lovely staff and excellent services. Breakfast was amazing. My little girl enjoyed the fox trail.
I stayed for four nights during Christmas season. The breakfast buffet is good with options of hot food and salad. There is a gym and poor that I didn’t try but I always see other guest swimming. The room is modern style with deemed light. There is not much in mini bar but enough for us.
the location takes a little bit walk to the underground station. And the dust in the room is a bit annoying
Room: Double family room, very spacious and comfortable. We could easily open three suitcases. The bathroom was also very large. Cleanliness: Cleaned promptly every day. Great hotel. Brilliant location and staff
Staying at a Hilton generally doesn't disappoint. The breakfast offered a small selection of Chinese dishes, which was a nice surprise, though nothing exceptional. A real bonus was having several Chinese restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The location is also quite good, with many nearby attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away.

The room was quiet, and there was welcome fruit. The front desk staff were professional and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very good experience. If I weren't in a rush, I would have stayed longer and would definitely come back again.
The room was excellent, situated on the very side of the hotel with a large balcony—a truly luxurious feature next to Hyde Park. The top-notch hotel service goes without saying; a stay here would be an unforgettable experience.
The service was impeccable and they were incredibly responsive to all requests. The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station and nearby attractions. The hotel's dining options are also outstanding. All the rooms feature smart controls, which is a really great touch. Highly recommended!

Great location to go to London bridge and borough market. It is in east London. New building so modern fittings. Great service.

Always stay here excellent gem in Marylebone difficult to fault
I’m a regular business traveller and this hotel is perfect. Good location. Good service. It’s close enough to the main Oxford Street by foot, and 5 min walking distance from Bond Street tube station, 20 min by car to Marylebone train station. 8 min by drive to Mayfair. Can’t ask for more really!

The room had a very comfortable and quiet two-meter-wide bed. The hotel's food was also great, and they offered dinner and drinks in the evening at a reasonable price.
We stayed in the last week of the year, through new years'. The good: superb location, short walk from multiple train stations and walking distance to a few attractions (St Paul's, Borough Market, Tate Modern). For this price in my home country, I could stay in a luxurious, high-end hotel. But in London, you shouldn't have such high expectations. The value for money isn't great, but then again, you can't be too demanding when you're abroad.
The location is great as it is right on Liverpool street tube and rail station. Room design is trying to be chic modern but the fixtures are starting to look worn out. The room I had looked inside the courtyard and was dark. And the shower floor was very slippery so had to be careful. With the price don’t think i will stay here again. There are other options also close to Liverpool street.
Amazing hotel, I will be stopping at this hotel again. Rooms are nice and very spacious. Offering free drinks on arrival. We stopped there Saturday to Sunday one night. I booked a hotel for one night before visiting my sister. The service was very good. They asked me if I needed a late check-out service. They also helped me upgrade the room type. If I needed a newspaper for the day, it would be delivered to the room. It was a pity that I didn't experience the spa. If I had to point out a shortcoming, it might be that my room had no window.

The W is one of my favorite hotel chains. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at the past few months, this hotel made me feel the most welcomed and appreciated as an Ambassador Elite member. I'm not used to the design of this room. The wash sink is not in the bathroom but in the room. If you want to get up early to wash, it will definitely affect the sleep of others.
