The night clerk was great. The gentleman at the desk on the morning of 1-13-26 was especially thoughtful.
Clean, quiet room. Shower just hot enough.
Rate was ok. I will definitely return.

Small hotel with old rooms, carpet everywhere, smells weird.
It's close to Hollywood attractions but there is not much else to do.
Breakfast is ok, better than average, what doesn't really is something.

Got checked in but the worker tracked me down at my car and said I had to resign a different paper because he gave me the wrong one. Then we got to our room and walked in on people that were already staying in that room. Probably one of the most awkward experiences I’ve ever had. Went back to the front desk and told the worker what happened. He just kinda laughed and apologized. I think he should’ve at least offered us some kind of accommodation.

Everything was on point except the bed, the bed was not it very uncomfortable. But overall it was good. Breakfast was great thank you.

Area was great. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. This is our third time staying at this location and will continue to stay when we go to LA.

The hotel was conveniently located. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife is nearby to explore. The room was quiet and clean.

Early check in was quick and easy and reasonable pricing. I hated the parking space because it was very small and limited. I almost didn’t have a spot to park one night. Also, I was not told that I had to reactivate the key card everyday if I was there more than a day

$$12 hour parking fee which is good because the area was a bit sketchy but the rooms were nice I went with my son and husband and had a great time, the food was actually very decent and had a good variety.

Unique is hiring a receptionist who is so unfriendly and unwelcoming in behavior. She should go for a training on how to smile and be welcoming. Just seeing her face makes me want to find another place. The rest of the staff though are very friendly and hardworking. Heads up, the parking eate is not $12 per night all the time. I was charged $35 as I was told that the rate is dependent on any event that is happening around the area.
