Hotels with pool in Los Angeles

The Hotel was very close to Universal Studios. The pool was closed half of the time we were there, but once it was opened, it was on the smaller side (deepest being 4 1/2 feet deep) and had many families using it

:-) Robby and room look like movie cinema. It was not very newest style but gave me good feeling. Above all, Room condition is so good, very clean and Service is good. Best location for Universal Studio Hollywood

Although it is an old hotel, it looks very new inside, it should be refurbished not long ago. The room is spacious and the bathroom is huge. The front desk clerk was very polite

There are no meals in the hotel, but there are many restaurants tens of meters away. Some restaurants indicate that the breakfast is Western style and there is no Chinese food

The Hotel offered free orange juice, apple juice, and coffee 24hours. The rooms were clean and decent sized. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others

It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the cinema, and there are signs indicating that it is easy to reach the cinema

Everything out of this world good. The pool one of the coolest pools ive seen. Ive been to top hotels all over the world and rank this amongst the best will be back

There were no chairs to lay at the pool ! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Each room has its own unique design and style here, and the hotel is dog-friendly too! 🐶 There’s a fantastic restaurant located downstairs, and a phenomenal rooftop lounge/deck bar where you can enjoy a bite to eat while kicking back on a comfy day bed or sitting at the bar and viewing up at the Hollywood Hills!

I was in town for a concert and stayed 3 nights at Mama's. From the write-ups and piecing together the different reviews it's difficult to wrap your brain around what you'll actually experience

Oddly, once you're there it all makes sense. The entry is pretty simple, restaurant on one side, bar on another and the from desk just past the giant Foosball table (of course)

Kind of on the cut, easy to pass it. Security kept confusing my friend and I for roof goers for all the days we were there. Bar lady downstairs was nice as well

The rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and very well laid out. The sheets are very high quality and beds comfortable

Rooftop views, trendy vibes, and cocktails that scream Hollywood. The rooms are quirky and fun, though a bit tight for the price. Service is solid, but the rooftop crowds can feel like a casting call

I think they do well on hygiene as every pastry is wrapped individually. Just one thing needed further improvement is WiFi. It’s weird that we had several devices but only 2 could be connected to WiFi

The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. While there is a slight noise issue from local traffic and construction, it more than makes up for this slight inconvenience with its impeccable hospitality

It’s a good property if you are driving and have your car to move in LA

It is about 15 minutes from the 3rd Street Santa Monica Promenade, with its many shops, restaurants and entertaining street performers, also walking distance from the Santa Monica Pier and Beach

After all, we are satisfied about staying here! We will come back if by any chance!

This was a last-minute stay, and I'm glad we came across it. At least, that's how it looked to me. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful. The room itself was better than I expected

Too noisy, could hear the plumbing, and the room next to us sounded like they were in the room with us when they'd speak the room above us, you can hear everything they were doing as well

I stayed here to go to Halloween horror nights with my friend, and it was perfect. We got there on a Friday and left on a Sunday. The manager was extremely kind letting us do a late checkout for a $30 fee on Sunday

The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the parking was pretty cheap too. Overall I had a great stay, and we both want to stay here in the future for any other events we end up doing in the LA area!

If you want something easy, comfortable, and perfectly located around Glendale, these are solid, no-stress options—great for sleeping well, getting ready, and moving around without hassle

The free breakfast was nice, and the hotel was in a great area. We went out to dinner at the mall, and it was actually really quiet for somewhere in the city

Had a roach on the ceiling hanging out right over the bed. A bit taken back that they didn't want to give us more than one key to the room or enough clean towels for all guests in the room

The service is very good and the location is great. I will come again next time

High cost performance and convenient travel

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room phone did not work in case you needed to call the main office. Not spectacular, but a solid place to sleep

Clean room, friendly staff, location is OK. Only thing was the air and heat ventilation was noisy and the bed is a bit springy.

Just make sure you secure/hide any valuables you may have in your vehicle

Garden and pool area are beautiful like a secret hideaway. It s always special to stay here there is an atmosphere can’t put my finger on it but it’s just lovely

This is will never win an award for "best hotel" here on Tripadvisor. It's about a feeling and sense of place. There's no pretense, interactions are conversational in nature

This is our fifth time staying here we stayed one night in a junior suite the space was a good size

You feel looked after while still feeling completely at home. The food and drinks are wonderful, whether in the restaurant, by the pool, or late at night

Only one disappointment was we couldn’t have dinner on the patio as there was a red carpet event but we did get to see naomi watts snd sarah paulson through our kitchen window while standing on a chair which was really funny

There was hair all over the floor when we checked in. The bed/mattress was very noisy and uncomfortable. We found parking to be okay as long as we came back to the hotel before 8pm, after that it would be full

I can tell you this, I have been to 5 star hotels and been treated as if I was just another person, this place does not treat their customers like that. I felt welcomed, from the time we arrived, until the time we left

Great shared space to chill over looking the beach. Tea and coffee facilities 24hr with use of kitchen. Bagels and porridge oats available for breakfast. Shower rooms and toilets spotless with great water pressure

Thursday nights a club downstairs plays extremely loud/bass heavy music till 2 am. : for the breakfast it would be super awesome to also have a protein source like boiled eggs. Makes it directly much healthier

Clean, well lit, spacious, no funky smell, nicely made beds, flat screen television, very polite staff and neat old hotel look n feel. but I didn't mind since there were plenty of windows and a fan

What a wonderful place to stay! I felt like I was in a Hollywood "B" movie- without the gangsters! The Roxy is clean and bright and a perfect location for exploring the Hollywood area.

If you can’t take the Heat this is not the Property for you. Each Room always has a Standing High Speed Fan. Other than the no air conditioning it’s still (at least for me) the best value in the Heart of Hollywood

But the nice Manager and his wife are always so nice and welcoming; that far out ways not having air conditioning and the Room per night is unbeatable right in the heart of Hollywood

It’s “barebones”, so don’t expect to pay an amazing low price in the heart of Hollywood and receive “Four Seasons” Amenities””. You must be aware that NO rooms have air conditioning

The location is convenient, just three minutes from the metro, but the hygiene is poor; the towels and sheets were stained. The room is small, without a desk, making it difficult to unpack.

Great hidden gem! Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd, restaurants, Pantheon Theatre. Clean, comfortable room. Safe environment, good service staff. Jay was great and went the extra mile for us.

Although it said there was luggage storage, I wasn't able to store my luggage there, so I had to go back to my previous hotel. Checking in using the machine was difficult. Other than that, it was very good

The only drawback is that most US hotels don't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily and quite clean. Environment: French minimalist style

The hotel is closed to LAX airport, only take 40 min to airport on foot. As it is so close to airport, it is not quite. There is a Greek restaurant attached and surrounded by a few car rental company which is very good

I didn't get to check out the stores in the surrounding area but I've heard good things. This is a cozy spot for someone that doesn't want to be too far from LAX and the freeway, definitely worth the money

It's fine as a transit stop and is very close to the airport, but it's not recommended to stay overnight. The plane was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.

Except for the noise of the roar of airplanes, the sanitary conditions and room equipment are acceptable. The noise from airplanes will not improve until the airport stops taking off and landing at 12 p

Rooms are very outdated, furniture is broken and old, rod is closet is some sort of DIY fixture, lock on bathroom window was broke off, smoke detector was missing (?), two pillows for a King size bed, no microwave, ice machine was broken (and from past reviews from others appears to have been for while), only two small bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels, no cups for water for brushing teeth...

The shower head sits low, and we had 2 people on our reservation and only had 2 towels total. The light switch by the door didn’t work so had to use the one above the bed. Also no outlets by the bed/nightstands

The room has no lamps in it, just overhead lights. The bathroom only had 3 towels and no wash clothes. The king size bed only had 2 pillows on it. I would expect 4 pillows for a king-size bed

Nice place just remember to have a deposit ready beside that it was clean and easy check in and check out

Virtual check in was a fun unique experience. This hotel is definitely on the older side and could use a few updates but overall very pleased with our stay

Hello, We stayed there about a month ago on a mini vacation in Hollywood. Have known about this place for years and finally stayed. The weekend we stayed it was pretty quiet

The hotel definitely has its own character (in a good way). The hotel has a old fashioned old Hollywood feel as if stuck in its known past. And I felt that this creates its own unique characteristic of old Hollywood

The check-in was fast and friendly, with staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, modern, and had a fantastic view — exactly what we hoped for

The hotel’s location is perfect, close to attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable — every request was met with a smile

I definitely recommend this place if you want a piece of old tinsel town feel, and the prices were very fair

It’s sunset blvd, so of course you have riff raff lol. But the staff was great, I got there early and they cleaned a room for me and my kids to check in early. They were kind and accommodating.

Very quiet street off Hollywood Blvd. Small pool, green courtyard, outdoor cafe. Rooms felt boutique‑cozy. Continental breakfast modest but satisfying—bagels, fruit, yogurt. Walkable to some theaters.

It was a nice stay for a change the rooms are huge and there is a pool. Also there is free laundry so that is awesome and they provide 3 meals a day so i felt like i was on melrose. place minus the college people

I usually don't appreciate snarky owner responses but this one was so perfect I am definitely booking a stay here! I notice it doesn't seem to be a place for aspiring actors to stay while awaiting their big break and that makes me sad

The location was exceptional! The room was about dated but more importantly it was functional and clean. We would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed 14 days wish I could of stayed longer. Room service was excellent done every day. They catered to my parking needs. I have a full size truck with lots of equipment never did I have a problem

There are some issues with the ceiling, looking kind of icky. But everything else was superb immaculate. The front desk man named Tony took care of everything that I needed and was very helpful

First time staying in Culver City, the place was kept clean, easy to find, it’s quite close to Venice Beach. We would definitely stay here again!
