The "store" in the lobby is convenient, self checkout is easy, it you can pay the front desk associates as well. The rooms are well equipped, and even near the elevator I had no issues with noise

The location is excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to key areas of Los Angeles, while still offering a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere

The hotel maintains the expected quality of its brand. The restaurant staff is friendly and professional. We didn't use the hotel's expensive valet. The staff also thoughtfully pointed out the nearby public parking

The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey was a perfect stay for my bestie. The hotel is elegant and the ocean view room is refreshing. Although the room service was a little delayed, the hotel sincerely waived it

The hotel is very beautiful, and the scenery outside is also nice. It still has the specifications of an old five-star hotel, but the rooms are not big and the soundproofing is not good

The food was the icing on the cake. Every dish was exquisite and delicious. Every moment spent with my bestie was full of laughter and left unforgettable memories

We didn't have time to play the complimentary hour of pickleball. The à la carte breakfast at Cast & Plow Restaurant was exquisite and delicious

Valet parking is charged separately without prior notice. Although breakfast is included, you are only given a 40 yuan credit

The staff were incredibly helpful. We miscalculated the time difference and booked one day less than we should have, but the front desk still managed to arrange a suitable room for us. We were very grateful.

A fantastic, stylish hotel in a perfect location. Loved the sleek, modern rooms and the incredible rooftop bar with stunning city views. It's ideal for exploring downtown and an easy walk to LA Live and the Arena

I stayed here for an event at the Convention Center and the location was super convenient. The staff were really friendly too. The room was a bit smaller than a usual hotel room, but overall I had a good stay!

Location is convenient as the subway station is just 2 mins walk from hotel.  Just a bit complicated to have the reception counter on 34/F and need to take another lift to hotel room floors

Went here to eat at fig and go to the bungalow bar. Dinner at fig was delicious and the desserts were good as well. The bungalow bar has a fun vibe with pool table and ping pong table.

We have stayed at multiple Fairmont properties, and this is one of our new favorites. The service we received from every single employee was exceptional

Just got back from a solo stay at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica and it was exactly what I needed

The property itself is perfectly located for beach walks and easy exploring, but what really stood out was the service

I have traveled extensively — 13 countries in the past seven months and more than 40 countries overall — and have never encountered such rigid and outdated policies. This created avoidable inconvenience and frustration

My wife and young son were refused check-in despite presenting my passport while I was only minutes away. I understand verification procedures, but the way this was handled lacked flexibility and basic hospitality

When I requested to see the terms and conditions supporting these requirements, the response from management was dismissive rather than solution-oriented

The overall tone and attitude at the front desk were far from what one would expect from a property positioned at this level

Additionally, the hotel required a physical credit card and refused to accept digital payment methods such as Apple Pay

Because the stay started in such a negative way, it significantly impacted the overall experience. First impressions matter, especially after long international travel

I asked if I could heat up some frozen food from Trader Joe’s for dinner, and the front desk kindly provided a microwave in my room at no extra charge, even though it normally costs $50 per day

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Culver City near LAX and had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hotel itself is beautiful modern, clean, and comfortable

Great hotel and friendly staffs. But vault parking service is terrible, they don't wanna you park in yourself at the parking garage where nearby hotel.

My room was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a long travel day

Hotel parking is incredibly expensive, over $50 plus tips; if you drive a little further, you'll find much better rates. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable and large, perfect for two people

First off, if you need hotel parking, don't choose this place. The $50 parking fee is a bit steep, and with the tip every time you get your car, parking alone cost me $80

Nice fitness area beautiful pool area but lacking a hot tub/whirlpool which was lame especially since it was far to cold to use the pool, a hot tub would have been nice

From the moment we alerted the front desk, they sprang into action, providing immediate assistance and support. Their quick response and genuine concern made a world of difference in a very stressful situation

I was here for a conference and the staff at the restaurant to event staff and valet were all so kind, accommodating and attentive. The property is absolutely stunning and I had some of the best food of my life here

1 Hotel West Hollywood is one of the best modern options in the area—elegant, serene, and effortlessly stylish. The design is warm and calming, with natural materials that make the whole place feel like a retreat

The pool was so fun at night for the kids and the room itself is ultra modern and contemporary. If you’ve ever stayed at a W in the past you can expect the same awesome feel just in downtown Hollywood!

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool area is modern and luxurious. Great views and cocktails. Lobby bar also had a great vibe with loads of outdoor seating.

I didn’t personally stay at this hotel but we arranged it for our client and they absolutely loved it. Aside from the gorgeous hotel, the team at the Front Desk, Hotel Operator and Concierge are so competent

I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights each and they both had the same issues: aircon too noisy to keep on during the night, could not open window for air due to noise outside, Toilet kept flushing unless the lever was flicked back into the perfect position, combo bath/shower had too much pressure so bath would fill whilst showering and take very long to drain, phones would not make local phone calls even after...

This made me feel very uncomfortable and I mentioned the issues to the front desk after the first night- I asked for the TV to be disconnected from power to avoid night time disturbances

The lobby is a work of early Hollywood Moorish Mediterranean architectural art, grand and intimate at the same time. And the bars mix solid cocktails, the restaurants are really good

The location is right on the walk of fame, but this very is noisy and sketchy- not a good place to base yourself. I did regret staying here and choosing this hotel

The fireplace was on. As soon as you step outside, you'll be on Hollywood Boulevard, where it's very lively. I think it's the perfect place for sightseeing. Breakfast at the poolside bar is the best👍️

Very classic, elegant and beautiful place, the accommodations are on the small side for the US. The location is excellent and the historical significance will be more attractive than the newness of the facilities

I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: This one in particular had great views of the marina, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, and nice, helpful staff

Fantastic hotel. We lived in the Marina 20 years ago. It's definitely growing, but the hotel and all the improvements along the water is awesome. If you visit the area I would highly recommend the Residence Inn.

Due to issues at my home, I stayed here for an extended period of time and want to commend the staff on their friendliness and service. Every staff member greeted with a smile

I had some minor quibbles with the room (shower water pressure and bed pillows) but this facility provided a very nice place to stay when I needed it

The room walls are effectively soundproof? I didn't hear my neighbors at all, which was fantastic. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, (Eggslut is just around the corner)

The front desk staff were very welcoming and even escorted me to the elevator. The gym was incredibly well-equipped with a great atmosphere, and the room was spotlessly clean.

The bed is incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It's the best welcome at night and the hardest goodbye in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Good location, the breakfast is ala carte. The bed is super comfy it swallows you and wont let you leave it! I love the bed! In-room vanity products are all Balmain.

It's unclear what this fee covers, especially since amenities like water are only available in the hall and cleaning service was only requested every 3-4 days

The hotel lobby offers coffee and a business printing area, and the lounge area is cozy. The room and shower are both spacious. It's also quite convenient for handling school-related matters

It's conveniently located between the UCLA dorms and the Westwood neighborhood, with a supermarket a 5-minute walk away. The reception was friendly and attentive, and there was free coffee in the lobby.

The hotel’s restaurant was under renovation during my stay, but they served some free bread in the morning. Catherine from front desk is very nice and friendly, free upgraded my room

First time staying in this hotel in LA! Decent and great location! Cleanliness is not bad (compared to a lot of hotels in LA) and concierge's very helpful and friendly.

The community around the hotel is clean and safe, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, although the room is not big, the service provided is still good, such as free taxi within 3 kilometers

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and they offer a complimentary glass of wine every evening – I personally prefer the white

There are churches and Hammer Museum nearby, and it is not far from Beverly Hills

So happy I chose Kimpton hotel Palomar for my stay near Santa Monica

central located in LA and close to UCLA and beaches. Close to LAX

We also loved the pool area and restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, perfect for an impromptu date night on vacation. Just walking around the property and enjoying the decor, shop, game tables, etc

The room (two Queen Beds for five nights) is very comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. The food is gorgeous at the Front Yard restaurant where I did enjoy brunch, dinner and even takeaway as well

Staff there are of very good customer service as well. You can easily purchase the Universal Studio tickets at the hotel as well as enjoy free shuttle trolley to the Studio. Everything just exceeded my expectations

Staff is always smiling and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Garland. The courtesy bus on a regular schedule helps to save some transport cost to Universal Studio which is a ten minutes’ drive

Very beautiful hotel, very holiday feeling, the green outside the window is very comfortable to look out. There is a trolley to and from Universal Studios, which is super convenient

However, there were two minor drawbacks: the sliding window on the balcony wasn't soundproof, so traffic noise could be heard at night. The shower had no door, so water easily leaked out, leaving the floor wet
