The location of this hotel is superb. It’s within walking distance of the beach and all the attractions and food scene of Venice. Good service overall. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

The room was spotless. The staff was great and very helpful. Location is unbeatable. Very nice and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back when we're in the LA area again. Price was good too.

Stayed at Hotel Erwin in Venice Beach and overall, everything was good! 🌊🏖️ Prime location steps from the boardwalk, clean modern rooms, awesome rooftop bar with killer ocean views, and super friendly staff

That was the one truly awful moment and honestly the only thing keeping this from 5 stars. Still, would stay again (maybe request a room without the sliding door next time)

Nice hotel, delicious vegetarian breakfast, you can take it with you. Parking at the hotel is paid, we parked on the next street. No pool, but you can see the ocean from the window

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Chamberlain hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and fun. The room and hotel itself were squeaky clean. We can't wait to return for our next trip to West Hollywood. 

Perfect location and facilities - rooftop pool with bar and food service is the highlight.

We had to call to get new towels and for them to take away rubbish, which was a bit annoying for the price you pay

My stay at the Chamberlain was excellent. Incredibly friendly staff, always helpful and ready to assist you. Beautiful large and well appointed suite, excellent location and great price

The hotel is located in the West Hollywood area, which is relatively safe compared to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. However, it is located on a slope, so you need to climb lightly to reach it on foot

Very nice property. The free parking and breakfast made it worth it. Location was close to all of the events I attended. Gym and pool looked clean.

The location was a bit out of the way, but the shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly convenient, and the restaurant downstairs was also very handy. The highlight was the delicious breakfast and good milk

The best hotel closer to the airport, they are an extremely nice person, their service is always the best and has all the services that I need when I'm transiting in LAX, I'm always go there.

For my last night before heading home, I chose this Holiday Inn again. The front desk staff were really friendly and welcomed me back warmly

Plus, there's a gas station about 500 meters from the hotel, which is really convenient for filling up the tank before returning the car. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time

A very unique, Instagrammable hotel with a modern vibe. It's super convenient for shopping and dining, and a popular internet-famous supermarket is right next door.

Everything was top notch. The staff, the rooms, the service, the pool area separated from the bar. It was perfect. It is upscale. Dark and moody. Edgy. We loved aesthetic and vibe. Will definitely return.

Mainly music is involved , it’s great for people to come together and get to know new artists and locals. Pool is cool just doesn’t get much sun compared to others

Located in a relatively safe neighborhood, the surrounding environment is OK. However, daily cleaning requires an appointment, and the billing management of breakfast service is a bit confusing. Everything else is good.

Great location with public parking across the street. Also with Valet parking available. The best feature about this hotel is that almost everyday there is a special event happening in the lobby

 They came as soon as I reported it but then it conked out again.  Shower door is weird as well; have to squeeze yourself past it to close it. Otherwise it was great and reasonably priced!

Two separate areas, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, with sliding doors to the balcony. This made breakfast outside at the patio extremely memorable. Breakfast at the hotel was fresh and delicious

Staff was always professional and helpful. The hotel uses Byredo products which is a nice luxury to have at the hotel. Overall this was a 10/10 experience and we have now booked another stay in 2 weeks

A lot of expensive cars could be seen at the valet so it appears to cater to a higher end clientele. The location of the hotel makes it nice and hidden so it's very quiet

This was our first experience at the Cameo Beverly Hills. First impression at the Front Desk was first class. Professional and extremely helpful

Even though it's a Courtyard hotel, it's located in the city center, and there's a Trader Joe's right across the street, which made it very convenient

It's not a very crowded area at night, but there's a coin laundry, so it's good for long-term stays. I think the location and value for money were good

The hotel shuttle arrives quickly, and the driver stops as soon as you wave at the shuttle stop and also helps with luggage. However, the hotel is too close to the runway, so it's quite noisy

You can pay for a late check-out, but after confirming it with the front desk, the housekeeping department knocked on my door multiple times in the morning

The hotel bed is large, and there is a TV, refrigerator, and coffee machine, but there are no slippers or toiletries, and the bathroom is a bit small

The dining restaurant is delicate with relaxing vibes. The location is decent if you plan to visit Santa Monica, Beverly hill, and Hollywood (you need to drive in LA, of course)

We booked 4 nights for over 6,000. When we checked in, we were asked if we needed daily cleaning. It was cleaned on the second day. When we came back on the third day, it was not cleaned and no clean towels were given

We went to the front desk and told them that it would be cleaned tomorrow because we didn’t ask for daily cleaning…. Then we were given clean towels. When we came back on the fourth day, it was still not cleaned

The hotel is clean the food is delicious and really like it and environment is good and the front desk is kind to us the checking and check out process is smooth and comfortable and I like the gym.

The hotel is located in an area where having a car is almost necessary, especially if you want to explore comfortably. Overall, great value for money and I would happily stay again

While the property is located in a busy area of LA unfortunately also populated by unhoused encampments nearby, the property offered a safe and quiet respite from the hectic pace of LA

- Cleanliness, WiFi, service are 10/10 - only complain is that the walls are rather thin and it gets noisy at around 7am ish

One thing to let visitors know is that it takes a pretty long time for the hot water to start coming out of the shower (over 5 minutes), but other than that everything was great for the price

We knew what we were getting with the surrounding area and it is what it is, you will not have any trouble getting in and out of the hotel if you're getting dropped off. Overall very happy with our stay

The hotel is OK outside, the parking lot is large and free. The room facilities are just average, and I feel it can be compared with the 7 Days Inn in China, but the price is much more expensive than 7 Days Inn

First couple of nights at this hotel for our epic road trip in April 2018. Pretty jet lagged when we arrived but popped out for a burger at Jack In The Box across the road and then crashed out

There is free coffee and very sweet cookies in the lobby before 9 am, which is good. The laundry room closes at 10 pm, which is not friendly to people who come back late

Comfortable room, no disturbances and decent breakfast before we hit all the sights in LA for day 1, then again before we headed out on our 2 week road trip on Day 2

I give this place 4 stars only because the staff was friendly the hotel was cleaned and the price was affordable, other than that all the finishes are from the 90's

The heater is very effective, perhaps a little too effective. When it’s on it’s on—it’s running in high speed so you feel the wave of heat until it turns off again. The pool & the landscaping of the grounds are lovely

Located in the city center, it's within walking distance of attractions such as the Central Market. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There's a rooftop terrace with views and a place to smoke

The building has many sports and fitness facilities and a parking garage, although parking is quite expensive

I worked a bit more with Nicole, who I found to be exceptionally patient with my indecisiveness, well knowledgeable about the facilities, and very thorough, with regards to the details about planning around my upcoming stay

Wish I could have visited the gym and the pool which both looked awesome

The people at the entrance and the roomkeepers were very kind and helpful. Also, since it was on the top floor, the view was great and it was close to the rooftop, so I was very satisfied with my stay

On the other hand, some of the facilities were old and I had a little trouble using them. It was close to 7th station, which has four lines, so I was able to do some sightseeing comfortably

The room is large, with a microwave and electric stove. Two large beds, no problem for four adults. Breakfast is a simple Western buffet, a little crowded, but the food is sufficient and there are many choices

The first day's reservation wasn't made properly, so we had a hard time fighting for about 2 hours, but the pool was pretty and the breakfast was perfect!

The two male reception thought my husband was joking and did not attend him straight away and helped him to get his fingers out from the elevator door and help me opening the elevator door

The hotel's surroundings felt very safe, which was great. The breakfast was also included and delicious.

The hotel is somewhat dated and you could smell it definitely needs the carpet changed but hopefully that will be addressed during the reno. All staff were very nice and helpful

The door sensor did not work when we’re about to walk inside the elevator to back to our room. No first aid, they just sent a plastic of ice to our room

Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)

Great location but not clean The carpeting in our room was disgusting. Both my husband and I wouldn't walk on it without shoes. It needs to be replaced. The room did not have enough towels upon arrival.

More Importantly THERE WAS NO GYM!!! you could go to the gym down the street, however it was pouring rain every day we were in Los Angeles!!!! Just be transparent in your rates, there is NOTHING more infuriating than hotels sneaking an extra BS cost onto the already high enough cost because they want to squeeze few more dollars out of you

when I asked the person at the front desk what that included he said coffee and the gym. Mind you I NEVER even knew there was coffee available, when we checked in NOBODY told us that

What was MOST infuriating was when when we checked out they told us that there was a $35 daily amenities fee tacked onto our bill. PLEASE NOTE there were ZERO amenities

It's really close to Universal Studios and the surrounding area is very nice. Plus, it's a short walk to the Walk of Fame. **Facilities:** Modern and newly renovated. **Cleanliness:** Good, very clean

Great hotel really close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and saw lots of the stars! 10 minute walk to nearest metro station for quick access to Universal and plenty of buses nearby as well to take you anywhere in LA

We stayed for a total of six days, and Bill, another staff member at the front desk, was also very attentive and always happy to help, leaving us with a great impression

Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere

Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere
