Good place for the price in LA. Near downtown and all the city facilities. Rooms gets cleaned every other day. Front desk staff and manager are very nice. They are prompt to respond to the needs

Bathroom had a ***** hair in toilet seat. Lounge on the 34th floor was amazing. The drinks were well crafted perfectly made. Other than that toilet hair everything else was great

UK family of 4 visiting Universal studios, was an ideal location we only done an overnight stay with walking distance to theme park was able to use the carpark, staff were friendly upon arrival and whilst we stayed, the room was clean and spacious, beds were comfy the only thing we can really fault not really the hotel fault but the noise from room above, there must have been a child or children present...

Location Near to universal studio, to be exact, we still need to take the shuttle service to universal studio. So it is near to the shuttle service station. No shopping mall or supermarket near the hotel

The hotel location (with respect to the beach) was awesome but parking was a 5 minutes walk. During the day, the walk is fine but at night time it gets a bit sketchy. Overall, I really liked and enjoyed the hotel.

There is a store next door so you can get some groceries for the room if needed in our case a couple gallons of water for drinking. The hotels close to universal studios. Kristen at the front desk was awesome too
