This boutique hotel is a converted old building; it's small, cute, and unique, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely lobby courtyard and a swimming pool

The room isn't large, but the location is very convenient, close to popular attractions. There's a supermarket nearby, making it a safe walk. The valet parking is very reasonably priced, and the staff are very helpful

Breakfast isn't included, but around 10 am you can have brunch at the coffee shop downstairs and nearby restaurants. A five-minute walk will take you to Trader Joe's to buy some snacks and souvenirs

The facilities are very clean and nice. It's a five-minute walk to the Farmers Market and The Grove, making it a great place to hang out until the evening. I'm very satisfied.

Parking costs $45, so it's best to park there and then cross the street to shop and eat, otherwise parking on the other side will cost several tens of dollars more

I have stayed here quite a few times and my last stay took the cake. Myra was so helpful with my parents that needed handicap accommodations. She went above and beyond to assist us with our check-in

The breakfast was great, and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast went out of her way to make sure my mom had a fork for breakfast. That whole experience meant a lot to me

The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying

Everything was good with the hotel, I appreciated that parking was not so high ($20 per day), the bed was good, the location was good for what I need to do in LAX zone.

Nowhere to unpack your clothes ( no drawers or shelves), no hooks in the bathroom to put towels, no tv info, basically no help from anyone

The pool was lovely for a swim in morning (but got overcrowded during the day so go early) Location was great and close to shops and a quick drive to points of interest. Boutique style hôtel, felt small and intimate

My room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. Waking hours were filled by walking to the shops and restaurants lining the street.

Ate at restaurant one night..didnt like tge cucumber avacado sakad at all or the spaghetti..

We (family with two young kids) had a great stay at the Silver Lake Pool & Inn Hotel. The room was large, very stylishly decorated and clean. We also loved the very friendly staff and their recommendations

The room was super clean, the staff was amazing, the pool was great and I loved the Marco Polo restaurant- my server was awesome every time.

The food is good with a friendly atmosphere, and handy if hungry and don't plan to go far. The pool was probably the best thing! heated to 30 - nice in the evening to have a swim and relax

The room was spotless, large and had every amenity needed, including free safe and coffee machine - More than enough needed in a place where you won't be spending much time in the room! The location was ideal to walk to Hollywood walk of fame and Griffith Observatory, which took around an hour to get to the top - I recommend the walk at sunrise for an unforgettable experience

I 100% recommend The Clark Street Diner connected to the hotel. The atmosphere, staff and food are excellent with plenty of options and large portions - It was by far the best breakfast I had during my time in the states

good location as we went to Griffith park in the evening, it was a bit noisy from the roads but we slept well, beds were comfy. the hollywood sign is close by and the view from a few streets over is worth a walk/drive

I visited this hotel for one night on a solo trip. I was looking for a hotel at a reasonable cost, in walkable proximity to Hollywood and Griffith Park with clean, modern amenities - And this hotel was perfect

The Hollywood sign is visible from the rooftop, which was accessible via the stairs. Hollywood (inc walk of fame) and subway station to visit Universal Studios or the LA downtown are within walking distance

The staff was very nice, and accommodating. My coffee maker broke at 5 am, and they helped me avoid certain tragedy by quickly replacing it. My room was quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area of the city

I booked a room with a balcony and it was very tidy overall. But because we live next to the elevator, the sound insulation needs to be improved. Room service is slower because there are fewer staff

The room decoration is high-end and comfortable, and there are induction cookers, refrigerators, and dishwashers. You can cook some food in the hotel. The service is also very warm and thoughtful

Bob at the bar is great to have a chat with while having a drink. Don’t be shy to go to the bar and mingle with others. Few locals and regulars who I met at the bar were very nice

we got a queen room at the second floor. elevator has a problem to stop in second floor. sometimes, we need to just take the stairs. the hotel does not provide water. because they sell drinks through vendo machine

We didn't have room service in 3 nights that we stayed, they made up for it with breakfast, and they give you clean towels or extra snacks, if you ask for them, but it left us with a taste of poor service and I would have preferred not to have to complain about anything

Very modern and sophisticated. Dinner is good. Room is nice and clean, with balcony facing Santa Monica. It's close to shops and Venice pier. Shower was nice and hot. New TV. Fast room service. I would recommend.

Excellent location! Close to the airport (15 minutes by taxi), as much for venice beach at 10 minutes of walking... Clean and safe hotel! I would return there again for a trip to L.A :)

Room was exceptionally clean. Enjoyed the gym. The $32 fee for parking (1-day) stay is greedy and unacceptable. Fortunately a reasonably priced lot was nearby.

some people say LA is dangerous. but, here is so safety for individual travelers.

They have private parking ($32 a day), and right next to the hotel there is a public one ($7 a day), which the Americans use without hesitation; we also used it, and we didn't have any incidents, the area seems safe

Our room was clean and spacious- had plenty of towels for us to use, the beds were so comfortable

Breakfast was good- a lot to offer, but it went quick & there was a single person trying to refill and replenish everything. Its is a lot for one person to maintain and the room was small with one exit

One of our rooms faced the main street so it was a bit loud during functioning hours from the city, but at night while sleeping it was not a problem at all

Area around the building felt safe and there is a Carls Junior right next door. All in all would stay here again!

Lenny and the welcoming crew, the front desk, and the restaurant staff were just genuinely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for anything we needed. Ultimately the staff is what stood out the most for us

The hotel staff were very welcoming, and there's a restaurant and bar on the first floor! The rooms were very clean, and the subway is conveniently located nearby! You can store your luggage at the hotel until you need it!

I was treated very courteously. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler. If you arrive early in the morning, you can even walk to Dodger Stadium. You may need to be careful if you arrive later in the day.

Absolutely loved the Kinney! Such a fun inviting vibe. It was close enough to walk to the boardwalk and the multiple options for food on Washington blvd kept us full our whole vacay!

There were no power outlets near the desk, but there were several near the bed which was great for phone charging. There is small fitness room, but no treadmill and the Peleton bikes did not work

The parking fee is 15 yuan a day. The location is convenient and the facilities are good. However, the breakfast area is inadequate, often with no seats available.

Breakfast was the normal hotel self-service type, but I have to say that the breakfast room was the absolute cleanest I have ever seen. The ladies work hard to keep it nice! I would stay again!

A small, aged white building with a small reception desk gives the impression of an old apartment converted into a hotel. The layout is more like a B&B with a single person managing the reception

Partial sea view room is quiet at night. You can see the sea from the small window. The room is as described and meets expectations. The towels are especially clean and white. There are restaurants and bars nearby

The area felt very safe at night and all the staff were very friendly. Check in was a little slow and the lift is a little slow but overall we had an excellent stay and would come here again

As for the facilities, the only downsides are that the window faces the hallway, which can feel a bit unsafe, and the towels and bedding are a bit old. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine for just sleeping

Additionally, the diner downstairs, Swingers, provides a great option for meals. Overall this is a nice throwback hotel with modern touches

The location is convenient for getting around LA by rental car. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's also a pool, so it's great for swimming.

The worst hotel in this trip to the United States, more than 1,000 per night, but the room facilities are very poor, similar to the domestic hotels that cost about 100 yuan per night, the bed is of very low quality, my left and right feet were hit by the wooden blocks of the bed and left two big bruises, the towels and supplies are also poor

Free unlimited soda, full size candy bars, ice cream, board games, oh and did I mention a phone in the pool that the kids can request pool side popsicles to be delivered for free

pros: the rooms are spacious, which is good for families that have kid's, my children loved that there was an ice cream machine and a coke machine and how nice the staff were, and that there were free snacks

Clothes can be picked up around 10 o'clock the next day or delivered to the room. The swimming pool is heated and open 24 hours a day. I also had it during breakfast this morning. There is a magic show to watch
