The hotel has convenient parking, and there are 7-Eleven convenience stores and burger shops nearby. It's less than a half-hour drive to Universal Studios.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, but parking was limited.

The third party booked the wrong room type. After coordination, it was finally solved perfectly. The response of Ctrip customer service was awesome.

The room is old but the facilities are well maintained. The noise of the air conditioner and exhaust fan is inevitable. It is very close to Universal Studios and very convenient to go there. There is a Jimmy's burger two minutes drive away. It is very good.

The room is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is American breakfast, it is very close to Universal Studios, there is free parking, and the cost performance is very high. I renewed the reservation for two more days. The first choice for Los Angeles travel.

Overall it was satisfactory. We had no issues and appreciate how they provided make up wipes, bar of soap, and ear protection. The bathrooms were clean, staff was nice, and available parking during our stay.

The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful! The toilets and bathrooms were also clean.

As a hostel you come prepared for sharing bathroom and common areas but felt very private and safe… Also, about 9 to 10 hours after checking out I realized I had left my car keys, called and confirmed they had them… (I value the honesty and professionalism they showed) Definitely recommend

The room was clean and had a refrigerator, and there was also a coin laundry and water server on site, so there was everything we needed. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, and there were homeless people along the way, so the security situation wasn't that good, but the hotel staff were friendly and there was a luggage storage service after check-out, so we had a comfortable stay

Too noisy, could hear the plumbing, and the room next to us sounded like they were in the room with us when they'd speak the room above us, you can hear everything they were doing as well. Room was clean but it’s just too noisy.

It was okay, but so noisy, like I could hear when people walked in other rooms, especially upstairs.

While breakfast had minimal variety it was a standard hotel breakfast with waffles, yogurt, toast and bagel options as well as coffee and juice. Did the job! The staff was friendly and accommodating our later than expected arrival. Room was clean and well kept for our arrival. In general everything was ok. Drawbacks included the music machine was out of order. We had a 6 am departure and no coffee available. The biggest issue was the front door to he hotel that slammed louldly as we had a room next to the door.

The hotel is good, the receptionist is friendly, but the point is that I requested a quiet room, they said yes, not super noisy at all, including noisy tourists and noise at 4am, from the freeway all night!

The hotel was overall great. The parking was good, the location was convenient and quiet. The only thing I will say is the water pressure in the sink and shower weren’t good and the shower plug was stuck so it wouldn’t drain properly. But I’d stay here again for the price and location.

Everything was groovy. Nice clean place. Very comfortable and a great location for my trip. Close to restaurants, bars and coffee, as well as the UCB Theater. What more could you want?

Towels were dirty, and you hear everything from the neighbors to the streets. There was so Wine yelling down the halls.

Was there for an event, it's a hotel in K-town so it's marketed more towards Koreans. The valet service was great, cost for valet was reasonable. The restaurants upstairs were great, food was tasty and service is great. They have 2 rooms for private parties and can be setup for presentations. Overall it was a great experience at this hotel.

I got a good night sleep here on a last minute booking. The staff was friendly and check-in was very easy. It was very quiet for being in downtown Los Angeles. My room seemed a little dated and that's the only reason for no 5 stars. The room I had was extremely clean and overall good. I’ve found my new home for Dodger games. 1.4 miles easy walk. Property has been renovated, just need to work on the entrance to the back parking. Everything is close by.

It’s a nice Inn, I enjoyed my stay for the night. The next morning when I checked out I was able to walk to the coffee shop down the street and down to the Flee market! Nothing to complain about it’s a casual place.

I have 2 checked baggages but the hotel doesn't have any elevator, the receptionists also don't care or help me carry that stuffs.  I don't understand about the email they sent me about the warning for payment, credit card, but during the stay they asked me to show the credit card information

The common areas are small, and they wouldn't even lend me a chair. The staff's attitude was very cold, and I was quite disappointed with the service. The location is great, which only highlights how subpar the facilities and hospitality are.
