The hotel had a nice view! Clean, smelled fresh , staff responds very rapidly. Only issue was limited parking spots. The shower has good water pressure. Soaps smell nice and have a matching lotion to them. The yamashiro restaurant was nice as well and conveniently next to it
Very nice room, amazing view. No elevators and a lot of stairs. Don’t bring rolling suitcases or a lot of luggage, if you can avoid it. Also, there are no food options at the hotel outside of the restaurant that does not have reservations until late night. Due to it being so out the way from most outside restaurants and the surrounding traffic, we used DoorDash and Lyft a lot.
The room was superb and the view was amazing, everything was excellent from the area all the way to service.
Everything was great. My day was wonderful and the online service was very quick to respond to any of my needs.
Amazing hotel. Everything out of this world good. The room spectacular. The view astonishing. The pool one of the coolest pools ive seen. Ive been to top hotels all over the world and rank this amongst the best will be back. One of a kind.
There were no chairs to lay at the pool ! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

The night clerk was great. The gentleman at the desk on the morning of 1-13-26 was especially thoughtful.
Clean, quiet room. Shower just hot enough.
Rate was ok. I will definitely return.
Small hotel with old rooms, carpet everywhere, smells weird.
It's close to Hollywood attractions but there is not much else to do.
Breakfast is ok, better than average, what doesn't really is something.
Everything was on point except the bed, the bed was not it very uncomfortable. But overall it was good. Breakfast was great thank you.
Area was great. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. This is our third time staying at this location and will continue to stay when we go to LA.
The hotel was conveniently located. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife is nearby to explore. The room was quiet and clean.
Room was clean, staff was courteous and location was convenient to Dodger Stadium. Very good experience!

Nice staff. Very convenient public transport
It’s a good property if you are driving and have your car to move in LA. We were traveling for a holiday and did not find the place convenient - there are no cafes or restaurants around the hotel , no access to LAX except taxis and traveling to other places was not easy. Also, it’s located next to the freeway so out first room was very noisy and we had to ask for a change. The front desk was good and...
Everything is good! Staffs are very nice! Breakfast is freshly made! Pancake machine works properly because I stayed in other locations and it usually didn’t work. I think they do well on hygiene as every pastry is wrapped individually. Just one thing needed further improvement is WiFi. It’s weird that we had several devices but only 2 could be connected to WiFi. After all, we are satisfied about staying...
The motel is located at a crossroads. It is very noisy, but it is close to the ID card building and is barely enough for a rest.
The hotel is close to the highway and is too noisy. It is convenient to eat in a Chinese restaurant
Very satisfied with all aspects of service. The room is clean and tidy, and the customer service is friendly.

Overall it was satisfactory. We had no issues and appreciate how they provided make up wipes, bar of soap, and ear protection. The bathrooms were clean, staff was nice, and available parking during our stay.
The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful! The toilets and bathrooms were also clean.
As a hostel you come prepared for sharing bathroom and common areas but felt very private and safe…
Also, about 9 to 10 hours after checking out I realized I had left my car keys, called and confirmed they had them… (I value the honesty and professionalism they showed)
Definitely recommend
A great budget-friendly hotel, conveniently located near public transport in a good neighborhood.
The room is clean, has a microwave, the quilt is very comfortable, there is a window, the sun comes in very nicely, the public toilet is OK, not too far away, there is one on every floor,
Please note that the toilet and bath are shared.
(The door locks securely.)
This may have been a coincidence, but there was no one at the front desk in the middle of the night, which made me worry about security.
I was staying alone, so I was too scared to leave my room in the middle of the night even if I wanted to go to the toilet.
I was also bothered by the fact that there were a few ants in...

The hotel has convenient parking, and there are 7-Eleven convenience stores and burger shops nearby. It's less than a half-hour drive to Universal Studios.
The room was clean, the breakfast was good, but parking was limited.
The third party booked the wrong room type. After coordination, it was finally solved perfectly. The response of Ctrip customer service was awesome.
Clean, friendly service, convenient transportation, reasonable price
The room is old but the facilities are well maintained. The noise of the air conditioner and exhaust fan is inevitable. It is very close to Universal Studios and very convenient to go there. There is a Jimmy's burger two minutes drive away. It is very good.
The room is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is American breakfast, it is very close to Universal Studios, there is free parking, and the cost performance is very high. I renewed the reservation for two more days. The first choice for Los Angeles travel.

Very easy check in/out. Room smelled like mildew and bed was not very comfortable.
Clean room and staff all wonderful. It would be a bonus if there is a kettle and toaster in the room. Tgere was microwave and fridge. But manager and family provided us his own. Had a safe, pleasant stay.
Very clean, simple room especially for the price point. would def stay here again! parking is limited but there are parking meters right outside :)
The room was not properly cleaned at all. There were red spot all over the bathroom counter, long table under the tv was filthy, the floors need the be swept and mopped, and the towels were dingy and worn out.
The room was spotless and quiet. We felt safe and comfortable. I recommend it. I only wish they had breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. If I ever visit I’ll book again.😊
Good place for the area, not bad. Nice and clean, smelled good and next to a selection of food trucks.

The location is convenient!
The room is not noise proof, you can definitely hear your neighbors talk and walk.
But overall big room, and big washroom.
Excellent staff, and easy check-in. The room was very clean(not large)and just the right size for me. Property is well-maintained.
Good location. Very friendly and helpful. Simple but clean.
Location: Very good, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Avenue of Stars and TCL Theater. It takes about half an hour to take bus 222 to Universal Studios opposite the hotel. There is a small supermarket near the hotel with several food options. Vietnamese noodles are recommended. There is also a market on Sundays. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Joes Supermarket. The location is super convenient...
The location was very good, within walking distance of the Walk of Fame, the Wax Museum, and the TCL Chinese Theatre. There were also places to buy food nearby. The receptionist was very kind, and although the parking lot was full when we arrived, we spoke to the receptionist and they gave up their parking space for us. Therefore, the location and service were very good. The hotel room was very clean...
The room was clean and had a refrigerator, and there was also a coin laundry and water server on site, so there was everything we needed.
It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, and there were homeless people along the way, so the security situation wasn't that good, but the hotel staff were friendly and there was a luggage storage service after check-out, so we had a comfortable stay

Too noisy, could hear the plumbing, and the room next to us sounded like they were in the room with us when they'd speak the room above us, you can hear everything they were doing as well. Room was clean but it’s just too noisy.
I was quite surprised to find out that there was an extra charge for parking. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, as it wasn't something I expected. Additionally, I found the options for the continental breakfast to be quite limited.
If you want something easy, comfortable, and perfectly located around Glendale, these are solid, no-stress options—great for sleeping well, getting ready, and moving around without hassle
I stayed here to go to Halloween horror nights with my friend, and it was perfect. We got there on a Friday and left on a Sunday. The manager was extremely kind letting us do a late checkout for a $30 fee on Sunday. The free breakfast was nice, and the hotel was in a great area. We went out to dinner at the mall, and it was actually really quiet for somewhere in the city. The king bed was extremely...
It was okay, but so noisy, like I could hear when people walked in other rooms, especially upstairs.
While breakfast had minimal variety it was a standard hotel breakfast with waffles, yogurt, toast and bagel options as well as coffee and juice. Did the job! The staff was friendly and accommodating our later than expected arrival. Room was clean and well kept for our arrival. The jetted tub within the room is such a great amenity and will be looking to book this room again. Thank you!

Clean room, friendly staff, location is OK. Only thing was the air and heat ventilation was noisy and the bed is a bit springy.
Solid spot for one-night stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Room phone did not work in case you needed to call the main office.
Not spectacular, but a solid place to sleep. Just make sure you secure/hide any valuables you may have in your vehicle.
Good location, cheap and clean. Near Koreatown, suitable for Asians.
Clean room. Had a roach on the ceiling hanging out right over the bed. A bit taken back that they didn't want to give us more than one key to the room or enough clean towels for all guests in the room. Friendly staff. I believe this is a owner issue. Hotel is perfectly located in the middle of all my events.
2nd time staying here. It's decent. You have to request an iron from the front desk but unfortunately no ironing boards available. Bathroom door doesn't lock and the shower head has very little force. Other than that, everything is ok.
The service is very good and the location is great. I will come again next time

In general everything was ok. Drawbacks included the music machine was out of order. We had a 6 am departure and no coffee available. The biggest issue was the front door to he hotel that slammed louldly as we had a room next to the door.
The hotel is good, the receptionist is friendly, but the point is that I requested a quiet room, they said yes, not super noisy at all, including noisy tourists and noise at 4am, from the freeway all night!
The hotel was overall great. The parking was good, the location was convenient and quiet. The only thing I will say is the water pressure in the sink and shower weren’t good and the shower plug was stuck so it wouldn’t drain properly. But I’d stay here again for the price and location.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Really great stay for the price! This hotel offers excellent value and was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff was welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. While it’s not a high-end or luxury hotel, everything worked well and met expectations. You truly get what you pay for, and in the best way possible. Would happily stay here...
Everything was groovy. Nice clean place. Very comfortable and a great location for my trip. Close to restaurants, bars and coffee, as well as the UCB Theater. What more could you want?

It was a wonderful place and the staff was very kind to us
Location exactly as described. Clean, friendly and the hot tub is perfect!
Parking was easy and accommodations just what is needed!
Great location close to beach and food.
If you add the $38 for the parking this is a bit too pricey for what it is. Would stay again but not at the rates they are asking. It's very basic setting with quirky murals to make it look hip. It's ok but not the best place I ever stayed at.
Good place to stay, excellent location, good staff, clean room, however the parking lot I think it’s a bit overpriced at $38 per night.
Artsy room. Great for social media people. Great size. Got it on a perfectly reasonable deal. Excellent location. If you get too close to the beach, you'll be stuck in traffic. This hotel is just outside of all that. But close enough to walk or use alternate transportation. Staff are kind and quick. Very mindful.
A 1 year old can easily open the doors in the rooms. So if you have any young kids...
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything is clean and amenities are great. Also very nice helpful guy on the reception.

Convenient location if you’re looking for somewhere close to LAX but not too clamorous
I liked that the room was very clean and quiet. There was no parking fee and the parking place was safe.
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Centrally located. Safe parking. Stayed here for 4-5 weeks and kept coming back.
For the location and price, this is very well maintained and a great place to stay. The staff is receptive to feedback and are diligent about keeping the place well run. Would come back if in the area.
The motel was just right for our needs, with clean spacious accessible accomodations. The parking was ample and breakfast was adequate. Pretty noisy upstairs neighbor in the night but overall good stay.
I booked a king bed room here and found it to be an excellent value. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton in terms of luxury, but it is very affordable for what it offers. The room was simple, clean, and functional, with a work desk as well as the convenience of a refrigerator and microwave. We have travelled extensively and stayed in some of the most famous hotels in the world, but Château Marmont is in a league of its own. A hotel that needs no introduction. This was our first stay at CM and will absolutely not be the last. So many things about this place feel special. This hotel is not for people who book "by the numbers". This is will never win an award for "best hotel" here on Tripadvisor. It's about a feeling and sense of place. The service is impeccable. It's informal but polished. There's no pretense, interactions...
Our absolute favorite hotel. Even though we are loyal to the Beverly Hills Hotel, we must split up our time. I love the staff the artwork, the food happy hour… Nighttime drinks in the living room (I call it). We also love the pool area. We spend days at the pool without leaving the hotel. I love the employees and cannot say enough about the service they provide. We love everything about the hotel...
We stopped by at CM for a cocktail at the bar before a benefit show at the laugh factory. From the music, to the service to the SMELL, it felt luxurious. Even though we stayed briefly, would say it was a highlight of the trip and a wonderful experience overall

A lovely hotel in a great location close to shops, eateries, and more. Perfect for the budget-minded traveler. Friendly motel staff helped with check-in and check-out. Easy and secure parking. Will definitely recommend!
The staff was very friendly, the property was exceptionally clean inside and out, the room was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again soon!
Room condition definetly can be improved as it has damaged wall corners, torn shower curtain, only 2 hand towels etc.
Manager who helped me to check in was nice and friendly. My room was nice and clean. Furniture is not new bit in really decent condition.

When we checked in they were painting the lobby so it was a bit smelly
The environment was nice, but the service was unfriendly! I checked in with a service dog, but the front desk wanted to charge a fee. Without even checking the service dog's certificate, they insisted on explaining what services the dog provided. I couldn't answer in professional English, and after a while, I was about to check out when the supervisor arrived and allowed me to stay.
Maybe I came back early the second night and didn't meet the homeless man again

The room rate was very affordable for the area and included free on site valet only parking. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was quiet at night. The location is great for exploring Koreatown and is walking distance from many. The room was very clean.

Was there for an event, it's a hotel in K-town so it's marketed more towards Koreans. The valet service was great, cost for valet was reasonable. The restaurants upstairs were great, food was tasty and service is great. They have 2 rooms for private parties and can be setup for presentations. Overall it was a great experience at this hotel.
Unless you like Korean food there is not much to do in the area but I guess that's an issue for me to bring up with my travel agent.
The hotel itself a bit dated. Small things make a big difference. It's a double room but they only give you one creamer for the coffee. One big towel for the bathroom etc.
Not all is bad however. The staff were friendly. You get a wide selection of channels from sports...
I got a good night sleep here on a last minute booking. The staff was friendly and check-in was very easy. It was very quiet for being in downtown Los Angeles. My room seemed a little dated and that's the only reason for no 5 stars. The room I had was extremely clean and overall good. The room was spacious and the service was good. But why was there no bread at breakfast?
The hotel is a bit dated but clean. The breakfast is very average (in quality and quantity).
Parking is on the street (free but not practical with luggage).
Hotel is old, but it has been kept up. there isn't need for much service, since there's only a self-service breakfast with throw-away utensils. However, the front desk is friendly and helpful. It's really a gem in such an expensive area.
The Holocaust Museum, Tar Pits Museum, and County Art Museum are all within walking distance, so it was a convenient location for visiting art museums.
The hotel rooms were clean and the front desk staff were very friendly.
I was surprised that there were no hair dryers in the rooms and that the breakfast was only a light snack, but this may be due to cultural differences.
Maybe you should bring slippers.
