The hotel had a nice view! Clean, smelled fresh , staff responds very rapidly. Only issue was limited parking spots. The shower has good water pressure. Soaps smell nice and have a matching lotion to them. The yamashiro restaurant was nice as well and conveniently next to it

Very nice room, amazing view. No elevators and a lot of stairs. Don’t bring rolling suitcases or a lot of luggage, if you can avoid it. Also, there are no food options at the hotel outside of the restaurant that does not have reservations until late night. Due to it being so out the way from most outside restaurants and the surrounding traffic, we used DoorDash and Lyft a lot.

The room was superb and the view was amazing, everything was excellent from the area all the way to service.

Small hotel with old rooms, carpet everywhere, smells weird. It's close to Hollywood attractions but there is not much else to do. Breakfast is ok, better than average, what doesn't really is something.

Everything is good! Staffs are very nice! Breakfast is freshly made! Pancake machine works properly because I stayed in other locations and it usually didn’t work. The motel is located at a crossroads. It is very noisy, but it is close to the ID card building and is barely enough for a rest.

Very satisfied with all aspects of service. The room is clean and tidy, and the customer service is friendly.

The hotel has convenient parking, and there are 7-Eleven convenience stores and burger shops nearby. It's less than a half-hour drive to Universal Studios.

The room is old but the facilities are well maintained. The noise of the air conditioner and exhaust fan is inevitable. It is very close to Universal Studios and very convenient to go there. There is a Jimmy's burger two minutes drive away. It is very good.

The room was not properly cleaned at all. There were red spot all over the bathroom counter, long table under the tv was filthy, the floors need the be swept and mopped, and the towels were dingy and worn out.

The room was clean and had a refrigerator, and there was also a coin laundry and water server on site, so there was everything we needed. Too noisy, could hear the plumbing, and the room next to us sounded like they were in the room with us when they'd speak the room above us, you can hear everything they were doing as well. Room was clean but it’s just too noisy.

While breakfast had minimal variety it was a standard hotel breakfast with waffles, yogurt, toast and bagel options as well as coffee and juice. Did the job! Solid spot for one-night stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room phone did not work in case you needed to call the main office. Not spectacular, but a solid place to sleep. Just make sure you secure/hide any valuables you may have in your vehicle.

In general everything was ok. Drawbacks included the music machine was out of order. We had a 6 am departure and no coffee available. The biggest issue was the front door to he hotel that slammed louldly as we had a room next to the door.

The hotel is good, the receptionist is friendly, but the point is that I requested a quiet room, they said yes, not super noisy at all, including noisy tourists and noise at 4am, from the freeway all night!

The hotel was overall great. The parking was good, the location was convenient and quiet. The only thing I will say is the water pressure in the sink and shower weren’t good and the shower plug was stuck so it wouldn’t drain properly. But I’d stay here again for the price and location.

The environment was nice, but the service was unfriendly! I checked in with a service dog, but the front desk wanted to charge a fee. Without even checking the service dog's certificate, they insisted on explaining what services the dog provided. I couldn't answer in professional English, and after a while, I was about to check out when the supervisor arrived and allowed me to stay.

Was there for an event, it's a hotel in K-town so it's marketed more towards Koreans. The valet service was great, cost for valet was reasonable. The restaurants upstairs were great, food was tasty and service is great. They have 2 rooms for private parties and can be setup for presentations. Overall it was a great experience at this hotel.

I got a good night sleep here on a last minute booking. The staff was friendly and check-in was very easy. It was very quiet for being in downtown Los Angeles. My room seemed a little dated and that's the only reason for no 5 stars. The room I had was extremely clean and overall good. Also, the building itself is pretty cool if you're into that sort of thing.

I’ve found my new home for Dodger games. 1.4 miles easy walk. Property has been renovated, just need to work on the entrance to the back parking. Everything is close by.

It’s a nice Inn, I enjoyed my stay for the night. The next morning when I checked out I was able to walk to the coffee shop down the street and down to the Flee market! Nothing to complain about it’s a casual place.
