My stay at Hotel Figueroa was just okay. Nothing bad, but nothing special either. Overall, it was fine but not memorable.

The hotel's exterior and interior had a lovely vintage feel. We rented a car and the parking lot next to the hotel was conveniently located.

Located in DTLA, it is more convenient to drive around Los Angeles, but the valet parking provided by the hotel is not cheap. It is recommended to find a parking space by yourself. Finding a parking space requires patience and a lot of driving around. I like the hotel’s swimming pool~

The room is dark and much more crowded than it looks in the pictures.

The design is quite stylish, but a bit eerie, more like a vampire hotel style, and the guests are all very fashionable, avant-garde, and even pioneering. If you have a strong personality, you can try it, but if you are normal, forget it. The area doesn't feel that safe at night.

The room was decent, quite spacious by American standards. We were able to open up one large and two small suitcases without a problem. The location is excellent, right next to UCLA, with many restaurants nearby, and it's a very safe neighborhood. First time staying in this hotel in LA! Decent and great location! Cleanliness is not bad (compared to a lot of hotels in LA) and concierge's very helpful and friendly.

The community around the hotel is clean and safe, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, although the room is not big, the service provided is still good, such as free taxi within 3 kilometers. There are churches and Hammer Museum nearby, and it is not far from Beverly Hills.

The room (two Queen Beds for five nights) is very comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. The vibe is so chillax. The food is gorgeous at the Front Yard restaurant where I did enjoy brunch, dinner and even takeaway as well. Staff there are of very good customer service as well. You can easily purchase the Universal Studio tickets at the hotel as well as enjoy free shuttle trolley...

The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient. They also thoughtfully arranged parking for us to leave after we finished our trip to the Universal Studios, which was great.

The bedding was a bit too soft, and the service attitude was just okay. After the room was supposedly cleaned, I found nail clippings on the bed and the carpet was dirty. The sheets were also poorly made. However, it's conveniently located for school matters, and there aren't many other options around.

The conference center is located on the UCLA campus, and within walking distance of Westwood village. The people at the front desk were helpful, the room was well appointed, clean, and fairly new. The service at the bar was fast. Overall it was a great experience, there was a good room rate when I booked making it less expensive than the W hotel, with larger rooms, and comparably appointed.

Had an amazing experience at Solaire Resort Entertainment City. The place is elegant and well-maintained, with excellent service from the staff. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere feels truly luxurious. Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy!

Great hotel with luxury rooms and amenities.

The location of the hotel is OK, but there is no parking lot. The breakfast is simple and the dishes are the same for 5 days.

The room was spacious, the largest hotel I've found in the area. The location was also convenient and safe. There's a restaurant downstairs with good food, especially the cheesecake. However, there were two minor drawbacks: the sliding window on the balcony wasn't soundproof, so traffic noise could be heard at night. The shower had no door, so water easily leaked out, leaving the floor wet.

This hotel is very good. The rooms are spacious and bright, comfortable and clean, luxurious and atmospheric. Each room has a balcony and outdoor seats, where you can enjoy the city view. Breakfast and dinner are both delicious. The hotel staff are very responsible, warm and thoughtful. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again.

Very good experience, the surrounding is quiet and peaceful, there are not many security issues, but there are some **** It is about 5-6 kilometers away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. You can run or take a taxi to go there

We live in far east , comparatively the hotels (including Marriott) the breakfast spread is quite vast , a lot more options to eat. But we did not get the same in Marriott Beverly Hills. It was manageable though. If the cost allows the hotel to make it better , the guest might be more happier and satisfied.

Hotel breakfasts in the US are usually quite basic, so I generally don't recommend booking with breakfast included. This hotel, however, was even more bizarre: guests who had breakfast included were still charged an extra $10 per person as a 'table fee.' On top of that, the bathroom was tiny!

The room was great! For this price and location in Beverly Hills, it's an excellent deal. The environment is also very pleasant, surpassing most hotels in the US.

Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived, and it took a long time for it to be delivered. Parking was $70 a night, and we were double-charged by both the parking attendant and the front desk staff. This issue hasn't been resolved yet. My overall impression is just so-so.

The lighting was a bit dim, and the light switches were confusing and hard to figure out. Adjusting the hot water was also a bit tricky. Overall, it was still pretty good.

The staff are friendly and the cafe on the first floor and rooftop pool are great. It's in an affiliated building and is small, but it has a working room which is very convenient. Be careful about the price as there will be additional payments and destination fees charged on site.

I had a wedding at the Maybourne back in October 18, 2025. And I have to say that it was an absolutely amazing venue overall. It is absolutely beautiful from the terrace to the indoor ballroom. I did not stay here, I went to the Dante, on the rooftop for dinner. The vibe was cool, the view was great, and the food was pretty good as well. Its in Beverly hills but I wouldnt say its a great location. Its kind of hiding in the crowd of other buildings. But it is a nice hotel by the looks of it.

Amazing customer service !! Everyone is so wonderful and provided excellent customer service. What a great experience spending a weekend at this luxury hotel. So clean and meticulously decorated! Overall a fine stay, but there were lots of little misses, that shouldn’t have happened at a property of this caliber: Mini fridge did not work and one of the bathroom outlets was broken. During turn down service toilet paper wasn’t replaced, hand towel was removed and not replaced, used glassware was left.

There is a very comfortable sunbathing pool on the top of the peninsula in Beverly Hills. The gym is open and very bright on the roof. The room is of good size, but there is no balcony. It is located near the Golden Triangle area and it takes only 20 minutes to walk to the famous shopping street.

I chose this hotel because I was going to a show. It's also very close to the airport, which made getting there and back super convenient. There's plenty of parking space. Right across from the hotel, there's a shopping mall and supermarket, both within walking distance. Hygiene: Clean.

I was not given the room that me and one of my colleagues booked by saying its over booked and error by system. We have asked to change on next day. The toiletries were so delicately scented, Hotel lounge area is used for a lot of external meetings, which can be noisy and not resident friendly, and a friend we dined with said the lounge is extremely busy at weekends. We arrived very late night on Nov 30th, 2025. The staff on duty was not very happy. No welcome, no greeting, rather cold… making me a little uncomfortable. It is completely different from other staff I encountered during the two stays in the hotel.

The hotel is very near to USC and it make parents easy to settle their children schooling stuff. Everything is good except the overnight parking is very expensive at $40.

Nice place to stay! Quick in and out stay, reception was excellent. Beds comfy, but windows need better insulation. We heard everything outside on the 11th floor. Parking was $40 overnight. We were there about 10 hours overall, would probably not stay again only due to the noise because I’m a light sleeper.

All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Close to Hollywood sites. I can see why ear plugs are in the room. The walls are paper thin. Could hear every conversation in nearby rooms and every door closing, every car driving by. Couldn't get the coffee maker to work.

The place is near the main road but there are many homeless nearby. Everything you need , like microwave & coffee cup have to order by phone & you have to give tips everytime you ask for , so its a little bit expensive hotel .

I sent laundry to the hotel for a total of US$103, but was overcharged by US$282.5. I've contacted the hotel but haven't received a response. The hotel has poor soundproofing, and the lobby turns into a bar on weekend nights, becoming very crowded and chaotic.

5 minutes from Getty & 20 minutes from Rodeo. Great location. 4-5pm complimentary wine, 4-6pm happy hour, and complimentary breakfast at 17th floor. You can enjoy sky line of a whole West Hollywood & LA.

The $45 parking fee is way too expensive; you can find free street parking nearby. Just remember to take your valuables with you to prevent theft. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and any issues I had were quickly resolved by Ctrip. Be aware that there are homeless people in the vicinity, so stay safe.

The room was spacious and very clean. We were also offered a free early check-in. The hotel environment is excellent, and they provide a free shuttle to the Getty Center, along with complimentary breakfast. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view. The only drawback is that the room isn't very soundproof, so there was some noise from outside at night.
