Waldorf is always an excellent stay, in my opinion best hotel in LA

I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. I had been struggling between Four Seasons and Waldorf, but finally chose this one. I have to say that I made the right choice. The service is first-class and it is the first choice for staying

We had an early morning flight, so we only stayed for a few hours. They went to the pool, which was open until 10 PM, and there was also a hot tub, which I heard was really nice. The room was beautiful and clean, and we slept very comfortably. It's a shame we only got a few hours of sleep before leaving. It's also very convenient, just a ten-minute drive from the car rental return.

There was a mini-fire incident broke out at the laundry station during my stay and all residents were told to evaluate immediately from the room. The hotel is excellent overall, conveniently located right by Santa Monica Beach. The main entrance is a 5-10 minute walk from the many restaurants. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious, with complimentary minibars. The bathrooms are spacious and bright, and the towels and bathrobes are soft and comfortable.

Excellent location, right on the beach, beautiful environment

The facilities and location are good, but the bed is too soft and hurts my back. The service is generally decent, but when checking in, an American family was given a welcome gift and a welcome drink, which we didn't get. I'd say the experience was just average. I think the Venetian Blinds Hotel next door has a better atmosphere.

The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming, and it was a very comfortable resort hotel. Because I was breastfeeding, the hotel thoughtfully provided a sterilizer. Room service was very prompt in handling any issues, and the ocean view was also fantastic.

The surrounding environment is quite good. There is a Ralphs supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient. It is very close to LMU University, a half-hour walk away. There are supermarkets, farmers, and some good small restaurants around.

Everything is ok, except the parking is too expensive. Usd45 per night.

Great location just one block away from the Walk of Fame. Check in was in the afternoon however we got there mid morning and they already had our room ready. The room was clean and with all the basic facilities and amenities necessary. The only aspect they could improve is the mattress as it was quite soft for a hotel bed. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while in Hollywood. The room was spacious and clean. No self parking option however valet is 24hours. One of the best fitness centres/gym I’ve used while on vacation. I felt very safe being a solo traveller and will return again in future travels

Great location! It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Avenue of Stars, and you can even catch the sunset by looking down the street. It's also super convenient to request any additional items directly through the in-room tablet.

Restaurants onsite are great. Staff very friendly - if its raining you are greeted with umbrella to escort to the door.

Our stay at the Sun Rose West Hollywood was simply fantastic! Where to start? The staff was wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the rooftop bar and pool were amazing (the views!) and the food at Merois just delicious. The Sun Rose has the best hotel gym I've ever seen (not just weights and machines but also a separate room for stretching, yoga etc.) and a lovely spa. I can't wait to visit again...

I chose this hotel specifically to watch the NBA. The Crypto.com Arena is right across the street, so it felt very safe walking back after the games at night. The elevators were full of people wearing Lakers jerseys, which really added to the atmosphere. Great value for money too!
