The best hotel, very comfortable

The room was spacious, and we were very satisfied. We changed rooms once because the previous room was a bit noisy, and the hotel was accommodating. Overall, we really liked this hotel.

The room was spacious and the service was good. The only downside was that the shower water wasn't hot.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Beverly Hills.

The most surprising hotel was probably the top choice for Americans. It wasn't large, but the rooms were very bright and spacious, with a full range of tea and coffee options, and even a small terrace. Despite being on the street, it wasn't noisy at all.

It's not very convenient if you're just sightseeing.

It was conveniently located near a huge shopping mall. The drugstore diagonally across the street (which usually sells everything) was open late, so it wasn't inconvenient. The room was spacious and clean, and although it was a little dark, it was a comfortable stay.

Charged 50 dollars per car for parking.

The location is convenient and quiet at night, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The only downsides are the leaking showerhead in the bathroom, the relatively high room rate, and the shockingly expensive valet parking fee.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the price is reasonable, and the environment is relatively hygienic.

Crazzyyy good man, would definitely recommend for families cuz of the no smoking policy. We were completely amazed by the spectacular service and kind hearts of the staff. Personally I am very impressed by the rooms and the quality of food. Every hour was a happy hour at the leparc hotel🙂🙂😀😀😀😍

Lovely little boutique hotel. Friendly staff and great food. Barista coffee was good, which is hard to find in the US. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a tv in each room (bedroom and living) so kids and parents could chill out. Would stay here again.

The perfect choice for NBA fans! It's super close to the stadium, less than a ten-minute walk. Contrary to some online reviews, there aren't many homeless people around; the streets are clean and quiet. The room isn't huge, but the layout is well-designed. Pretty good overall!

I recently stayed in a renovated room at this hotel. The room itself looked good and felt new, which was a plus. However, the comfort of the bed was an issue. This hotel is very near Beach Santa Monica (only 3min. to walk). The staffs were very friendly. The shopping mall is also near this hotel. Only the parking is ver expensive (about 70$).

Right next to Santa Monica pier with valet parking available on site. A little steep though at $68 before tax. Beach towels and chairs are available for guests to borrow. Similarly, kids beach toy sets too.

The room is very good and the surrounding environment is also good. The room price is not high, but in addition to the room price and the $65 parking fee, there will be a $10 city worker protection fee and a $35 Urban Amenities fee, as well as other miscellaneous fees.

I love the location of the hotel, but actually the hotel is built so many years ago, so it’s king old. All the staff are friendly and nice. If you looking to stay in west hollywood this hotel may be a great choice.

The hotel was quite stunning with a feeling of luxury, in a great location. Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)

First off all the staff are very kind. I had good experience although my only issue was low water pressure in the shower, and there was only rain shower and not an option for shower head. And the carpet was not properly cleaned and I had some dust as well. I stayed for one night so didn’t have time or seen a reason to complain. Beside that everything was perfect.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. It's very close to the Avenue of Stars, just a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that parking costs $50 per day! But overall, it was a very good stay.

The location is decent, not too far from Hollywood Boulevard. However, the parking fee is a bit steep at $55 per night.

There are many people in the Four Seasons Hotel. They are all occupied because they want to hold the Oscars. The small balcony is not bad. The price is a bit expensive and the surrounding commercial environment is not good. It is mainly a residential area.

I really like the lobby and swimming pool of this hotel. The ordinary room is not big, but it can fit a fully opened 32-inch suitcase. If you want to save a little parking fee, you can ask the hotel to park by yourself.

A nice hotel on the oceanfront. Our room had a wonderful view. Breakfast is typical American: omelet, sausage, bacon, or cutlets. Fruit and yogurt are also a plus. The rooms are a bit tired, but that wasn't a deal-breaker. Parking is a bit pricey.

Location of hotel is close to airport,there are a few fast food around. The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying.

The water pressure is too small and water is not hot enough, making it so cold during bath. Dislike the barrier free toilet as the floor is totally wet after bath. There is some mould in the sink basin. Poorer than other hampton hotels in rural cities, may be due to its convenient location. But the price is reasonable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Chamberlain hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and fun. The room and hotel itself were squeaky clean. We can't wait to return for our next trip to West Hollywood.

A hotel located in a residential area, very quiet, but the facade is easy to miss, and the parking lot entrance is even harder to find. The parking fee is $65/night, worthy of Beverly. When checking in, the waiter will give a small note asking if you need housekeeping, which is relatively good. Great location, friendly team, comfy bed and quality toiletries in the shower. Only gripes were the air con being temperamental and not really working in my room.  They came as soon as I reported it but then it conked out again.  Shower door is weird as well; have to squeeze yourself past it to close it. We had an amazing stay at Viceroy Santa Monica. The hotel has a supreme location near the Santa Monica Pier and beach. Service is excellent throughout our time there. The hotel is aesthetic and uses elements of the ocean very well in its decoration.

Worked with the Viceroy, specifically Desiree, on bringing a group of 200+ for the USC football game. The hotel was amazing to work with, check-in went beautifully with that many guests.
