The best hotel, very comfortable
The room was spacious, and we were very satisfied. We changed rooms once because the previous room was a bit noisy, and the hotel was accommodating. Overall, we really liked this hotel.
The room was spacious and the service was good. The only downside was that the shower water wasn't hot.
It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Beverly Hills.
The hotel is very nice, highly recommended!
The most surprising hotel was probably the top choice for Americans. It wasn't large, but the rooms were very bright and spacious, with a full range of tea and coffee options, and even a small terrace. Despite being on the street, it wasn't noisy at all.

It's not very convenient if you're just sightseeing.
The room was comfortable: It was larger than I expected, clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a very practical design.
Almost everything was perfect. The hotel's surroundings were actually quite nice, although there were a few homeless people and some advice against going out at night, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. However, this didn't diminish my appreciation for the hotel, and I would choose it again next time. The room was very comfortable, like a top-tier hotel in China, and cleanliness was not a concern...
The hotel is very private. Because I gave a little tip, I was directly upgraded to the largest room type. It is really big. It usually costs more than 2,000 US dollars a night. The view is also amazing.
While I typically enjoy my stays at Ritz Carlton properties, my experience at the LA location fell short of expectations. Despite proactively arranging for an early check-in to surprise my fiancée for our anniversary, the execution was lacking. Despite being informed that a room would be ready, delays in check-in caused us to miss our lunch reservation. Furthermore, the service at the lobby restaurant...
Great place to relax. Very Busy on Laker Game day but the service was not compromised. The Fennel Chicken salad needed more champagne vinaigrette. The ambiance is gorgeous and relaxing.

All good except the noise from the water system near the bathroom. It stayed loud pretty much throughout the whole night.
It was conveniently located near a huge shopping mall. The drugstore diagonally across the street (which usually sells everything) was open late, so it wasn't inconvenient. The room was spacious and clean, and although it was a little dark, it was a comfortable stay.
Very bad sofa bed. Springs must have been broken. They changer the room immediately. But it was not much better.. will need to invest on this issue
Reasonably priced, clean and modern, simple but nice pool, good location. The additional sofa bed was a plus. Recommend using the public parking on Orange St, which is $9/day and a short walk away. The downtown area felt safe and clean, would go back again.
Excellent location and fantastic service!
I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free.
Also, when I arrived early, they arranged for me to be able to enter the room earlier than the original check-in time.
Furthermore, when I asked if I could delay check-out as my son was feeling a little unwell, I naturally assumed I would have to pay for it, but they...

Having to go up and down to the upper building is a pain in the neck. When we went to our room, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Area is nice, safe and isolated. Really bad traffic because it’s close to the highway entrance.
After the first night of staying in my room I noticed my door lock wasn’t working. That means anyone could’ve entered my room without a keycard. Called the front desk and they sent someone to check it out and fixed it. That was the end of the story but I’d expected at least an apology of some sort from...

The location is convenient and quiet at night, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The only downsides are the leaking showerhead in the bathroom, the relatively high room rate, and the shockingly expensive valet parking fee.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the price is reasonable, and the environment is relatively hygienic.
Crazzyyy good man, would definitely recommend for families cuz of the no smoking policy. We were completely amazed by the spectacular service and kind hearts of the staff. Personally I am very impressed by the rooms and the quality of food. Every hour was a happy hour at the leparc hotel🙂🙂😀😀😀😍
Lovely little boutique hotel. Friendly staff and great food. Barista coffee was good, which is hard to find in the US. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a tv in each room (bedroom and living) so kids and parents could chill out. Would stay here again.
The hotel is conveniently located, the room is warm and comfortable, the kitchen is a bit cramped, and the cooking facilities are not very convenient
The hotel was a little gem! Staff was friendly and room was super big! Love the location! Walking to shops restaurants etc. My only complaint is the walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors above walking/showering/even talking very good.

The hotel was great
The food credit helped and I ate at the rooftop bar which aves me money as it was beautiful a rooftop
Room was as pictured I would stay here again
10/10 recommendation
The perfect choice for NBA fans! It's super close to the stadium, less than a ten-minute walk. Contrary to some online reviews, there aren't many homeless people around; the streets are clean and quiet. The room isn't huge, but the layout is well-designed. Pretty good overall!
The facilities are all there, as expected. The room is a bit small, but the bed is quite comfortable. It's just a bit difficult if you have two large suitcases open at the same time in the room. Overall, it's pretty good.
The location is fantastic. It's close to the subway, bus stops, and a supermarket, and you can even walk to Crypto.com Arena. The area around the hotel also felt very safe. While people often say it's dangerous to walk around Los Angeles at night, I felt perfectly fine walking between the hotel and the arena. My only complaints are that the room didn't have a refrigerator and the shower ran out of...

Quick response on my queries before check in date
we included breakfast in our 8-night stay booking, and the service was great. The fitness centre had a wide range of machines available for use.
Regarding cleanliness: We took two rooms, and one room was perfectly cleaned and very comfortable (Japanese standards), while the other room had about 4 items left behind by the previous guest. Found it.
Location: Although the road is a little out of the way and the security is not good, it is located in the center of the city, so it has relatively good access to various places, and there are commercial...
Clean hotel, expensive valet, best to park across the street.
I recently stayed in a renovated room at this hotel. The room itself looked good and felt new, which was a plus.
However, the comfort of the bed was an issue. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the pillows, also too hard. I requested a softer pillow, and they offered one with feathers, but it was just as uncomfortable as the previous four. And the choice of TV channels is quite limited.

This hotel is very near Beach Santa Monica (only 3min. to walk). The staffs were very friendly. The shopping mall is also near this hotel. Only the parking is ver expensive (about 70$).
Right next to Santa Monica pier with valet parking available on site. A little steep though at $68 before tax.
Beach towels and chairs are available for guests to borrow. Similarly, kids beach toy sets too.
Newly renovated, nice, close to the beach. No slippers.
Generally speaking, I can only say that the location is good
Very good hotel, convenient location, but the labor cost is high and the work is a little slow, everything else is good
I booked a coastal hotel, but was given a garden view. I was cheated of my money. There is a McDonald's across the road downstairs, which is convenient for breakfast. The parking fee of 65 per night is really expensive

Amazing stay! Hospitality was perfect, rooms were large, and fireplace was amazing.
The hotel was quite nice; the front desk staff were very polite. They greeted us proactively when we came in and out. The rooms were spacious and had an old-money feel. Dinner was delivered to our room quickly and tasted great! 👍🏻
Located between Beverly and West Hollywood, very convenient to Great White and Melsrose
Parking is at Valet, 65🔪/day
More than 2k/day
The room is very good and the surrounding environment is also good. The room price is not high, but in addition to the room price and the $65 parking fee, there will be a $10 city worker protection fee and a $35 Urban Amenities fee, as well as other miscellaneous fees.
I love the location of the hotel, but actually the hotel is built so many years ago, so it’s king old. All the staff are friendly and nice. If you looking to stay in west hollywood this hotel may be a great choice.

Check in was easy and hotel lobby was aesthetically pleasing. Room was clean and spacious.
The hotel was quite stunning with a feeling of luxury, in a great location. Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)
First off all the staff are very kind.
I had good experience although my only issue was low water pressure in the shower, and there was only rain shower and not an option for shower head. And the carpet was not properly cleaned and I had some dust as well. I stayed for one night so didn’t have time or seen a reason to complain. Beside that everything was perfect.
Good location. Rooms were quiet and clean. Food options at hotel were good. Did.not feel crowded
Great location but not clean
The carpeting in our room was disgusting. Both my husband and I wouldn't walk on it without shoes. It needs to be replaced.
The room did not have enough towels upon arrival.
Beautiful hotel, lovely staff!! They offer complementary water and coffee every day plus free wi-fi. Great restaurant, very accommodating. Enjoyable stay!

This was my first time in Los Angeles, and I chose the Hilton. Claudia at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful and welcoming service, which was a huge comfort to us since we don't speak the language and were completely new to everything. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. It's very close to the Avenue of Stars, just a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that parking costs $50 per day! But overall, it was a very good stay.
Good location, competitive price, overall decent hotel and excellent choice if you want to be in walking distance of Hollywood!
Excellent,if get chance will come back again

Very good service and very comfortable
There are many people in the Four Seasons Hotel. They are all occupied because they want to hold the Oscars. The small balcony is not bad. The price is a bit expensive and the surrounding commercial environment is not good. It is mainly a residential area.
The front desk waitress provided very poor service and deliberately made things difficult for people
The hotel has a good location in Beverly Hills. The Christmas decorations are very atmospheric, but the service is mediocre and the refund processing is sloppy. I am very disappointed!
I thought the Four Seasons brand should have high quality, but I was still a little disappointed! The bedding was good, but there were hairs on the edge of the bed frame! I booked two rooms and gave a $5 tip for both. As a result, the upgraded room was not cleaned despite the tip, but the cheaper room was cleaned. I don't know if the expensive room requires more tips. The water was not refilled. I...

A nice hotel on the oceanfront. Our room had a wonderful view. Breakfast is typical American: omelet, sausage, bacon, or cutlets. Fruit and yogurt are also a plus. The rooms are a bit tired, but that wasn't a deal-breaker. Parking is a bit pricey.
Nice clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The breakfast buffé is so good! It’s not big but everything is tasty! Fresh fruits and berrys, fresh juices, bagels, scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and a spicy tomato sallad. Would stay here again only because of the breakfast.
The staff is friendly enough.
The room was strange and could be cleaner. The shower door goes both ways which is unsafe- should open outward only. The sink counter is made of some material that leaves it looking ever dirty. The bathroom has a barn door that leaves zero privacy for someone on the toilet. The gap is an inch on either side. Yikes! The closet where there’s a door to ?? has a light that...

Very convenient for the airport and they offer a free shuttle. Big, clean, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is ok.
Great Stay, the food was okay.
Only things is toilet air ventilation and hair dryer is too weak
Good facilities for families like fridge and microwave also the cleanliness was 10
Location of hotel is close to airport, there are a few fast food around. The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying.
The water pressure is too small and water is not hot enough, making it so cold during bath.
Dislike the barrier free toilet as the floor is totally wet after bath. There is some mould in the sink basin.
Poorer than other hampton hotels in rural cities, may be due to its convenient location. But the price is reasonable.

The hotel is located in the West Hollywood area, which is relatively safe compared to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Great location, friendly team, comfy bed and quality toiletries in the shower.
