I placed out of town guests at the Mosaic several times. It’s a small, very private, very clean hotel, at a great location, and reasonably priced. I heard nothing but praise from my guests.

Good value and convenient location. Rooms are comfy and clean. The only red flag with my stay is the additional fee of $30 for the in-room use of wi-fi. Though it's a detail mentioned in the listing during booking, it's not pointed out during registration as an additional cost like the additional cost for parking. If you plan to park here and use their wi-fi, plan on an additional fee of $80/night...

The room was comfortable. The common areas were not kept up. Can use new carpeting.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently helpful without ever feeling intrusive. From check-in to checkout, everything felt smooth and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Fun little boutique hotel, but do NOT get a room in the back of the property, especially on a lower floor. The dumpsters are back there and I was awakened at 6AM by the sound of breaking glass and metal dumpsters being rolled around.

New favorite hotel Lovely hotel is a terrific location right in the center of Culver City. The French bistro Simonette is in the hotel and the food is terrific, especially the wonderful breakfast menu. Absolutely loved the hotel and staff!

we got a queen room at the second floor. the room is small. elevator has a problem to stop in second floor. sometimes, we need to just take the stairs. the hotel does not provide water. because they sell drinks through vendo machine. ice maker machine in the second floor does not work. we need to go up to 3rd floor if we need ice. the room has microwave though, which is very useful

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are relatively new, and the location is in a relatively safe area. The cleanliness is average, and the service is almost non-existent. The communal kitchen is relatively clean and has a microwave and dishwasher. There is no drinking water, kettle, disposable items, or slippers in the rooms, but there are toiletries. CUTE!!!! not too far from lots of shopping and sightseeing. Our room had a little balcony. Quiet and relaxed vibe. There's a guest laundry and guest kitchen with a cappuccino machine and other things. Cute Mexican place inside the hotel. You can reserve parking in the garage but beware - it's tight and steep coming in and out of the garage.

Room was exceptionally clean. Enjoyed the gym. The $32 fee for parking (1-day) stay is greedy and unacceptable. Fortunately a reasonably priced lot was nearby.

Excellent location! Close to the airport (15 minutes by taxi), as much for venice beach at 10 minutes of walking... Clean and safe hotel! I would return there again for a trip to L.A :)

Spacious room with modern furniture and excellent bed. The bungalows have a terrace in the communal area, with little sense of privacy. Inside the room they could put a table or armchairs to make a communal area, apart from the desk. Tiny pool. We didn't have room service in 3 nights that we stayed, they made up for it with breakfast, and they give you clean towels or extra snacks, if you ask for them...

I was unable to contact the front desk using the phone in my room, and there was no guidance or explanation at all about which number to use to contact the desk at the time of hotel check-in or in my room, which was disappointing.

This hotel is located in Koreatown and surprisingly offers free parking! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, but there was no microwave, so I had to go to the front desk to heat it up, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the facilities are a bit older, it's still a great value. The hotel is quiet and in a great location, making it convenient to everything.

Was a unique property, great quiet location, good food, and amazing staff. Lenny and the welcoming crew, the front desk, and the restaurant staff were just genuinely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for anything we needed. Ultimately the staff is what stood out the most for us.

Best luxury hotel at the ocean. Literally 5 stars!! The ambiance is perfect for relaxing California dreams. Staff is at the top of the reasons this place is so posh. Lavender lemonade when you arrive. Bikes you can use for a nice ride along the ocean front. The valet are so friendly and nice you would think they are your friends. Pool is perfect. This hotel is super convenient! Right across the street, there's a mall, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants. It's perfect for families with kids. We'll definitely be staying here again next time. We all loved it, and all the beds are king-size!

Great location near Thai Town — very convenient for delicious food! 🇹🇭 It’s also just a short walk to the Metro station, so getting around LA is easy. Parking on-site is available at $25 per night, which is great if you have a rental car. 🚗 The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioner can be quite loud at night. 😅 But overall, still a comfortable and convenient stay for exploring Hollywood! 🌟

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was large and comfortable. Although the room wasn't huge, it felt very cozy. I also loved the free coffee and coffee machine. I'd definitely come back again!

It was close to the subway station, so it was fine even if I came home late from a concert. There was also a supermarket and a family restaurant nearby, which was nice.

The access was good and there were no major issues for sleeping overnight. The only thing that bothered me was that the shower room door didn't close completely and it was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. The water only felt lukewarm, about 37-38 degrees Celsius. Also, although my room was on the second floor, the hotel's outdoor unit was noisy.

Beautiful boutique hotel in excellent location in Hollywood. Tastefully decorated with amazing interiors, felt like staying at a chic friend's home. No amenities besides a small lounge and rooftop, but they try to make up for it with small touches like complimentary mini bar, happy hour, and excellent service.

Cute hotel, good location-a lot quieter than expected since room was street level. Pillows are bit uncomfortable as they are really big. The parking was not explained well by front desk. You must call the front desk to get into the parking gate open. I had to back up, park and run to front desk 3 times for them to let me in. Could not stream on TV and channels were limited.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, but we were a bit underwhelmed with the room. There were no drawers and no closet (annoying). There were no power outlets near the desk, but there were several near the bed which was great for phone charging. The staff was very nice. Checkout time is 11:00. There is small fitness room, but no treadmill and the Peleton bikes did not work.

The hotel is a bit old, so the soundproofing isn't great. You can easily hear what the people in the next room are doing and saying. The breakfast is simple. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, so the room gets progressively more humid the longer you stay. Aside from these issues, it's a decent place.

It’s a fairly old hotel. The facilities feel dated especially for the price. Breakfast is fine. I like Best Western but I would not stay at this property again. The location is not recommended for tourists as it’s very far from all the good tourist attractions.

The location is in Koreatown, very convenient for eating. The room is simple and clean, there’s a coffee machine with coffee, but no hot water machine with tea, so you need to go to the service desk on the first floor if you want to make tea. There’s an ironing board but no iron. The air conditioner is extremely loud when running.

Located in downtown Los Angeles, this hotel is very close and convenient to the airport, train station, and subway. The rooms are a bit small but have all the basic amenities, offering good value for money. There are many attractions within walking distance, and the Red Line subway goes directly to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Beverly Hills, and within walking distance to Erewhon. Please note that parking will be charged starting May 2025. As for the facilities, the only downsides are that the window faces the hallway, which can feel a bit unsafe, and the towels and bedding are a bit old.
