My room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. Waking hours were filled by walking to the shops and restaurants lining the street.

Staff is nice and the location is great, but the hotel itself is fake nice. Feels like paying for the landlord special at a premium price.

Nowhere to unpack your clothes ( no drawers or shelves), no hooks in the bathroom to put towels, no tv info, basically no help from anyone. The bed was comfortable, the room was super clean and the restaurant was really good but pricey. The whole experience was overpriced.

The room was spotless....very important to me. I really liked how quaint it was and the decor was lovely. The only thing missing was space to put away clothing. No dresser and the closet was very small. The employees were very nice and welcoming!

The room was super clean, the staff was amazing, the pool was great and I loved the Marco Polo restaurant- my server was awesome every time.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a homebase for our LA trip, was in a good location for access to Hollywood sign and Hollywood drive, was also easy to get to Universal via metro. Room was a decent size and clean, front desk staff were great. Pool was heated and nice, only thing was the pool light is hanging out rather than being attached to the wall so could do with being repaired.

Very friendly on arrival, the rooms are very quirky and retro. This was a base for us so we didnt spend alot of time in the room. We ate at the diner on the corner, which is attached the hotel. The food is good with a friendly atmosphere, and handy if hungry and don't plan to go far. The pool was probably the best thing! heated to 30 - nice in the evening to have a swim and relax.

The decor is full of old hollywood photos and a general 1950's vibe, which is quite fun... although having a picture of Audrey Hepburn watching you shower is slightly off putting. Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, walkable location, and very clean which is the criteria I care about. They offer wonderful services like free bike rentals or a Tesla transportation system within a certain radius ( didn’t utilize since we had our car). I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the LA area.

Everything about this experience and stay was immaculate - clean room, friendly staff, anticipatory care - and I am so sad I forgot her name but she was a concierge and gave me a wake up call because I had a 530 AM taxi so she wanted to ensure I was all set for my trip and when the driver picked me up she told him to take good care of me. This is a great value-for-money accommodation. I was a bit worried about safety, but I had no major issues during my 5-night stay. It might have been unnecessary worry. The heater is noisy and the temperature control doesn't work. However, it's a good location for touring LA!!

The hotel is quite old-fashioned, and the cleanliness is acceptable. A plus is that parking is free, unlike some places in LA where you pay even if you're staying at a hotel. There's no microwave in the room, but you can use the shared one. The reception staff are helpful, and the housekeeper cleans the room daily.

The simple bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on as the bones rubbed against the floor. When I opened the window, insects came in. Also, the bed was still dirty even after the room was cleaned. However, the location was great and there was a supermarket nearby.

Seriously the best hotel we stayed in Los Angeles. It is so elegant and in a great location! Even though it is not that expensive, it feels so luxurious. The person at the reception is the nicest person! He made our son the happiest❤️this is our new go-to place whenever we are in LA!

Staff extraordinarily lovely and helpful. Huge rooms with extra amenities including a kitchen and laundry, great location and fair price. We checked in very late and they greeted us by name. They let us ship a package to their location and as it arrived before we did they held it for us and kept us posted of its arrival. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Very elegant style, quiet and comfortable, good location

The staff was very nice, and accommodating. My coffee maker broke at 5 am, and they helped me avoid certain tragedy by quickly replacing it. My room was quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area of the city. There also is a private courtyard with a fountain and a good amount of plants! I placed out of town guests at the Mosaic several times. It’s a small, very private, very clean hotel, at a great location, and reasonably priced. I heard nothing but praise from my guests.

Though it's a detail mentioned in the listing during booking, it's not pointed out during registration as an additional cost like the additional cost for parking. Fun little boutique hotel, but do NOT get a room in the back of the property, especially on a lower floor. The dumpsters are back there and I was awakened at 6AM by the sound of breaking glass and metal dumpsters being rolled around.

New favorite hotel Lovely hotel is a terrific location right in the center of Culver City. The French bistro Simonette is in the hotel and the food is terrific, especially the wonderful breakfast menu. Absolutely loved the hotel and staff!

we got a queen room at the second floor. the room is small. elevator has a problem to stop in second floor. sometimes, we need to just take the stairs. the hotel does not provide water. because they sell drinks through vendo machine. ice maker machine in the second floor does not work. we need to go up to 3rd floor if we need ice. the room has microwave though, which is very useful

Spacious room, everything worked fine, several choices for breakfast. Check in a little cumbersome as filled out information online but had to do it again at front desk. Parking was available, no issues there.

Ocean view is a small hotel in a great location right in front of the park on ocean drive in Santa Monica. Our last stop on our west coast odyssey hotel was perfect. Room was great, location perfect overlooking Santa Monica pier. Hotel staff were excellent and hotel has valet parking. Lots of restaurants, and shopping close by. Pic is of pier in the fog 😁

I was unable to contact the front desk using the phone in my room, and there was no guidance or explanation at all about which number to use to contact the desk at the time of hotel check-in or in my room, which was disappointing.

This hotel is located in Koreatown and surprisingly offers free parking! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, but there was no microwave, so I had to go to the front desk to heat it up, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are relatively new, and the location is in a relatively safe area. The cleanliness is average, and the service is almost non-existent. CUTE!!!! not too far from lots of shopping and sightseeing. Our room had a little balcony. Quiet and relaxed vibe. There's a guest laundry and guest kitchen with a cappuccino machine and other things. Cute Mexican place inside the hotel. You can reserve parking in the garage but beware - it's tight and steep coming in and out of the garage.

This hotel is super convenient! Right across the street, there's a mall, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants. It's perfect for families with kids. We'll definitely be staying here again next time. We all loved it, and all the beds are king-size!

Great location near Thai Town — very convenient for delicious food! 🇹🇭 It’s also just a short walk to the Metro station, so getting around LA is easy. We stayed 10 days at aka Beverly Hills and couldn't have been happier! My husband had spine surgery, so I was coming and going alone. Each return to aka was like "coming home"... only better! The staff welcomed me, parked my car, carried my groceries, made sure I had what I needed.

The service was very good, great location and the everything works well. The only suggestion I would give is to as a better set of cookware and al least 6 placemats, it was difficult to cook in the set they have. All the rest works very well, especially the valet parking.

AKA Beverly Hills is the most fantastic hotel there is. The staff is the best. A shout out to Ricardo always friendly and so he. This was our third year visiting AKA Beverly Hills. Beautiful boutique hotel in excellent location in Hollywood. Tastefully decorated with amazing interiors, felt like staying at a chic friend's home. No amenities besides a small lounge and rooftop, but they try to make up for it with small touches like complimentary mini bar, happy hour, and excellent service.

Cute hotel, good location-a lot quieter than expected since room was street level. Pillows are bit uncomfortable as they are really big. The parking was not explained well by front desk. You must call the front desk to get into the parking gate open. I had to back up, park and run to front desk 3 times for them to let me in. Could not stream on TV and channels were limited.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, but we were a bit underwhelmed with the room. There were no drawers and no closet (annoying). There were no power outlets near the desk, but there were several near the bed which was great for phone charging. The staff was very nice. Checkout time is 11:00. There is small fitness room, but no treadmill and the Peleton bikes did not work.

The hotel is a bit old, so the soundproofing isn't great. You can easily hear what the people in the next room are doing and saying. The breakfast is simple. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, so the room gets progressively more humid the longer you stay. Aside from these issues, it's a decent place.

It’s a fairly old hotel. The facilities feel dated especially for the price. Breakfast is fine. I like Best Western but I would not stay at this property again. The location is not recommended for tourists as it’s very far from all the good tourist attractions.

The location is in Koreatown, very convenient for eating. The room is simple and clean, there’s a coffee machine with coffee, but no hot water machine with tea, so you need to go to the service desk on the first floor if you want to make tea. There’s an ironing board but no iron. The air conditioner is extremely loud when running.
