My room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. Waking hours were filled by walking to the shops and restaurants lining the street.
Staff is nice and the location is great, but the hotel itself is fake nice. Feels like paying for the landlord special at a premium price.
Nowhere to unpack your clothes ( no drawers or shelves), no hooks in the bathroom to put towels, no tv info, basically no help from anyone. The bed was comfortable, the room was super clean and the restaurant was really good but pricey. The whole experience was overpriced.
Ate at restaurant one night..didnt like tge cucumber avacado sakad at all or the spaghetti..
The room was spotless....very important to me. I really liked how quaint it was and the decor was lovely. The only thing missing was space to put away clothing. No dresser and the closet was very small. The employees were very nice and welcoming!
The room was super clean, the staff was amazing, the pool was great and I loved the Marco Polo restaurant- my server was awesome every time.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a homebase for our LA trip, was in a good location for access to Hollywood sign and Hollywood drive, was also easy to get to Universal via metro. Room was a decent size and clean, front desk staff were great. Pool was heated and nice, only thing was the pool light is hanging out rather than being attached to the wall so could do with being repaired.
Very friendly on arrival, the rooms are very quirky and retro. This was a base for us so we didnt spend alot of time in the room. We ate at the diner on the corner, which is attached the hotel. The food is good with a friendly atmosphere, and handy if hungry and don't plan to go far. The pool was probably the best thing! heated to 30 - nice in the evening to have a swim and relax.
We stayed 1 night 4th Sept. Had a good room, city view. 3rd floor, the room was good size and had a safe, microwave and fridge, sofa and storage. the nice touch in the bathroom of cotton balls and q tips. the guys on reception when we arrived were really lovely. good location as we went to Griffith park in the evening, it was a bit noisy from the roads but we slept well, beds were comfy. the hollywood...
Whether or not this is a good deal price-wise might depend on the timing, but this is in any case a good Hollywood-themed hotel. The interior incl rooms were beautiful, but at night further construction was ongoing in the hallways. The diner downstairs was out of our budget, so we bought our food at the Trader Joe's nearby. The Hollywood sign is visible from the rooftop, which was accessible via the...
I visited this hotel for one night on a solo trip. I was looking for a hotel at a reasonable cost, in walkable proximity to Hollywood and Griffith Park with clean, modern amenities - And this hotel was perfect. Whilst ticking those boxes, the hotel has so much character and has that Hollywood feel to it. The hotel has an old-style layout but has been furnished lovely. The room was spotless, large...
The decor is full of old hollywood photos and a general 1950's vibe, which is quite fun... although having a picture of Audrey Hepburn watching you shower is slightly off putting. But jokes aside, it's close to all the main Hollywood attractions, the diner next door is a destination in and of itself, and the rooms are large and comfortable. My only real complaint is that there is zero noise protection...

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, walkable location, and very clean which is the criteria I care about. They offer wonderful services like free bike rentals or a Tesla transportation system within a certain radius ( didn’t utilize since we had our car). I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the LA area.
Clean room, and great staff. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.
Clean and quaint and quiet hotel. The staff are wonderful and helpful. They tended to our needs. Also it’s a nice perk having tea and coffee available all day. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
It’s perfect comfortable location and convenient since I am doing chemotherapy at St John’s
Parking was easy. spaces were tight though. Liked the happy hour
Everything about this experience and stay was immaculate - clean room, friendly staff, anticipatory care - and I am so sad I forgot her name but she was a concierge and gave me a wake up call because I had a 530 AM taxi so she wanted to ensure I was all set for my trip and when the driver picked me up she told him to take good care of me. I would stay here again.

Very nice receptionist. She checked us in despite she had just heated her lunch. Also, the room was clean and have free parking.
The hotel is in Korea town. Easy public transportation. It was clean.
This is a great value-for-money accommodation. I was a bit worried about safety, but I had no major issues during my 5-night stay. It might have been unnecessary worry.
The heater is noisy and the temperature control doesn't work.
However, it's a good location for touring LA!!
The hotel is quite old-fashioned, and the cleanliness is acceptable. A plus is that parking is free, unlike some places in LA where you pay even if you're staying at a hotel. There's no microwave in the room, but you can use the shared one. The reception staff are helpful, and the housekeeper cleans the room daily.
The simple bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on as the bones rubbed against the floor. When I opened the window, insects came in. Also, the bed was still dirty even after the room was cleaned. However, the location was great and there was a supermarket nearby.
The service is excellent. It's a great place for sightseeing. It's comfortable and reasonably priced. The surroundings are nice. The room service is excellent.

Seriously the best hotel we stayed in Los Angeles. It is so elegant and in a great location! Even though it is not that expensive, it feels so luxurious. The person at the reception is the nicest person! He made our son the happiest❤️this is our new go-to place whenever we are in LA!
Highly Recommended Families
As a professional traveler with family, I highly recommend Plaza la Reina. The spacious rooms, excellent location, and friendly staff made our New Year holiday stay truly memorable.
It’s conveniently close to museums and great restaurants—perfect for exploring the city. We’d gladly stay here again!
Staff extraordinarily lovely and helpful. Huge rooms with extra amenities including a kitchen and laundry, great location and fair price. We checked in very late and they greeted us by name. They let us ship a package to their location and as it arrived before we did they held it for us and kept us posted of its arrival. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by various restaurants, as well as large shopping supermarkets such as Target, Ralph’s, and Whole Foods. It is also very convenient to get around, and several bus stops are within walking distance. The hotel is well connected, and the environment is quiet and clean. The room decoration is high-end and comfortable, and there are induction cookers, refrigerators...
Very elegant style, quiet and comfortable, good location
The staff was very nice, and accommodating. My coffee maker broke at 5 am, and they helped me avoid certain tragedy by quickly replacing it. My room was quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area of the city. There also is a private courtyard with a fountain and a good amount of plants! Overall it was a great stay, especially compared to most major chains

I placed out of town guests at the Mosaic several times. It’s a small, very private, very clean hotel, at a great location, and reasonably priced. I heard nothing but praise from my guests.
Good value and convenient location. Rooms are comfy and clean. The only red flag with my stay is the additional fee of $30 for the in-room use of wi-fi. Though it's a detail mentioned in the listing during booking, it's not pointed out during registration as an additional cost like the additional cost for parking. If you plan to park here and use their wi-fi, plan on an additional fee of $80/night...
The room was comfortable. The common areas were not kept up. Can use new carpeting.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently helpful without ever feeling intrusive. From check-in to checkout, everything felt smooth and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.
Perfect Hotel! Big clean rooms, well furnitured. Very good breakfast. Really nice personal; Philippa and Jessica in the reception are helpful and nice.
Everything was great only thing was that there were a few termites in one of the sofas and the bed smelled weird

Fun little boutique hotel, but do NOT get a room in the back of the property, especially on a lower floor. The dumpsters are back there and I was awakened at 6AM by the sound of breaking glass and metal dumpsters being rolled around.
Enjoyed our stay at Pali and the bar & restaurant never disappoint, highly recommend!
An older building (reportedly Joan Crawford lived there) that has been restored as a boutique hotel. Really neat!
Room was clean, cute little court yard outside of patio. Food was great. Staff was super friendly, all around a great little gem in Culver City. So glad we found this! Close to many restaurants & Culver Theater. 👍
Wonderful little hotel in a great location. The restaurant/bar was superb for breakfast, happy hour and dinner. (Super happy hour offerings.) The staff was also very, very pleasant and helpful. Chic, pleasant decor. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the room had very limited amenities. Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and cozy. I enjoyed my stay.
we got a queen room at the second floor. the room is small. elevator has a problem to stop in second floor. sometimes, we need to just take the stairs.
the hotel does not provide water. because they sell drinks through vendo machine.
ice maker machine in the second floor does not work.
we need to go up to 3rd floor if we need ice.
the room has microwave though, which is very useful
The hotel is big, with many rooms, but no breakfast
Good location, quiet and comfortable, close to Metro Hollywood/Highland Station, Avenue of Stars (12 minutes), better security than downtown, but still need to return to the hotel as soon as the sun sets.
very convenient if you are visiting the hollywood neighborhood

Breakfast was good, location was a short ride to Santa Monica Pier, which was a $10 Lyft ride.
Our family of 7 had a great single night stay at the Comfort Inn Santa Monica. Check it was smooth and easy- great customer service. One of our rooms faced the main street so it was a bit loud during functioning hours from the city, but at night while sleeping it was not a problem at all. Breakfast...
Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Many restaurants close by. The breakfast choices are not very good though. But for one day trip is ok
Very good location; clean room with excellent features; wonderful breakfast; excellent parking.
Clean second floor room down the hall from the noise of Santa Monica Blvd. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows, mini fridge, microwave, large TV, chair with ottoman, desk & chair, very good lighting, blackout blinds, clean bathroom. Minimal continental breakfast. Friendly staff, convenient covered garage parking, close to Starbucks, McDonalds & Carl’s.
Spacious room, everything worked fine, several choices for breakfast. Check in a little cumbersome as filled out information online but had to do it again at front desk. Parking was available, no issues there.

Ocean view is a small hotel in a great location right in front of the park on ocean drive in Santa Monica. Hotel is on a smaller side but good enough for a small family stay and hotel staff and attendants are nice and helpful.
Pros:
Location, staff, ambiance and surroundings
Cons:
Small rooms, floors needed cleaning, the open side could be noisy at night
Great personnel and breathtaking view, ideally located in front of the Santa Monica pier
The room is clean and spacious, and the balcony faces the sea view, very nice
Excellent customer service. Hotel is providing beach towels, bikes and gym access. Staff very helpful and the hotel location is of course amazing, you can see the beautiful pacific ocean once stepping out of the lobby. I didn't have a room with ocean view, but maybe next time.
I'll start by saying that I'm not a big fan of Santa Monica, and I'm really picky about hotels. That said, my son wanted to go to Universal Studios for his birthday, so Santa Monica was the best option. I was unable to contact the front desk using the phone in my room, and there was no guidance or explanation at all about which number to use to contact the desk at the time of hotel check-in or in my room, which was disappointing.
Oxford is a bit old and you can tell it needs a remodel. However it wasn’t terrible. The rooms were clean and neat. Downside when we were there was that the elevators were broken so we had to take the stairs every time. The hallways were really warm too. But luckily the room had good AC. This hotel was arranged by my company for a business trip. It's conveniently located close to the client's office. The room itself was spacious, bright, and clean.
This hotel was just what I was looking for: a reasonably priced hotel close to Beverly Hills. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable. The communal kitchen is relatively clean and has a microwave and dishwasher. There is no drinking water, kettle, disposable items, or slippers in the rooms, but there are toiletries. Overall, it is a hotel with good value for money
Nice hotel for the price. Rooms big enough, interior decor unique, amenities minimal but sufficient. Good chill Mexican restaurant/bar (Cliffdiver) connected to lobby though not hotel owned. Great location near Thai Town — very convenient for delicious food! 🇹🇭

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was large and comfortable. Although the room wasn't huge, it felt very cozy. I also loved the free coffee and coffee machine. I'd definitely come back again!
The hotel has a great location in the city center. The service charge is $20 per night, which includes breakfast, which is filling with fruit, yogurt, and bread. The hotel is clean and has free water in the room.
The hotel staff were very welcoming, and there's a restaurant and bar on the first floor! The rooms were very clean, and the subway is conveniently located nearby! You can store your luggage at the hotel until you need it!
It was close to the subway station, so it was fine even if I came home late from a concert. There was also a supermarket and a family restaurant nearby, which was nice.
The access was good and there were no major issues for sleeping overnight.
The only thing that bothered me was that the shower room door didn't close completely and it was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. The water only felt lukewarm, about 37-38 degrees Celsius. Also, although my room was on the second floor, the hotel's outdoor unit was noisy.

Beautiful boutique hotel in excellent location in Hollywood. Tastefully decorated with amazing interiors, felt like staying at a chic friend's home. No amenities besides a small lounge and rooftop, but they try to make up for it with small touches like complimentary mini bar, happy hour, and excellent service.
The price-performance ratio is very low. There is a wall outside the window of the room on the first floor. You can't see any sky. It feels like living in the basement. Staff was courteous and accommodated us for a quiet room. The hotel has a great little vibe. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is super comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Cute hotel, good location-a lot quieter than expected since room was street level. Pillows are bit uncomfortable as they are really big. The parking was not explained well by front desk. You must call the front desk to get into the parking gate open. I had to back up, park and run to front desk 3 times for them to let me in. Could not stream on TV and channels were limited.
Great location and rooms are very cute. King w terrace was perfect on the quiet side street. Will come back
Clean room, very friendly staff but please, please, please have temperature control in the room so that guests can adjust their own temperature without calling front desk.
The hotel was in a perfect location for us, but we were a bit underwhelmed with the room. There were no drawers and no closet (annoying). There were no power outlets near the desk, but there were several near the bed which was great for phone charging. The staff was very nice. Checkout time is 11:00. friendly staff. Cleanliness.
The wall between room and room was little too thin. I can here everything.
The parking fee is 15 yuan a day. The location is convenient and the facilities are good. However, the breakfast area is inadequate, often with no seats available.
The hotel is a bit old, so the soundproofing isn't great. You can easily hear what the people in the next room are doing and saying. The breakfast is simple. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, so the room gets progressively more humid the longer you stay. Aside from these issues, it's a decent place.
It’s a fairly old hotel. The facilities feel dated especially for the price. Breakfast is fine. I like Best Western but I would not stay at this property again. The location is not recommended for tourists as it’s very far from all the good tourist attractions.
Convenient Location: Very close to the city center, making it easy to hail a taxi and saving a lot of commute time.
Efficient Check-in: The front desk staff were highly skilled, completing check-in and invoicing in just one minute – very professional.
Work-friendly: The room had a large desk and bright lighting.
The location is in Koreatown, very convenient for eating. The room is simple and clean, there’s a coffee machine with coffee, but no hot water machine with tea, so you need to go to the service desk on the first floor if you want to make tea. There’s an ironing board but no iron.
