There isn’t many facilities in hotel, the actual room is very different from the picture which are been posted on Trip.com application.

The room is nice but the air conditioning is old. It once stopped. After the staff fixed it, it stopped again and we need to use the fan mode instead.

They were great at the front desk. The room was nicer than expected. They even had a sitting area. Bed was very good and it is nice and quiet.  Also, the office had coffee, tea, fresh water, and cookies for the guests.

A small, aged white building with a small reception desk gives the impression of an old apartment converted into a hotel. The layout is more like a B&B with a single person managing the reception. A great location right on the first row to the beach. But the sound insulation is not very good, as the noise from the beach constantly woke me up during the night. The hotel is without air conditioning and rely on fan only. Not recommend during hot summer days.

Really nice hotel. Booked the dragon suite king size and the quality of the room is amazing. Cool art in the room. Samsung flat screen 55 inch tv with original remote. Parking was $18/night but there's an elevator that takes you straight up to your floor, it's covered parking and very convenient. Very good deal for what you get.

Had to make an emergency stop because of a canceled bus. Room was very nice, same for the shower. Clean, efficient, I can't remember why I stayed elsewhere before I started staying at Best Western. At this particular one the night clerk was also very helpful. I forgot my meal ticket and she was nice enough to write me a new one so I didn't have to go all the way back to my room.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Beverly Hills, and within walking distance to Erewhon. Please note that parking will be charged starting May 2025. As for the facilities, the only downsides are that the window faces the hallway, which can feel a bit unsafe, and the towels and bedding are a bit old. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine for just sleeping. The staff, however, are all very friendly

The location is convenient for getting around LA by rental car. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's also a pool, so it's great for swimming.

The worst hotel in this trip to the United States, more than 1,000 per night, but the room facilities are very poor, similar to the domestic hotels that cost about 100 yuan per night, the bed is of very low quality, my left and right feet were hit by the wooden blocks of the bed and left two big bruises, the towels and supplies are also poor. Staff and location are highlights of the stay. Have appropriate expectations helps. This is an old Los Angeles apartment complex that was turned into a hotel. As such it's older and dated which is also part of it's charm.

pros: the rooms are spacious, which is good for families that have kid's, my children loved that there was an ice cream machine and a coke machine and how nice the staff were, and that there were free snacks. Cons: the floor was a bit dirty and the tables were kinda sticky, and the things are a bit old.

Their staff is top-notch and were extremely helpful when we checked in after being checked in to another hotel without the room being cleaned.

Charming 1950s hotel just off Hollywood Boulevard. So it's very convenient and walkable to the main street. Warm and friendly staff and nice touches like complimentary snacks, soft serve, soft drinks, breakfast, laundry. And heated pool!

Room is old. Carpet old. Service good. People that work there is nice. It serves its purpose if your going next door to the Magic Castle.

Because our return flight is early in the morning, we decided to stay nearby PVG the day before departure. With many luggages and bags, we were so exhausted when we arrived the hotel. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at for my regular staycations. The rooftop is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself and definitely a place where you can feel comfortable talking with other guests. Rude front desk staff. Not friendly or welcoming. The hotel seems outdated and is very old school. The room wasn’t cleaned that well either as there was water spots and dust. There was a try hard feel from the staff and they acted aloof, not in favor of the guest. I was unfortunately not impressed one bit and wish I would have stayed elsewhere for the price.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Union Station, which is also conveniently close to where my Western tour group disbanded. All metro lines are accessible from Union Station. The cleanliness was impressive, although the decor felt a bit dated. However, it had everything I needed, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The room was spacious enough.

A secret gem in the heart of Venice. Located right in the middle of the action, yet quiet and clean.

It's a modest place, well-located and spacious rooms. Everything was clean. In our room, the street cars were loud after 6am.

The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk to UCLA, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the accommodation is quiet and comfortable, the only drawback is that the room is small and the breakfast is simple. If you visit UCLA, this is a very good place to stay, and I will stay there next time.

Advantages: 1. Relatively convenient as it's not too far from Universal Studios by car. 2. Free parking is available at the hotel entrance until 9 AM if you arrive late at night, and across the street until 10 AM. Disadvantages: 1. Poor sound insulation; you can clearly hear people walking upstairs. 2. Parking inside the hotel is paid; it costs approximately $20-30 USD for a small car.

I was very pleased with the hotel's amenities. There were no unpleasant odors. It felt very clean and tidy. Free hot chocolate and coffee were available at the front desk. Parking was free at the entrance, and we left at 9:00 AM. The only difference was that the location near the highway made it a bit noisy at night.

The hotel is cozy, the staff are friendly, and they offer wine tasting daily. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff cleans the rooms daily. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The quality is consistently good, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the view is fantastic, but they've outsourced the valet service to a private company, and the daily fee of 78 USD is excessive. If you don't use the valet service, they won't let you into the hotel's car park either; they tell you to go to the public car park by the beach, which is unacceptable.

I was given a room for a person who isdisabled. The bed was close to the floor, horrible room. It was obvious that I was not disabled. I tried to call down to get the room changed and the went straight to an 800 number. Finally, got the valet staff to call the ftont desk. Never answeed the phone. Had to drag my luggage downstairs to get a room change. No apologies were issued. Staff is lazy...

We didn't rent a car for try weekend because The Culver is easy access via ride share to every where on the westside to downtown. I used to live in the arts district in Culver City for many years and I could not recommend this hotel more - excellent stay, best location!

Nice, clean hotel! My room didn’t have any hidden passages! Reception was cool, calm and collected. I could hear everyone moaning at night and the cars in the road but other than that as a solo female traveller this was a good option!

The shower water did not get hot enough as well as the bar that we assumed was open due to the pictures was not in operation which they said nothing about.
