Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Unfortunately, none of the chargers worked by the bed area. And the beds were very squeaky.

Even though it's a Courtyard hotel, it's located in the city center, and there's a Trader Joe's right across the street, which made it very convenient. It's not a very crowded area at night, but there's a coin laundry, so it's good for long-term stays. I think the location and value for money were good. It has the bare necessities you wouldn't find in a hotel, so I recommend it.

Room is very clean, staff is polite and helpful. They use 3rd party for shuttle bus service, the driver for pick up was very rude, the driver next morning was very warm, totally opposite.

Super convenient location, can walk to much of Santa Monica (very close to pier and 3rd street). Room and lobby were clean, room was quite comfortable. Valet parking was pricey but allowed unlimited in and out privileges and an easy way to request your car in advance via text.

The hotel is a good choice if you drive, as it is 15minutes away from santa monica.

Room was exceptionally clean. Enjoyed the gym. The $32 fee for parking (1-day) stay is greedy and unacceptable. Fortunately a reasonably priced lot was nearby.

Spacious room with modern furniture and excellent bed. The bungalows have a terrace in the communal area, with little sense of privacy. Inside the room they could put a table or armchairs to make a communal area, apart from the desk. Tiny pool. The dining restaurant is delicate with relaxing vibes. The location is decent if you plan to visit Santa Monica, Beverly hill, and Hollywood (you need to drive in LA, of course). The ATM inside the hotel doesn’t work though.

The hotel has a balcony with a view of the distant sea, which is very comfortable. The hotel bed is large, and there is a TV, refrigerator, and coffee machine, but there are no slippers or toiletries, and the bathroom is a bit small.

I was charged $160 USD to my card for no reason a few days after I checked out, no replies from the property so far when I inquired. Th room was fine, service was slightly subpar as the receptionists were not very friendly.

The room was OK. I've stayed there before and didn't have a bad impression. But this time, I never expected to be charged nearly $80 for just 12 hours of parking. It's shocking, right? It's the most expensive hotel parking fee in the United States in all these years.

I had an early flight so I booked this hotel, which is relatively close to LA International Airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the terminal, but there is no fixed time. You need to come down and wait at least 20-30 minutes in advance. Breakfast is like a canteen with few choices and the surrounding environment is a bit noisy.

We didn’t eat the breakfast because we needed to leave super early before service started. One thing to let visitors know is that it takes a pretty long time for the hot water to start coming out of the shower (over 5 minutes), but other than that everything was great for the price.

Very Japanese humanized management style, there are water heaters and microwave ovens in the lobby, and there is a Japanese village and many Japanese restaurants around.

The location was fantastic and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. I was very satisfied. The only thing that concerned me about previous reviews was that there were bed lice in the beds, and although I believe that measures have already been taken, I think that if you could send out a message about this, even more people would be able to use the hotel with peace of mind.

The hotel is located in the west, very close to Universal Studios, 10 minutes drive, free parking, but the facilities are old, no breakfast, there is a small pool, and the soundproofing is poor

The hotel is OK outside, the parking lot is large and free. The room facilities are just average, and I feel it can be compared with the 7 Days Inn in China, but the price is much more expensive than 7 Days Inn. There is free coffee and very sweet cookies in the lobby before 9 am, which is good. The laundry room closes at 10 pm, which is not friendly to people who come back late.
