The perfect choice for NBA fans! It's super close to the stadium, less than a ten-minute walk. Contrary to some online reviews, there aren't many homeless people around; the streets are clean and quiet. The room isn't huge, but the layout is well-designed. Pretty good overall!

We didn’t eat the breakfast because we needed to leave super early before service started. One thing to let visitors know is that it takes a pretty long time for the hot water to start coming out of the shower (over 5 minutes), but other than that everything was great for the price.

I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend while in Los Angeles. It was a Japanese-run hotel, so I felt safe. I didn't see any Japanese staff during my three nights, but I had no issues. Very Japanese humanized management style, there are water heaters and microwave ovens in the lobby, and there is a Japanese village and many Japanese restaurants around.

The location was fantastic and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. I was very satisfied. The only thing that concerned me about previous reviews was that there were bed lice in the beds, and although I believe that measures have already been taken, I think that if you could send out a message about this, even more people would be able to use the hotel with peace of mind.

They were very accommodating. I would like to use their services again. It was quite noisy late at night from the road, but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't sleep.

Staying in downtown area, miyako is your choice with room amenities and daily cleaning, walking distance to metro little Tokyo, grocery and surround with selection of food and restaurants

We love the Sunset Tower Hotel! We had an amazing time on our two night stay at the Sunset Tower Hotel. The staff were excellent. The food was delicious. The pool was everything we expected. The place definitely has the chill, old Hollywood vibe.

The hotel is located in the west, very close to Universal Studios, 10 minutes drive, free parking, but the facilities are old, no breakfast, there is a small pool, and the soundproofing is poor

The hotel is OK outside, the parking lot is large and free. The room facilities are just average, and I feel it can be compared with the 7 Days Inn in China, but the price is much more expensive than 7 Days Inn. There is free coffee and very sweet cookies in the lobby before 9 am, which is good. The laundry room closes at 10 pm, which is not friendly to people who come back late.

First couple of nights at this hotel for our epic road trip in April 2018. Pretty jet lagged when we arrived but popped out for a burger at Jack In The Box across the road and then crashed out. Comfortable room, no disturbances and decent breakfast before we hit all the sights in LA for day 1, then again before we headed out on our 2 week road trip on Day 2.

Located in the city center, it's within walking distance of attractions such as the Central Market. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There's a rooftop terrace with views and a place to smoke. The building has many sports and fitness facilities and a parking garage, although parking is quite expensive.

The hotel was quite stunning with a feeling of luxury, in a great location. Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)

First off all the staff are very kind. I had good experience although my only issue was low water pressure in the shower, and there was only rain shower and not an option for shower head. And the carpet was not properly cleaned and I had some dust as well. I stayed for one night so didn’t have time or seen a reason to complain. Beside that everything was perfect.

Good value for money in Los Angeles. The room was cleaned every day, which was very appreciated, and the hotel is well maintained overall. The rooftop is also nice for a hotel of this category. we just stayed at the Kimpton and it was fine. the rooms were clean but a lot if the fixtures (lamps, desks, table) were a little run down. What was MOST infuriating was when when we checked out they told us that there was a $35 daily amenities fee tacked onto our bill. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. It's very close to the Avenue of Stars, just a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that parking costs $50 per day! But overall, it was a very good stay.

The location is decent, not too far from Hollywood Boulevard. However, the parking fee is a bit steep at $55 per night.

The staff were all Korean, so communication was smooth and friendly, which was great! It's conveniently located in the heart of major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. There's also a Korean supermarket within walking distance, so you can stop by if you need something in a hurry!

My room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. Waking hours were filled by walking to the shops and restaurants lining the street.

Nowhere to unpack your clothes ( no drawers or shelves), no hooks in the bathroom to put towels, no tv info, basically no help from anyone. The bed was comfortable, the room was super clean and the restaurant was really good but pricey. The whole experience was overpriced.

The room was spotless....very important to me. I really liked how quaint it was and the decor was lovely. The only thing missing was space to put away clothing. No dresser and the closet was very small. The employees were very nice and welcoming!

Location of hotel is close to airport,there are a few fast food around. The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying.

The water pressure is too small and water is not hot enough, making it so cold during bath. Dislike the barrier free toilet as the floor is totally wet after bath. There is some mould in the sink basin. Poorer than other hampton hotels in rural cities, may be due to its convenient location. But the price is reasonable.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a homebase for our LA trip, was in a good location for access to Hollywood sign and Hollywood drive, was also easy to get to Universal via metro. Room was a decent size and clean, front desk staff were great. Pool was heated and nice, only thing was the pool light is hanging out rather than being attached to the wall so could do with being repaired.

Very friendly on arrival, the rooms are very quirky and retro. This was a base for us so we didnt spend alot of time in the room. We ate at the diner on the corner, which is attached the hotel. The food is good with a friendly atmosphere, and handy if hungry and don't plan to go far. The pool was probably the best thing! heated to 30 - nice in the evening to have a swim and relax.

Everything about this experience and stay was immaculate - clean room, friendly staff, anticipatory care - and I am so sad I forgot her name but she was a concierge and gave me a wake up call because I had a 530 AM taxi so she wanted to ensure I was all set for my trip and when the driver picked me up she told him to take good care of me. The simple bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on as the bones rubbed against the floor. When I opened the window, insects came in. Also, the bed was still dirty even after the room was cleaned. However, the location was great and there was a supermarket nearby.

Staff extraordinarily lovely and helpful. Huge rooms with extra amenities including a kitchen and laundry, great location and fair price. We checked in very late and they greeted us by name. They let us ship a package to their location and as it arrived before we did they held it for us and kept us posted of its arrival. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

The staff was very nice, and accommodating. My coffee maker broke at 5 am, and they helped me avoid certain tragedy by quickly replacing it. My room was quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area of the city. There also is a private courtyard with a fountain and a good amount of plants! Overall it was a great stay, especially compared to most major chains
