We checked in to our room and checked out again about 30 mins later. When we entered the room we found a vent hanging out of the ceiling above the bed, right where your head would be. The bedspreads had cigarette burn holes in them, sheets had stains on them, and there was food on the floor - it was disgusting. There was also a chemical smell burning our eyes, the kids were crying.
When I requested another room, I was advised there were none available so I

* no lift - have to carry cases up a flight of stairs

Horrible! It is filthy, TV didn't work, WiFi didn't work, no heat and I had to use a sheet for a towel

In my opinion, the photos in the advertisement are completely distorted and misleading in terms of cleaning, dimensions, and conditions of the furniture in the rooms. My experience was the worst ever. The air conditioning was not working, the thermostat was hanging off the wall. The personal was kind and gave me another room that looked in better conditions at first. However, the room was also very dirty and noisy. The blanket had holes in it, and the dust was caked on. The sink in the room was detached from the wall, and the mini fridge was dirty. Even worse, the shared bathroom was something I had never seen before.

Worse hotel our original booking was 7 days we checked out after 1st night but the hotel refused to refund inspite of us complaining. NOT Recommended

Upon arrival and inspecting the room and the bed we immediately booked an alternative motel and left. The bed was dirty and had a cigarette burn hole in the bottom sheet. The room was in poor condition and the motel is in a terrible area with numerous drug ******* directly outside and around the location.

Because I have a meeting and am only staying for one night, I want to find a hotel downtown. Didn't expect it to be so bad. Don't believe the reviews. It's just a bad hotel. It doesn't even have heating or a quilt. It's just a thin blanket with two holes. Although it is the city center, the environment is very poor, with groups of homeless people, and some people shouting and getting drunk on the streets at night. It's family-run and the Indian boss has a good attitude, but he tries to charge more for everything. Although my room had a private bathroom, most rooms share toilets and bathrooms with those on the same floor. Fortunately, I just slept and left the next day. Otherwise you will really go crazy.

Living on 49th Street in Manhattan, you can go everywhere quickly, very satisfied

Facilities: Not bad, quite new, there is no elevator on the third floor
Hygiene: It is a public bathroom, but it is very clean
Environment: The hotel is very bright, next to a supermarket, shopping is very convenient
Service: The people at the front desk are very nice and communicate well, with free breakfast and water

Had catfish and collards. Walked in on NYE and sat at the bar. Very good food, authentic down-home and I say that coming from Louisnana. Good service. Good experience overall.

Farmerbrown is a slow, home-cooking kind of place, with Southern staff and good Southern food. The place is big and spacious, and the food is made with quality ingredients and presented well. Add the homemade, green, spicy sauce if you like spice, maybe add some salt as well. I would come once for the experience if you have lots of time, as service tends to be on the slower side of things. They are known for their fried chicken and shrimp and grits here, so if you're a fan, order those!

Almost walked right by it while looking for somewhere to eat. So glad I didn't. One of my new favorite restaurants in town. Everything was great. Amazing food and very friendly staff.
