Great location! It's super convenient to get to all the attractions, especially with the monorail nearby. As a chain hotel, the facilities are consistent with what you'd find across the US, though the rooms are on the smaller side. Service is good and mostly self-service, which is very convenient. Cleanliness is also decent! The only downside is that prices are quite high during peak season.

Great hotel, in an excellent location. Automation is a hotel's downside: if you want to adjust the temperature in the room, you have to go down to a member of staff, who can change it for you. The iPad provided does not work, and your changes default to the settings the staff set the temperature to. You also need to operate the TV via iPad, which is a ridiculous endeavour.

The environment felt pretty good, and I even met a lot of new friends at the hotel, which was a big plus!

Great location, close to everything. The lobby is huge, modern, and stylish, and there's a bar on the top floor. The room itself is a bit small, and there isn't enough space for a large suitcase. However, the cleanliness and service are both excellent.

Very bad rooms . Congested and doesn't have any space . Washrooms leak water . Asked for extra blanket they didn't have it.

Small rooms, everything in the room is controlled by their provided iPad. Great staff. Great location coffee available but not included.

Check in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in room either. Would not stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, but the room is really tiny. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which makes it suitable for young travelers.

Terrible staff
Unfriendly , rude, got locked outside of the room twice because their system suspected I hadn’t paid even though I paid in full before checking in on trip.com
But they didn’t tell me or notify me
They just kept giving me keys that didn’t work so I’d have to come back down again
I also got terrible food poisoning from the restaurant downstairs , I couldn’t ask for help because there was no phone in my room . They switched the electricity off so I had no choice but to check out and when I got downstairs and informed them they couldn’t care less.
