A very cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action of Miami, with a private beach just a few minutes' walk away. Towels are provided at reception. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a backyard with a jacuzzi. The room was decent, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom, while small, was fine. The only downside was the musty smell when you first enter the room.

we were greeted at the door by the manager and treated with kindess after a very long day! what a wonderful hotel! elegant, spotless, and excellent location! we have been to many hotels in miami, but this is by far the best! i would highly recommend to anyone! 🍾❤️

I along with a few colleagues stayed here for a business trip. The location is in walking distance to where we needed to meet along with many food options and even some shopping options nearby by. There is no drive-up area for loading/unloading. We found street parking to check-in. I was a bit nervous as I saw cars actively being towed. The front desk agent checked us in and walked me outside to show me one of their few parking spots. It was a tight spot located just outside of a residential parking garage where the cars enter the garage. The lobby is very quaint, and it had a small bar. From the lobby you would take stairs to your floor that could be seen from the lobby. My floor was only about 3 steps up and the hallways were short. The rooms along with the property felt more like a bed and breakfast. Once I closed the door to the room, I could touch the bed from that same position, the bathroom matched the room size. There was a stocked mini bar in the refrigerator as well as a robe and embroidered towels. The refrigerator was completely full of mini bar items and did not leave room for any personal items. A note on the nightstand asked that you not use the towels for anything that could cause a stain such as makeup or spills. It seems they diligently check the towels daily as one of my colleagues receive a note that they had stained a towel and had a balance. The most interesting thing to me was that there wasn't a phone in the room to call down to the front desk. A note provided the number to call should you have any needs. All in all, the staff was very friendly, and the location was clean. My personal taste is more of a full-service hotel, but I think this a good option for most. This location provides a good price point while being in the area of many desired options.

Lovely quiet small boutique hotel not for from the beach and close to the center. Clean, pleasant, quiet and comfortable - a welcome respite from the busyness around. Very reasonable price for the quality of room - a real sense of taste and style - staff friendly and helpful
