A very beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Beds slept very well too. We would love to come back!

If the price per night including tax is over $230, don't stay at this hotel. The hotel environment is nice, but the service is terrible! Don't ask for room cleaning. Even after giving tips, they only make the bed and don't clean anything else. The housekeeping staff and the staff who rushed me to check out were very arrogant and had a terrible attitude!

We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.

Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxury. The pool area is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing with amazing drinks. The bar offers excellent drinks!! The food was equally impressive! What really stood out, though, was the VIP access to the beach. It made the entire experience feel extra special, with comfortable seating and easy access to the water. I highly recommend the Grand Beach Hotel for anyone looking to relax in style with fantastic amenities and a beautiful setting!

The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.

I came here for vacation and it been more like a stress induced experience.

I called the front desk for help and the woman kept repeating to me what I already heard the first time with an attitude. And she hung the phone up on me. Worst service.
A vacation gone annoyance.

The beach staff kept interrupting me while on a phone call.

I had to ask the man that’s job with the beach chairs 4 times to move a chair for me.

You have to pay for everything and nothing is complimentary.

I’m surprised we don’t have to pay to use a beach towel!

The first day however the pool staff was so helpful! So kind

There are other places with great staff that would be much more fitting for a vacation.

Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. Bed in room was very comfortable. Crisp linens. Balcony. Tranquility pool on 7th floor was fabulous. Breakfast outside on the patio, facing the ocean, was wonderful. Cable channels are limited but most folks aren't visiting to watch TV.
Lobby coffee bar had delicious ice cream. Helpful gracious people working there.
