Enjoyed my stay. It depends on who you rent from determines how your suite is. I rented from Mark and my suite was very nice. He's strict with certain rules but not outrageous. Beautiful place!!

The staff were exceptional! We worked with three different people throughout our stay and each of them were so friendly and helpful. So many fun little perks staying here: the wine, breakfast, free waters and coffee, late checkout options. It was great for our needs. The location is in northern beach Miami so it’s not quite as touristy. More remote for sure. But it was a comfortable time! Would recommend

A speedy Check-in, the room was spacious! The staff were very helpful. It was cold when we were there so figuring out the hot water was a little challenging besides that everything else was good! Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that aspect.

Right on one of the main boulevards, convenient parking nearby, clean room and polite staff. Limited breakfast options, expensive resort fee for amenities offered, no housekeeping offered unless u requested and stayed over 3 days.

Hi I love how everytging is walkable the room was spacious and i stayed at a villa which we love but the pool was super dirty ..Plus ******* tell you onw thing and qhen you get there there is a 116 fee for the breakfast.not good

Our reservation was for the President Villa section of the hotel (an annex to the main President hotel). Front desk check in was quick and easy, hotel offers complimentary buffet breakfast and a free welcome cocktail per adult (limited choice but nice touch). Rooftop pool is in the villa section, moderate size. Room is bright, clean, has a mini fridge, safe, ironing board and iron.

A long way to go to get to luxury. Rooms need updating and are small. There is a washer which served as a dryer and does not work. Housekeeping needs major training and the tv in the living room did not work despite our calls to the front desk. Too far away from the beach more of residential neighborhood. Really impressed with ABAE Hotel. The staff were great — friendly, professional, and on point. The room had everything you could want: dishwasher, fridge, washer, and microwave — way more than expected. Perfect location too, close to top restaurants and easy to get anywhere with a quick Uber. But the atmosphere of this place was so vibrant and festive with good music and beautiful colors and lots of vegetation in flowers and plants and it felt really good to sit down in here and eat some really great food overlooking South Beach itself. It was average. The hotel was busy just after the electronic music festival. The extra cash I paid in US dollars was less than 900 RMB, which is about 300-400 RMB in China. The Cuban restaurant downstairs offers 15% discount for meals, but meals are expensive in the US and you have to tip. It's expensive, but it's close to the beach and it's a 5-10 minute walk to South Beach.

Great hotel, very well located and with good transport links to get there from the airport by bus. The facilities look like they were renovated a couple of years ago, but they could use a little maintenance. Overall, a very good experience, the staff were very friendly, and I will keep it in mind for future trips.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Plenty of good restaurants close. There are several busses that run past the hotel so getting into Miami centre is convenient and cheap. Also public bikes are close if you prefer to ride. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel pool was closed for renovation during our stay.

The beach is very close, just a 3-minute walk away. The room is not soundproof and there is a damp smell as soon as you enter. You can hear any movement in the corridor, it is very noisy. There is a public kitchen where you can drink water and you can also get breakfast by yourself in the public kitchen.

This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.

Everything was wonderful! They have beach chairs you can carry to your desired spot on the beach. The live music every night was great. The ONLY issue was the women's bathroom in the lobby, to me it feels it is lacking the same attention as the rest of the hotel. But other than that, the rooms look as pictured and we would definitely stay again in the future!

The hotel has an infestation of drain flies. The facility needs to have a professional exterminator come regularly to spray and get rid of that issue. I had to get rid of several of those drain files, a few spiders and a roach.

A nice hotel right at the beginning of the beach, with plenty of walking options. They even serve eggs for breakfast. The room has everything you need, including a kitchen.

The blind on my room -- 107 -- had to be kept closed at all times, because the sidewalk comes right up to the window, and puts everyone and everything inside on display. That makes the room terribly dark. As is, the room really should not be rented out -- but installing some kind of a gauze curtain would allow light to enter without walkers outside seeing in.

As a single traveler this hotel provides everything that I needed for my trip to make it a comfortable experience

Only stayed for a night. The room was clean and had a few shops nearby. Hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

No children allowed! The first two nights with no A/C, after letting them know they moved me to a different room! Everything was great! I would stay here again!
