My boyfriend and I were upgraded to an ocean front room for our two night stay. The sunrise was beautiful and we could see it right from our window. The beach was easily accessible as it was across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We cannot wait to book our next trip with the colony hotel. Could not recommend it enough

The bed is cheap and perfect for us spending just one night in Miami to leave on a cruise the next day. The signage could be better, we had to rely in other travelers to find our way with the doors and navigating the place. There is a strong body odor scent throughout, but you get what you paid for.
