Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. Also, it was huge. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel!

We LOVE the Seacoast location, and price when staying in Miami! Some of the bathrooms could use an update but overall a great stay.

Great use rooms and easy check-in/out. Was disappointed by the cleanliness- carpet’s dirty, baseboards caked in dust and found dead bugs on the floor. It was great having 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony view of the bay was lovely.

The suite was kind of gross - dirty carpeting and bathrooms. Elevators were very slow. I was charged $40 per day for parking. Beach towels were worn and cheap. Service on the beach and pool completely shuts down at 5pm (really early). Deposit won't be returned until 3-7 days (yet was oddly able to take the money immediately). We had an amazing view! The room was huge and gorgeous! The one thing I couldn’t deal with was the roaches! They were everywhere in the apartment. The ice machine was not working and the shop didn’t sell ice. Also, the pool should be open a little later. The staff was amazing!

The hotel itself was nice — clean rooms, good facilities, and a convenient location that made my stay enjoyable. However, the staff were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to assist unless asked directly, which was disappointing. Check‑in also took longer than expected. Overall, the property is comfortable, but the service could definitely be improved.

The room was okay, but the door was a bit awkward to open. The soundproofing was also poor, and I could clearly hear the music playing at the party next door from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM. However, the Latina lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

It’s difficult so say for sure but it’s dumb to charge resort fees and even n not provide pay parking within the facility . I would be hesitant to recommend primarily because of parking but the location is right for beach lovers

I'm having a great time in Miami! I spent three nights here with a friend and didn't have any particular issues. The food on the first floor was delicious, and I had a great time!

Check in instructions were wrong and it was very difficult to find the office to check in. The fire alarm kept going off intermittently for hours at a time.

It's within walking distance of the ocean and a good promenade. The rest are downsides. But the price is low, so no complaints.

There are pots and pans for simple cooking, and a coffee machine but no coffee is provided. It's close to the beach and you can watch the sunrise. You can go directly back to your room to shower after swimming. The shower water pressure is a bit low, so it's not very refreshing.

Advantages: The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers, which are very convenient for heating water. Disadvantages: 1. Everything was great. The hotel is clean, at a great location, and has beach chair services, but the pros are it’s very old and no actual parking for the guests.

So they charged me extra $25 for reserve fee, mentioning that the ******* doesn’t include that charge. Also late check out was unavailable for me. Also they charge extra $20 per extra person. The hotel has a faint smell of cigarettes. The pull out couch had a urine stain on the mattress and there were no extra linens for it. The hotel advertises that breakfast is included but what they mean is if you go to the front desk and ask for coffee-they will give you some weird stuff for the coffee maker in the room. I stayed at Beachside location at 8320. It is not on Collins Avenue and away from main hotel location (15 min walk). The property manages multiple sites but only had staff and front desk at the Seaside location making it inconvenient when needing hotel assistance. Nice staff A block from beach and staff was friendly. Close enough to shops but in a more quiet and residential area. Didn’t like that the check in place was 6 blocks away and you do not know until check in so if you are taking an Uber and have bags it’s a major inconvenience. Staff are not helpful and not friendly

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is normal but clean enough. Service is acceptable. Only thing I just feel sorry is pressure of the shower is weak. Totally, in Miami beach, this hotel is recommended.

The hotel has central air conditioning, even in the bathroom. Not to mention that there was NO hot water so we had to take a shower in winter with cold water with the AC running in the bathroom.

I was told by several people that Miami Beach made a deal with the bikini hostel to rent rooms to the city to shelter homeless people.
