First off the staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The issue is with the property itself which could be nice with a little work. The beds are like laying on concrete. The hotel needs some tender loving care. We had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. It’s not kept well but looks good. The pool and outdoor space looks good too. Amazing stay with a perfect location near the beach. We could walk everywhere from the beach to eating. Security locks the doors at night, art deco vibe with clean atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back for this great price. The service was quick and responsive.

Nice and friendly staff. There is daily continental breakfast, not sure if hotel has a gym, pool is small. During our stay there seemed to be some construction or remodeling of the bar and out doors area. Bar area was not in service and no dining. The hotel is small but in a very good location. The beach is just two blocks away with lots of stores such as Zara, H&M, The Gap, Free People, etc. all within walking distance. This is my first time staying here, and this is exactly what I was looking for, a comfortable and clean refuge from the liveliness of the local scene. Upon arrival, I noticed that essential amenities such as hand wash, Toothbrush and paste were missing from the bathroom. Service was good except when we called to have someone take as look at the door that wasn’t locking and we needed to leave soon. I had to go downstairs after the call we made and waited a long time for my turn. This hotel is ok for this price. You can travel all day and you can prefer to sleep here. The place is at a great location, next to Ocean Drive and the beach. My mom found it online and I’m glad she did! Very cute hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The only reason for 3 star is because building has very poor insulation. We were repeatedly woken up by middle of the night chatter from the room next door or even by walking noises from the room above.

Quaint hotel in heart of Miami Beach. has a Subway in the lobby that is always full so it must be good. From the manager to the employees everyone was extremely courteous and accommodating. The beach is about a block away (5 min) walk. I would definitely recommend to all. It's not the Ritz or Four Seasons but they strive to give that type of service.

Perfect 3 star hotel. Rooms are fairly new. Really clean. Staff is helpful. 3 minute walk to the beach. Don't forget to ask towels and chairs for the beach you can borrow then for free. This is a very cute place for vacation! It is very quite and have a very beautiful little garden court with a pool with a pub. The room is extremely clean and all the furnitures are comfortable.
