A nice hotel right at the beginning of the beach, with plenty of walking options. They even serve eggs for breakfast. The room has everything you need, including a kitchen.

The blind on my room -- 107 -- had to be kept closed at all times, because the sidewalk comes right up to the window, and puts everyone and everything inside on display. That makes the room terribly dark. As is, the room really should not be rented out -- but installing some kind of a gauze curtain would allow light to enter without walkers outside seeing in.

Hotel is super close to everything. We walked most of the time. The only down side is that they are doing construction next door so around early mornings you can hear it and loud talking (the workers)

A wonderful spot to experience Miami Beach on foot. It's perfect for morning walks by the beach. Perfect 3 star hotel. Rooms are fairly new. Really clean. Staff is helpful. 3 minute walk to the beach. Don't forget to ask towels and chairs for the beach you can borrow then for free.
