Despite a confirmed reservation, and a confirmation by phone the previous day, the hotel canceled my reservation on the evening when I arrived. They sent me to a lesser nearby hotel instead. But they made me pay full price of the Holiday Inn. The front desk didn’t care… I met several other guests in the same situation, also getting kicked out. Finally, the hotel didn’t want to give me an invoice for my stay. So dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional and incompetent. Never again will I go to an IHG group hotel. There are many better alternatives.

The location of the hotel is close enough to my conference venue, Fontainebleau, especially their new conference center is across the street, very convenient. My room was facing the building HVAC air vent , I can hear noise like running 24/7. The under-bathtub bed cracked, every time I stood on top of the bathtub for shower, it's not stable and has cracking noise. The mattress, pillows and/or bedsheets are not clean, I felt like some bugs were biting me all night, couldn't sleep well. Carpet is dirty and soiled, bathroom door is cracked. It looks like everything is falling apart.

The hotel is good, the location is good, larger windows and a balcony would be nice, but otherwise, no issues. The hotel charges a very high service fee, but they warn you about it upfront on the website. The deposit was refunded exactly one month later.

The hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool and a beach. Hotel residents can use parasols on the beach. The overall situation is in line with the positioning of the Holiday Inn, and you can enjoy the sea and beach in Miami with a lower budget.

The location is very good, the room is relatively large, parking is convenient, and valet parking is not expensive, 45 dollars, the service is very good.

Terrible service, no English, worst hotel

When I entered the hotel with my family at midnight after a very long journey, we were greeted by two unsmiling and unhelpful receptionists at the reception, and the nightmare began... They said that our room, which I had booked 1 month ago through trip com and paid for including breakfast, was not booked and had not even been paid for.
Even though we tried to show them our payment receipts and vouchers many times, they did not even want to look at them. Their careless and uncaring attitude was very bad.
In the end, I had to pay the fee again to get rid of the midnight nightmare. Although I contacted Trip Com because they did not have an authorized manager, they could not help until the next day's noon. When we went to breakfast, there was a fee problem again and finally they said they found your reservation now.
The shower taps in the room do not turn on, the rooms are old, I definitely do not recommend it. The two male receptionist staff were incredibly indifferent, but even if they tried to help us at night, I would still pay again... in short, they caused us to have a bad start to our Miami trip.

Made a reservation one month in advance for a brunch special occasion, friends flying in from NYC. I received a phone call to confirm my reservation 2 days before the big day and I am informed they will not be having brunch only a la cart menu. “Are you kidding me, that’s the reason why I picked this place in the first place”. So, obviously I am upset, why didn’t they yell me this a month ago when I made the reservation, not two days prior. So Noe I have to scramble with only 1 day to choose another place... I asked for the GM to call me and he never did..... brunch is good but the professionalism is far from adequate. Thanks for screwing my special brunch day Cecconi’s....

Not nice experience got there no table outside. So they put us in the lobby after 10 min they wanted to move us to another table. Anyways very snobbish place annoying attidue not recommending it for families.

Don't go to this restaurant under any circumstances. They have a terrible service. The waitress insulted us. We were a group of 10 people and the waitress refuses to slip the check at the end. Make sure you do an MBA before to go to the restaurant because you will not relax and get few food for a so expensive price. So please trust me don't go.

This restaurant offers a beautiful garden setting with a casual yet trendy ethos. The food quality is strong and the prices are very reasonable.

Like most hotels everything is over priced which is fine. What I have a problem with is the additional gratuity already added in. The service was so slow. I saw our drinks ready for quite a while sitting getting warm with our waitress disappearing as usual. This place is dead. Avoid this place at all cost. Or avoid Christina as a waitress.

Sat at the bar and it was really fun. There was a Dj playing some awesome music. Bartenders were fun to watch and very attentive as well. I ordered the pasta primavera and it was good. Drinks were delicious.
