Seagull Hotel in Miami Beach

Buffet was horrible. Old food, not fresh, warmed up for like hours. The drinks were horrible and the sweets were left in room temperature for hours. But the staff was pretty great.

As a frequent diner of fine restaurants around the world, I can tell you that this restaurant is not what you think fine dining is. These guys are clueless on real customer service. Unnecessary additude. Laughable. Sloppy. Impolite. “Fake Politeness”
Go to Setai, just a block away. Consistently delicious and you are treated as you deserve.

Overrated. Snobby staff, you'll have to wait even with a reservation and the food is overpriced

I am thoroughly disgusted with my NYE experience at this hotel's pool "wet". Only one small poolside bathroom was allowed to be used for over 2000 people. I imagine people staying in the hotel we're going up to there rooms. It didn't even feel like a concert as no one was dancing the entire night. You couldn't expect people to dance because they care more about making money then people enjoying there experience. No joke, there was no dedicated area or dance floor and my girlfriend and I were told to dance between the reserved bottle service tables. At one point I addressed a bouncer because somebody grabbed her multiple times only to be yelled at and escorted out by approximately 7 bouncers out of the club that I agreed to leave on my own after this terrible experience. As I was leaving, a bouncer informed me that he could beat me up and I was shoved by them from behind.

I don't know what this place is like a normal basis, but if you are planning to go for NYE, I STRONGLY suggest anywhere else on earth.
