We are celebrating our 4th anniversary on January 23rd and so I have to pay for the jacuzzi service. I have been turning the water on and off since 12 according to the reception instructions and it turns out that at 2:24 am when we checked in, he answers me that it doesn't come out and it won't come out. The water and well, I'm sorry but I can't do anything and I tell him that then he will charge me. Like a normal room, why isn't he giving me the service and he tells me no, that he couldn't. I want the difference in what a tower room costs, why isn't he giving me the service that I paid for?

A quick trip in April. The room, bathroom, and exteriors were very clean. Some rooms don't have a TV, which was not a problem for me. The location was convenient, with free parking, and overnight security. This wasn't my first stay and won't be my last.

My stay at Selina Hostel was fantastic, offering great pricing for the 4-bed female dorm option I chose for my four-night stay. It was my first hostel experience, and it exceeded my expectations. The AC worked well, and the pool area provided a great spot for relaxation. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. The wifi was weak, necessitating the use of personal data for internet access, which was inconvenient for remote work. Additionally, the water pressure in the showers was lacking, and towels were not provided on the beds, requiring guests to request them separately. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience at Selina Hostel was highly positive. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities make it a great choice for travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend Selina Hostel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable lodging option.

Everything was as expected from the booking infos. I enjoyed my stay. The common kitchen is a great concept too, but that the water machine was empty twice when I went to get some water, other than that the staff is friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the morning yoga at the swimming pool is a great idea.

I stayed at Selina Gold Dust in March and items were stolen from our room right before we asked the staff to clean it (the cleaning service wasn't included due to COVID at that time and guests needed to ask for it). We complained to the staff about it but they didn't offer us any solution and didn't seem surprised at all by this occurrence. While the room and hotel amenities are good, with a vintage design and newly renewed, this experience showed us a lack of empathy and aid from the staff team that definitely diminishes the quality experience offered by the establishment.

I needed a place to stay for the night in the area and picked this place based solely on the cute aesthetic pictures on the website. In any case, I knew this was a hostel going on so I decided to book a solo room (Deluxe) which ended up being over $200 for one single night. Seemed a little high especially given that it's in middle of nowhere but I thoguht it's be a cute staycation day. First of all the pictures can be very deceiving. I know this are is somewhat rundown but I the pictures make it seem like you are going to stay in a Broken Shaker type of room and it is is NOT. The room smelled kinda dank and there was a loud and dusty AC unit that never really cooled the room. The bathroom was so dingy that I decided not to shower. There was random garbage in the hallways. To make matters worse, the one thing that I felt would workout was the fact that parking would be enclosed but once I arrived back to the hotel around midnight, every single spot was taken and I had to park my car outside in the sidewalk for the night in a neighborhood that's not necessarily the nicest Overall, not sure how the prices compare for the shared rooms but you can DEFINITELY get a better room elsewhere in this area for this price. Would never recommend,

If you are going for Chili with cheese then just get the small as opposed to the large. You get the same amount of cheese and crackers in each, which leaves not enough cheese or crackers for the large size. Enjoy!
UPDATE: I think I'm going to stop coming to this location. Third time in a row where when I get to the window the try to upsell me and say that I wanted a bacon cheeseburger. I cannot eat pork. Three cars in front of you should not be a 15 minute wait. I had to repeat my order at the order station. Then I had to repeat my order TWO more times at the window. They ended up forgetting my drink. And I'm almost certain that they charged me for a bacon cheeseburger anyways because I did not receive a receipt. Very very incompetent people here on a bustling Friday evening. Bad workers. Slow. Not focused. Not even super busy on the inside. I was not greeted nicely at all. If your going to be an ass then at least get my order right. Rating for this location goes from 3 to 1 stars. I'm actually very angry about this experience. Update a year later: same old same old... homeless man running rampant with his own little private toll at the drive througg and no employees saying anything. I truly hate this world.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I been there 3 times and every single time I've been there, the cashiers have had attitude. I actually walked in to one giving a lady infront of me a nasty look. Not to mention, no manners at all. The snackwrap didn't even look like a wrap. This was my last time going there for sure.

This Wendy's has the lowest customer service experience of any Wendy's I've ever been to In the whole country. Octavia, the primary staff member, was a particularly bad apple. She cut me off multiple times, was bossy, and offered no greeting whatsoever. I had no clue if she was taking my order or not. I started the order and midway she rudely cut me off and said she didn't get anything, but even then I had to ask for clarification multiple times (was she there or was she taking my order??) Then she disappeared again. Then rushed me through the entire order and cut me off multiple times to go to the next window when we weren't done ordering. Then when we got our order she gave us he wrong sauce (that we didn't get to order because she wouldn't listen). Then she made us go through our bag and pull out all the BBQ sauce before she would give us new sauce. Why so stingy? The order was incorrect. We asked for a 6 piece and two 4 piece chicken nuggets. We received a 10 and a 3. Which was not cost efficient or what we asked for. We went back in the store and it was an absolute joke. They would not correct the mistake and made zero sense, instead they opted for loud arguing, despite admitting that the receipt and our order were not congruent. It was so frustrating we just left because the employees had the worst manners on the planet & were incredibly argumentative. It was like arguing with an inanimate object. If I owned a business I would never employ any of them because it would ruin my brand and image, I'd be mortified. I'm a regular Wendy's customer, but this location has continually surprised me with their low customer service skills. I honestly don't know how people with such poor people skills keep a job. What a disappointment!

This is the perfect place to eat if you want rude employees who snatch your money out your hand and toss your food on the counter. Not only do you get rude employees, but they forget about your food and you have to remind them to make it. And to make this dinner even more pleasurable, your meal comes with begging homeless people who does not stop asking for you to buy meals for them. Ive had the honor of 3 homeless people kept asking me to buy them food within the 15 minute period I’ve been here. Management didn’t do anything.

This location has really attentive staff. Very fast, knowledgeable and actually care about your order. Even in the drive thru. We're here at a crazy busy time with a huge line and moved through the line in no time. Usually wouldn't review a fast food place but was very impressed. Every time we come here, they pull through

I will never eat here again. The waiting staff doesn't speak english And my order was not right. Then i was over charged for a meal. I ordered only fried fish and was charged for the mixed fried sea food. And when i tryied to call them out on it they just acted like they didnt understand. And after my 45 min wait for my food i was too hungry to pull out the translator on my phone to fight with them. Ps. To the owners if you want to run a successful business make sure your staff can speak the language of the country your in.

The worse experience, They are just frustrated about how the business right next to them is getting all the customers. So unprofessional, The waiter and one girl that seems to be the owner think they are at their house, they took forever to take the order and I was the only table at the moment. The food was disgusting, It look nothing close to the pics and doesn't taste good.

I went there for lunch on a weekday. I ordered a steak medium done. After waiting 45 minutes, I received a cold steak. I returned the plate and 10 minutes later , I got back a warm steak, with no flavor. ( The meat quality was good, but no seasoning) with cold yuca fries.... ,,?
