Super bad service:
- I booked a room with breakfast on Trip.com but the staff said it didn't have any, they didn't care when I showed the confirmed booking from Trip.com. I had to explain and complain, even had to contact the trip.com hotline to get it resolved.
- For breakfast, I had to get a voucher and password to go to another hotel behind this hotel, enter the password inside, then submit the voucher and choose the dishes for the staff to give me, it felt like begging
- I mistakenly booked 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights, I requested to get another room for my child to deduct 1 night and I would pay for another night, instead of getting 1 room, it became 2 rooms, the hotel didn't resolve it. I contacted the hotel nearly 2 weeks before the check-in date, there was a staff member who answered but then didn't resolve it for me or respond to me. Many days later, I called but no staff answered the phone. Even when checking in, it still couldn't be resolved. In short, I will never recommend this hotel to friends or relatives. It is true that the hotel is located near the beach, but there are many other better hotels around, or choose a hotel a few meters further away and walk to the beach, which is cheaper and has better service.

This hotel is not a great place to stay. I was supposed to be provided breakfast for 4, and was told the food menu stopped at least a month ago. To obtain the free beverages, I was told I had to wait until after 4:00 pm, and we were leaving by 11:00 am. Everything that we would need for the pool and the beverages would have to be obtained from a different hotel. We were placed on the first floor with a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old old which required us to lug luggage up two sets of three steps with the kids. Just horrible. In addition to the high cost of staying there with promised amenities, I was then charged a service fee on top of everything else. I feel that, without all of the amenities promised that I paid for, I am due a partial refund. I have stayed here on numerous occasions, but this was by far the worst experience and I will not return or recommend.
