They don’t have the pool ready to use, thought they don’t offer any compensation. Guests have been eagerly waiting for the promised amenities, only to be met with disappointment. The management's lack of communication has left many feeling frustrated and undervalued. As the days pass, the excitement for a relaxing getaway diminishes, overshadowed by unmet expectations. Some patrons are even considering leaving reviews to express their dissatisfaction with the service.

The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite with my own private Terrace! I was happily surprised.
I also always enjoy the nice included breakfast and the rooftop pool.
I like President Villa and will definitely come back for a 3rd time and more.

Right on one of the main boulevards, convenient parking nearby, clean room and polite staff. Limited breakfast options, expensive resort fee for amenities offered, no housekeeping offered unless u requested and stayed over 3 days.

Hi I love how everytging is walkable the room was spacious and i stayed at a villa which we love but the pool was super dirty ..Plus ******* tell you onw thing and qhen you get there there is a 116 fee for the breakfast.not good

Our reservation was for the President Villa section of the hotel (an annex to the main President hotel). Front desk check in was quick and easy, hotel offers complimentary buffet breakfast and a free welcome cocktail per adult (limited choice but nice touch). Rooftop pool is in the villa section, moderate size. Room is bright, clean, has a mini fridge, safe, ironing board and iron.

Hotel was in a good location and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was close to the beach, and a lot of nice restaurants. Would be good if the pool was a little bit cleaner though.

In a nightmare hotel. Dirty, poorly managed, breakfast to forget, to be avoided at all costs. The only positive aspect is the location.

Walked in for breakfast in a Sunday morning around 8:30 am. The patio was already full so we sat inside. Service was excellent and so was the coffee. I had the avocado toast and a side of scrambled eggs. Eggs were the best I’d had for breakfast my entire trip. The avocado toast was SO GOOD and I’d definitely order it again if I go back.

Pretty easily the best brunch location in South Beach. Saturday is busiest, with a wait time of up to 30 minutes, but there are parlour games while you wait and the food is worth it. Try the chicken satay omelet!! Beware, prices may be a bit higher than a standard breakfast on the strip, however.

Decent place to have breakfast. The service is fast and the line moves quickly. At the northern part of Ocean Drive, it's a good place to grab a bite before an art deco stroll.

While visiting Miami for the weekend, I tried this place and it was really great! The portions were big but the food was light so it didn't make me feel like I ate too much. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back in the future!

Delicious breakfast foods served all day. I recommend the French toast - the orange zest gives it such a lovely flavor. I also suggest happy hour for half off drinks from 4-7pm. Our server was Stefan - he was so sweet & appropriately attentive. Will be back for sure.

Great taste of the burgers, although our's looked a bit weird. It'a about the sauce I guess. But the meat is quiet delicious and you can add as much toppings as you want. Therefore the price is absolutely acceptable. Recommend a stop there :)

Love this place. A bit expensive for your average street burger but the fries are awesome. Careful not to mistake the small fries for actual small fries, they're huge! (Pro tip: cajun fries are too spicy so if you don't love spicy you might not wanna get a whole bunch of these)

I brought my students here a few months ago, and nothing was ready. I was willing to overlook it, as the workers got everything out quickly, but now the website is down as I'm trying to place another group order. I called earlier, and someone (I think a manager?) told me if the website wasn't working, I could call back and order. Well, the website still isn't working, and I called back. The girl who answered the phone told me I couldn't place an order for 15 people over the phone. When I told her that the last guy I talked to said I could, she said something unintelligible. When I asked her to repeat herself, she rudely said "can I take your ORDER??" So I said never mind and hung up. I'll go across the street to the other burger place. I have 23 teenagers to deal with tomorrow, and I didn't need the process of ordering hamburgers to be a stressful one.

This restaurant is location is in South Beach. The employees are friendly and acknowledge the different types of French food.. You can get breakfast specials after 12noon..We enjoyed the different types of coffees. I enjoyed the quiche and salad..We love the French breads.

A La Folie has been a staple of South Beach for well over a decade, and is located on Española Way, the most quaint street in South Beach, hands down. There are dozens of authentic French crépes to choose from - both savory and sweet - and they're always delicious. This is a great place to sit outside and people watch, just don't come if you're in a rush, because everything here is done at a very leisurely pace.

Just like a French cafe. Fantastic crepes, salads, soups, ratatouille, deserts, and coffee. Also have beer and wine.
If you want a burger, steak, or fish dinner, French fries, go somewhere else.
