The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment.
The rooms and bathrooms were visibly dirty, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from any hotel, and this property failed in that regard. On top of that, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in because there was no one at the front desk. There was no explanation and no sense of urgency, which reflects very poor management.
The worst part — and the main reason I would never stay here again — is the noise.
The walls are so thin that you can clearly hear your neighbors using the bathroom, blowing their nose, and having normal conversations. It is not just unpleasant; it makes it nearly impossible to sleep.
We did not leave only because the stay was already paid for, but otherwise I would have changed hotels after the first night. If you value cleanliness, basic service, and being able to rest, I strongly recommend choosing another place.
