The basic queen room is tiny. Sheets are scratchy and towels were as well. Elevator dings and you can hear it at the end of the hallway and in your room. Hallways are loud and nothing to absorb sound so you hear everything in your room.

An overly beautiful, quiet hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, the service is exceptional. They cleaned my room every day. You can check in early and stay on the premises. The Altair is a beautiful kosher hotel that caters to guests of all ages and religions. The hotel charges a daily resort fee of $50 and $38 for overnight valet parking, so watch out. The restaurant can get very crowded on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. And the sukkah is mostly not kosher by most standards.

The location is great however the service is hard to get. They don't have telephones in the room to get help. The number to text but don't answer or respond to text. My tv only have one channel and one remote for front room tv only. However they have tv in bedroom as well however it didn't have a remote and the one I have will not work it.

Me and my sister enjoyed our stay quite a bit! The rooms were very nice and so was the staff. The only issue was the HIDDEN FEES. I book via ******* which guarantees no additional costs, but there was an underlying resort fee that I wasn't expecting. Other than that, our stay was lovely.
