This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Lennox and I love this hotel. I always get a cabana room by the pool and I love being able to step right outside and read a book or take a nap poolside. The grounds are super nice and the staff is friendly. I always use the gym, and while it's small, it has plenty of the right equipment to get the job done. Pool beautiful, lobby nice with fruit infused water all day, lovely restaurant and breakfast. Booked in a room on the 2nd floor over a hair salon, the hall from the elevator smelled bad with chemicals so they did move us after asking but we are VIP status with ******* so I was surprised we had to ask to move.

“Beach view” was non existent. Our view was the concrete wall of what seemed to be an active construction site… The cleaning always felt half-done/lackluster. The noise level was a bit insane into the late evening and then starting again in the early evening. Seems we were by an active construction site!

Good hotel but aging infrastructure with shower water temperature hard to adjust and elevators that bounce. That said, I appreciate the kind staff as well as the associated restaurant and rooftop bar. The bar had a great view of the new year's fireworks.

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in. What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching.

The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.

not all rooms have a (beach) view, small rooms with very high price, although the guys at the front desk were nice there was one lady (who probably had some personal issues that she was trying to deal with and was very evident when she spoke), she didnt have basic courtesy when checking-in, she was rude.. not worth paying the kind of money they charge to get treated the way she did.. The hotel photos are very different from the actual situation, and the service staff are very unfriendly to Chinese tourists! The room is very small and the soundproofing is so poor! The room was nice but we booked for 2 adults and 1 child and there was no bed for the child. Staff brought a fold-out bed but my son didn't get a real blanked and was so cold at night that he climbed in with us in the queen bed. Nobody got much sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the beach. There is an exclusive area on the beach, which is of course not comparable to hotels directly on the beach, but the price/performance ratio is still very high. It is also only a 10-minute walk from Miami's shopping street.

The location of this hotel is very good, right in the most lively place in Miami's South Island, but the hotel is relatively old overall, and the flush toilet is a bit leaky. In general, the location is perfect, but the environment is relatively ordinary, a bit like a homestay.

We only stayed one night there, didn't have a chance to use their amenities. The room we had want facing a very busy street, so it was pretty loud. They have a bar downstairs that is open 24/7 which is very convenient but also is pretty noisy. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.
