Room was spacious and the ambiance was good. I just unfortunately was close to the restaurant inside so all the smells from the food and public bathroom lingered through.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel had from 5 to 7 happy hour with a lot of cocktails to choose from. Also, a lot of restaurants close by.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Miami Beach.

The price was right, which keeps the review rating right, but the hotel is under various sorts of construction. It would have been nice if i was notified by the hotel when i booked the stay. It may had informed my decision to find an alternative property. Areas under construction include the lobby main elevator and pool side cabanas. It ended up being very loud on Thursday & Friday poolside.

The Hotel was in a superb location, within walking distance of Many hotspots and Ocean Drive. Clean with good amenities and an excellent vibe around the pool. Great access to the beach with lots of beds and towels provided the whole time. Great touch with the complimentary morning coffee and evening glass of wine.

The restaurant and staff are excellent, however the room is outdated and small -- dirty water came out of the shower, the carpet is not cleaned, the sink is leaking, and there was a lot of construction noise.

We always love seeing the same friendly staff whenever we return. We also appreciate the yoga class offering and attentive service.

Loved the location of the hotel. It was very convenient. Their amenities were great as well! All shared places were extremely clean. However our room is where the hotel fell short. It had this humid mildew smell. Was okay, not super clean. The bathroom was probably its worst feature. Lack of sink space and the bathroom was still dirty from the previous guest. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Location was great just across the street from the beach and they provide towels and chairs for use. Umbrellas/covers are extra. Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower was not a highlight. Shower head would not stay in position. TV would not stream our devices or let us login to apps.

Iconic Hotel…five star service and this is where all the happening events takes place

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were always going above and beyond. There is so much to explore on the property. All of the food and drinks were delicious. The rooms are small but the amenities throughout the hotel make up for that.

The hotel is relatively clean! The location is very good, 2-3 minutes to the beach, with a private beach, nice environment! The service attitude is also very good! I recommend staying here if you come to South Beach!

We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. Good size for two ppl. The hotel is in a decent location close to the beach. You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these. We think breakfast should be included for the price charged.

Very convenient location. It's on the main street and it's very close to the beach. The deco is nice. The room is spacious for two ppl but if for 3 ppl then the space is a bit tight. I think the Queen size bed is a bit smaller than usual . The staff are helpful. I think it worths the money

Beautiful property with a lovely pool. The golf cart service was a game changer, giving us easy rides to the beach, ocean drive and the outdoor shopping mall. Great people at the front desk, pool bar and running the shuttle service.

It’s a very small hotel which isn’t a bad thing- only problem was u had the ice machine right outside my room and being there for business, getting sleep was tough. The walls a very thin as well so you hear everything. Hotel is great for vacation- not for business travel.

I stayed here with a resort day pass and I loveeeed the place so much I came back the next day. Everything is so beautiful! If you’re doing a short stay for the weekend on a budget and would like a nice view this place is fine. I will start with it was clean I appreciate that a lot! What I would complain about is the drains are all either clogged or very very slow to drain, if you turn the shower on you have to mess with it to get the right temp and pressure to be more then a trickle then your standing in 3 feet of water...

Clean and well-managed hotel. Has an onsite restaurant (seafood with a few other choices) that is open reasonably late so a weary, hungry traveler who arrives late can get some food on site itself. A bit pricey for what they offer, but compared to what other hotels in this area are charging it's not as pricey as it looks.

The most amazing Hotel I'm staying in many many years. They have the restaurant stuck them downstairs best food you can eat on the beach. Well one of the best. As far as dining outside. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and was in love with the amenities and proximity to the beach! Leo, Cesar, Martina and all of the others that worked there were so helpful and polite. Staff is friendly and doing the best they can. The hotel has structural issues that need attention. The roof leaks. We changed rooms due to a major leak in the bathroom ceiling. Another customer was trapped in a broken elevator. The front staff was under a lot of pressure to remedy these issues. The Sagamore was very luxe and relaxing oasis in Miami Beach. The room was modern, spacious with cozy beds. Loved the chill lobby, with art gallery, heated pool and beach staff was top notch. We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the daily service was great. We spent a lot of time at the pool, went to the beach, and two of us went parasailing. The location is perfect either way and Italian and Spanish bakery across the street. It is also close to drive and check out South Beach action. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy. You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door.

I booked the superior queen room and it was tiny the orange wall made the room even smaller. There was no wardrobe or dressing table. No free water or robes only towels.

Had the best experience at this hotel - they really helped us out and took such good care of us after our flight was cancelled and we had to urgently find a place to stay. Rooms were clean and light, the pool was amazing. All the staff was so helpful and pleasant - will come back!

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in. What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching.

The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.

The stay was wonderful! I wish I could have been able to stay longer. Everything was very clean and spacious. The hotel is great, close to everything on the hillside. Only the parking in the area is expensive, but there are cheaper options a few minutes' walk away.

Castro was awesome and got us in a room early after a long flight. Totally disappointed in the hotel. Hotel really looks like a converted motel with drapes from the 70s and a 1 inch gap in the door. It was extremely loud. Not sure why it has a 4.8 rating except for great location.

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious.

Gorgeous location, spacious room, ocean views, sun loungers, water, and towels provided. Plus, if you check out at 11 a.m., you can stay on the beach until evening. 🗽 I also loved the restaurant, with its varied and delicious dishes.

Yesterday, the hotel facilities were quite old, probably because it had been open for a long time. There was also a musty smell in the room, probably because it was close to the beach. However, the environment was still good, the balcony was also very large, and it was a short walk to the white sand beach. We loved the location. Our room was comfortable with a large bathroom and all areas were clean. We used both restaurants which were excellent. The hotel had a nice pool area. All staff were friendly and efficient.
