had roaches , and other bugs crawling around. Smelled horrible loud noise from the neighbors. barley could get any sleep bed was dirty shower was dirty. would not recommend.

I stayed in a hostel in Miami Beach FL. I booked 2 weeks. I was discriminated a was thrown out half of my booking, and they will not refund my money for the 8 nights i paid for. Also they don't have to ammedies they claim to have listed on ******* and their website.

I thought this place is gonna be accommodated in the beginning. They were towards the end of my stay there. They were very nasty with me stole money from me. I would never stay there now.

I have been in a few hostels in my life and this one so far has been the lowest.
The place does not look like on the pictures anymore, the included breakfast is two slices of toast and half a cup of coffee topped up with milk even if one asks to have no milk.
It feels more like a homeless shelter than a hostel and there is definitely no beer garden or cafe, the terrace is closed and I ended up checking out a day early.

Not the best place to stay if you’re looking for an experience within the place 😳 but great to sleep, and go explore south beach. Love the area it’s located in though. And the staff is incredible, namely Edwin and Sammy! They deserve a raise! 👏👏

Very bad service, very bad people at the hotel. We were with my family and we could only stay for one day because it was so bad, there were people selling drugs. The bathroom cabinets were covered in sand, and when we arrived at the reception, a police officer was there removing someone from the hotel. I do not recommend it!

I was told by several people that Miami Beach made a deal with the bikini hostel to rent rooms to the city to shelter homeless people.
What I found a little uncomfortable is that the Bikini Hostel does not warn the tourists that they have to share the rooms with people who has been in Jail and some are drug *******.
When I went out I had to carry the backpack with me to the beach and everywhere I went because I was told by another person staying there to not leave anything of value in the rooms.
The rooms are 5 beds with 3 levels for a total of 15 people per room. The AC did not reach the higher level so even thought the rooms were very cold on the 1st level they were very, very hot on the 3rd level.
A good thing I found was the lady serving breakfast. She was very nice and patient even with people staying there that were a little rude.

I booked a room for 3 people and as soon as arrived the structure gave a room of 2 people. I asked to give me another room but they fully booked. So I had to find another room the same night in miami and paid a lot of money. i called the structure for refund and they told me no refund at all. It wasn’t my fault and they gave me no money back. Also the place was awful: the room and place wasn’t like the picture on the website. Everything was dirty and awful smell, i thing homeless were sleeping there. Receptionist were didn’t even care. Terrible experience. I also contacted booking.com for help for the refund and told me that could’t do nothing. So i recommed also do not use booking as well, they didn’t care

During a recent stay at Bikini and Beers Hostel for a getaway vacation, it was very convenient. From the moment I arrived, Sammy at the desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, The check-in process was quick and efficient, there were complimentary lockers were on site, and two meals were offered. I'd definitely stay here again.
Also the room I stayed in had an efficient AC system, providing clean air, and a comfortable bed.

Worst decision I've ever made: to stop here for a sub. The service was terrible and the lady(told me she was a manager) Was the worst. My sub was slap around like a rag doll. I asked about special and she stated if I can't read, I like subway and I'm a local to this area, I would never spend a dime there anymore. Even after telling her she was rude even her answer was negligent to my concern as a customer...... I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy..... TERRIBLE

It's Subway... clean, nice staff, same food as every other Subway. If you are one of the 4 Americans that have never been to Subway and are in the mood for a sub I suggest checking them out. If you have been to Subway then you know what you are getting.

Unbelievable!! I used the app to make our order & this location screwed up. I've tried calling the store to get it fixed & they've literally hung up on me a dozen times +!! It says on Google maps they're open until 1am Sunday.. Our order arrived at 10p, have been calling for an hour! They've answered a half dozen times saying "we're closed" not giving a second for any response & hanging up...like "we're closed - click"... Going to speak to corporate on this one!!!!

Arrived over an hour after order. The guy on the phone was a bit rude, would not refund anything for being really late. Pizza tasted disgusting and the wings. How they can get wings so wrong is a mystery! Only ok thing was the pasta I custom built.

Best Domino's pizza ever had, tomato sauce was really tasty and the vegetarian pizza was very good. Nice lady taking our order also.
