Terrible service. Sneaky discount baiting.. Saying they have but one get one free drinks and you get the bill for a 45 dollar drink! Plus they double charged me for the drink anyway!

Be careful to ask about drink pricing, be careful about uncharging ad-ons, and NEVER let your credit card out of your sight when paying! I only go to Bayside and Ocean drive with out of town company. I live here, and KNOW better...but when having a nice time, I have slipped and let the server take my CC at Bayside last year, , and now here, last week...and have had my credit card info stolen and USED from both places :( Miami is unique and can be fascinating - but be vigilent in high tourist areas!

Wish I could leave 0 stars as horrible service 20 percent gratuity added on and waitress cooked the bill adding $ for premium alcohol and my 25 dollar corona. Burger was ok fries cold ....dont do it!!!!

Service was HORRIBLE! We asked about 5 times for our bill and the waiters kept claiming it wasn't their table. We had to literally get up to get their attention and all came rushing at us claiming we were trying to leave without paying. When we stated the problem they were extremely rude, even when asked to speak the manager, she was equally as rude- as she was a part of them. The waiter blatantly lied about checking up on us "5 minutes ago" and stated she would call the police. When I told her to go ahead because we did nothing wrong - she obviously didn't. In the end two waiters ended up telling us "eff you" and the manager told us she didn't have time to deal with us after we paid. Horrible horrible customer service! Would never go back . Really ruined the south beach experience for us. Besides the service the chicken sandwich was extremely bland , would never go back there- if they had a rating less than one star, I would choose that.

The worse service, dirty place, rude cashier attendant and when I complain about people smoking the atendente told me she can’t do anything about.

Had a $17 sandwich (South Beach prices, I guess). The bread was dry, hard, & flaking everywhere (prob not the freshest), the meat was chewy maybe with fat, and the only flavor the sandwich had was from the ~raw~ onions. I tried to enjoy myself by sitting out front, but with all the traffic noise you're better off sitting inside or using earbuds with music. Not sure if I would eat here again.

The food may be good but if you can't get waited on how do you know. Waited 15 minutes and was not waited on. When I asked if they were open, they said yes and would get someone to wait on me. I gave up and left.
