Awesome place to stay. Very clean and the staff is great. Stayed 7 days on a work trip and will stay here any time I am in town.

Everything was great overall. Parking lot is a bit tight, and room was clean. One hope is for some rooms to have 2 beds available instead of just 1 bed. It would make it ideal for family trips or friends trips.

Such a cute and cozy hotel! Everyone on the staff was super friendly and kind. Perfect location, close to everything. Can’t wait to go back and stay at the New Yorker Hotel again!❤️

Booked a suite, when I arrived I was told the room I booked and confirmed back in July was not available. Ended up in a room 1/2 the size with no balcony nor pool view. They didn’t seem to care nor provided a price adjustment for the smaller room. Will never stay there again,

The check in process was very smooth. I was treated with such kindness by Tessa.
The hotel is particularly clean. I enjoyed the balcony view of the city. This hotel is ideal for the practical.

Room was clean and cute, and a good size for what we needed. But, there was a gap under the door and that made the room very humid. Otherwise, no problems with this hotel.

Room was awesome, bed was comfortable and room was clean...we loved the décor and would stay here again.

A cozy hotel with a pleasant price. The room is clean. There is shampoo and other accessories. Good towels. Bagel and cream cheese, coffee for breakfast. Shops within driving distance. We were without a car and it was also convenient, there is a bus stop nearby.

The usual offerings of a Starbuck's. I don't ask for much, and would be happy with a clean, practical and professional experience. However on my visit I found the parking lot difficult to access/exit and very cramped. The register clerk was unfriendly and omitted to communicate part of my order to the staff in charge of preparation.

It is very nice especially sitting outside watching the cars passing by and the people. The location makes it perfect.

I haven't been to a bad Starbucks location yet! Just good, better, great and outstanding. I'm 100% addicted to #Starbucks ☕️ Not just the coffee, I'm addicted to almost all that is served.

I always go to this Starbucks because it is only a few blocks away from my home. The service is always impeccable and the employees are always very nice. Today I went to get a Frappuchino and the lady handed me the drink with a bit of an attitude. She was somewhat bursting my bubble of personal space. I would have given this Starbucks a five star rating today if it weren't for a small bit of attitude. I am always satisfied with this Starbucks's service and employees, but today was maybe not a good day for one of them.

I use to be some what a regular customer, but there are no longer any vegetarian options for me. They changed the menu and took the one choice they had, not even the pasta with a veggie option is available any more. Surprising for that neighborhood.
And my favorite Bar Tender, Sebastian is long gone. The drinks are alright but were great when he was there.
Once after paying, I mistakenly walked away with both copies of the check. I was on the way back a few days later to rectify when I discovered the waiter assumed I didn't leave a tip and took it upon himself to add one to my credit card.
Never going back, not that they would miss my $$. Just saying.

Big disappointment....Although we have spent many a wonderful meal @ Balans, after trying to order delivery through the site of Blue Host (certainly will make u blue) our guests were not impressed with the first attempted eating experience in Miami. If ordering and eating is to be a pleasure and not a waste of time and money, call another place. The worst! Plenty of Happy Resturant owners close by on Biscayne.

It's a pretty standard Subway restaurant I gave it 5 stars because the staff is very friendly and just welcoming. The food was fresh bathroom is clean store look like it was well-kept

The subs and salads are made when you order. The sub shop is very clean place. And yes you can eat inside. Plus subs are so good.

The clerk didn't knew where she was... It's realy crazy! My wife asked her what was something about the food served and the girl said "I don't know!" I tried again, thinking that was a joke, but she said again "I don't know!" Unbeliable! Had a mr in front of the line that he was trying to use one coupom "buy 1, get 1 free". The girl didn't knew what to do. Finally the manager showed yourself, but had more problems... The man's coupom was printed "with all beverages", but the manager didn't acceped and told him that only drink fontain was included... About 30 minutes to got a sub... So, pass far away that place...
