Oh my! Where to start???? Construction in lobby. Nothing on sight, like a store, or pool bar. We went to buildings next to us to eat & purchase things. Pavilion missing out on a lot of money! Pool area is nice and beach access is convenient. That's the only pluses. The door to our room (1204) has so much missing paint, it looks like it was salvaged from the dumpster! Then, there's mold on the bedroom floor lamp shade! Like.....how!? The air unit filter is so dirty, it's collapsed and makes loud noise because it's starved for air! The one in it is too large for the opening, so its crushed in place. Lady brings one, the same size, so doesn't fit. We lived with the rumbling noise all week! Smoke alarm above hallway, door open-no battery! Couch cover ripped on right side, inside cushion exposed. Balcony curtains too long, so they've been allowed to get wet & drag like a mop.... so now the bottom looks like just that, a dirty mop. Living room rug so stained and filthy I'd rather have a dirt floor! And no washcloths anywhere! We had to go to Target & purchase some! Burned out bulbs in bathroom light bar. No exhaust fan in bathrooms, so incredibly hot & everything wet & steamed over after showering. Hallway bi-fold doors, one door missing half of the wooden slats. Pealing paint everywhere. Some outlets don't work. Bedroom TV missing/dead batteries in remotes. The kitchen appliances work well & it was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast. Living room TV worked fine after I figured out how to brighten the picture. Water pressure is good & hot water worked fine. But geez, it wouldn't take much to make this condo so much nicer. Owner just needs to care!!! I'll add photos later.

I’m going to file a complain with the Division of Florida Condominiums
I had a few boxes to carry the guy at the reception told me to use the big elevator.
They charge me a fee to use the elevator Because I carry a few boxes with me when I used the elevator .
The resident was using the same elevator same like me and they suddenly approach me like I committed the crime.
Those type of things leave you a bitter taste about this place how they can take advantage and do whenever they want.

I always come here for when I visit the city, which is fairly often. The view is great with little to no obstructions. The staff also have concern for guest, always ready to help.

Great place, well located, quiet area. It's 5' by car from South Beach, less than 15 blocks from the nearest Publix supermarket and 20' from Aventura Mall. There are many restaurants nearby with beach view.
The building has different owners and Realtors to rent from, it's a good thing since you can choose between many styles of apartments. They are very spacious in average and there are many options according to the number of guests.
Prices are accessible.
Parking is included with valet parking.
The outdoor pool is heated and remodeled anew, there's a barbecue space.
The gym well equipped.
Every floor has a laundry.
Every apartment has kitchen and one or more bedrooms. Large balconies.
The building has direct access to the beach.

We stayed in a fairly priced condo here for a week. I will start with the Good, lobby is very nice and there is Always friendly security at the desk. There are three main elevators that were all in working order while we were there. There is also another beach access elevator more in the rear of the building that helps alot with getting to the beach. We had an ocean view room and it was an amazing view. The balcony was nice however there was no full divider between us and the neighbors so we could see, and here each other, and the upstairs neighbors. The plumbing and hot water worked well. The unit itself could use very little updates. Like many others have said the carpet in the hallways is very dirty. Having to get security to let us in the gym was a bit of a pain. Now for the HUGE problem here,... The Valet. They make u valet park your car but it's a mess. It takes forever and inside the parking garage is very crowded. Our car actually got hit and they just kept telling us sorry we don't know and garage too full, as if that was a liable excuse. They tried to tell us all the cars were in a spot at first but we went in to see how they parked it and that was not the case, which is why it got damaged. Security guard told us valet has always been an issue.

Beautiful ocean view ,quite building ,pool ,a nice walk way along Beach's which is a designed pavement,well lite , small dogs permitted , valet parking ,washers and dryers on all floors ,snack machines down stairs.

Worst hotel I ever visited. No phone in the room. You call the number they give you and nobody answer in the front desk. We have been 15 days there, 10 days with no remote for the TV. Everything is a big NO for them. Everything has a charge. They bill you a resort fee of 25 dollars daily that includes package handling but they usually lose packages and make the guest go to security and mail room to look for it (you do their job). Sometimes they reject packages because of lack of information in the package label. Cleaning services is horrible. No ramp for strollers or big luggage. There is a convenient store in the basement with prices like if you were in the middle of the desert, 8 dollars a simple ham/cheese sandwich. They also charge you to get coins for the washing machine. The only thing that actually works is the valet parking. Not coming back ever!

This was the BEST experience I had in a long time. The WHOLE staff was polite, and accomadated my every need. Starting with Valet. Front desk agents that checked me in were welcoming. Rene exceeded my expectations and the whole staff empathized and understood I was involuntarily displaced due to the disaster of Hurricane Irma. The housekeeping was friendly and security team made me feel safe and right at home. GREAT STAFF!! VERY CLEAN!!

The staff is so offensively impolite, ill-mannered, discourteous, tactless, undiplomatic, uncomplimentary, no communication skills, etc.. The rooms are filthy, the bathroom is unutterable. For $400 it is not worth it! I hope this place gets shut down immediately. I will not stop until it is. I wish I could upload my video of this horrendous, disgusting, distasteful, nauseating, unsavory place they call a resort. This is nothing of resort material. Just a word of advise, if your going to charge $85 for some dollar tree towels make sure they're at least terry cloth. My walmart towel was so much better, than those paper cut towels. Ultimately this place is a joke, they don't deserve not even a half a star, but I have to give it a star so it will let me post this truthful comment. All thumbs down.

The view from our room was great. The AC in 626 worked very well. The room was exactly as stated. The valet service was quick and super friendly. Very close access to the beach. The pool was closed one of the days we were there which was a bummer
