Hotels on first line in Miami Beach

The suites are spacious (dated), the staff friendly,efficient and helpful, the location is fantastic (great beach & pool), the bar type chairs are not very comfortable to have to sit through a meal on and the Bed and pillows need very much to be upgraded

Plenty of places to eat nearby for quick bite or sit down, just come out from room enjoy the small pool but from 3 to 7 ft and just cross the pool you are on the beach

Older hotel but most of the building in the area already are. My room was facing the street. Pool and beach are right there. Lots of restaurants near the hotel

This place is in a good spot if you don't like too much "traffic" around. Has good eateries, shopping and bars aroind. Beach is steps from property. Ana was very nice and extremely helpful.

Suite room with kitchenette suitable for family. ocean view for a perfect price. The boulevard at the beach and showers divine. Nice area walking distance to many good restaurants

Perfect, staff are so friendly valet parking is one of the cheapest in south beach and hotel room is extremely large enough and clean. The price I paid is so less for what I got

The rooms are a little on the small side but modern and clean. On my bad thing is that the rooms inside the main part you can hear everything from your room

2nd time staying here and was just as amazing as the first time. Will definitely book again every chance I can while in the area.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of the beach, Target, Grocery. Easy to get to the Port from their location.

Staff so friendly and welcoming. Location amazing, quiet road but close to all shops and restaurants and only 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive. We were very lucky and able to park onsite which was a bonus

There is a very nice outside terrace under trees where you enjoy your morning coffee. Convenient location to Ocean Drive, only 5 min walk. Located in a very quiet residential area

Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Hilda and Lily who prepared our breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very yummy and is made to order

Just be aware that North Beach is not an entertainment district, so limited dining options that are walkable

We stayed at a small 2bdrm/2 bath (king and queen beds) suite with living room & kitchen for a fraction of the cost of the major chain hotels across the street for ONE standard room

Note: no breakfast available but unending amazing variety of restaurants' options on the next block and the beach less than a block proximity more than compensate costly options

This place was such a gem of a find! We cooked, walked to the beach (they had beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow), went out to restaurants a couple of times, soaked in the heated pool, rented Citi bikes from a nearby kiosk

Excellent location (right across the street from the beach). There were chairs and umbrellas to use and enjoy at the beach. The warm pool area on-site was so relaxing. Free parking was easy in - easy out

Vanessa checked us in and gave a great tour of the Boutique Hotel and even generously upgraded our room to a suite. The hotel is excellently located just adjacent to a beautiful beach and an upscale shopping center

The property is in a nice area. Walking distance to the beach. The only improvement needed at this property is the need to improve the walls separating the rooms. They need to be thicker to minimize the noise

The room was very clean and bright! The communication was consistent, clear and hospitable.

The Hotel is very basic, but clean. The Hotel is in North of Miami Beach. There aren't a lot of Restaurants and Bars. But the beach is very beauful. Ovi is the receptionist from the hotel

We loved our stay at Costa Norte! Room was a decent size (not large though) but was clean and had everything we needed. North beach was just across the street. Free bus trolley goes to South beach

If you lower your standards enough, this place will do. On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants

When we check in they let us check in early. Without any problems. The room amenities were great. The gentlemen at the front was very friendly. And. We felt like we were gone! Our home away from home highly recommend!

Good service , good location in Miami beach near the sea. And also the good things always the room is very clean. Included breakfast and dinner And the price is very helpful

I had such a great experience at this hostel, thanks largely to Eugene at the front desk! He was incredibly welcoming, informative, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed

Not the best place to stay if you’re looking for an experience within the place 😳 but great to sleep, and go explore south beach. Love the area it’s located in though

When I went out I had to carry the backpack with me to the beach and everywhere I went because I was told by another person staying there to not leave anything of value in the rooms
