Hotels on first line in Miami Beach

If we stayed longer or were traveling as a family, it may have been. As a couple though, it was a perfect getaway. The only other issue we had was the showers that would pool water at the bottom and drained very slowly

We had a single night in Hotel Impala after arriving from the UK, so we could have a night/day in Miami Beach before picking up our rental car

The hotel building itself is a bit old but the rooms are totally new (or at least feel like that). Just a block from the beach and the Ocean drive area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms in the hotel are straightforward without any bells-and-whistles, but the bed was large and comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom was great

After researching Miami Beach for possibly ten hours We chose the Hotel Impala based on reviews. Y'all did not let us down! Not one bit. This place is a quiet retreat in the middle of busy Miami Beach

The Impala was easy to find, clear instructions, with no issues checking in or out

Great place, well located, quiet area. It's 5' by car from South Beach, less than 15 blocks from the nearest Publix supermarket and 20' from Aventura Mall. There are many restaurants nearby with beach view

There are three main elevators that were all in working order while we were there. There is also another beach access elevator more in the rear of the building that helps alot with getting to the beach

Beautiful ocean view ,quite building ,pool ,a nice walk way along Beach's which is a designed pavement,well lite , small dogs permitted , valet parking ,washers and dryers on all floors ,snack machines down stairs.

They are very spacious in average and there are many options according to the number of guests. Parking is included with valet parking. The outdoor pool is heated and remodeled anew, there's a barbecue space

Every apartment has kitchen and one or more bedrooms. The building has direct access to the beach

This place has an aweaomw ocean view and is right on the beach.

We loved the hotel, excellent service, I highly recommend it.

Overall it's okay, it's more like a B&B, and it's a relatively cheap hotel in South Beach. We have all the necessary infrastructure, and don’t expect anything extra

The bathroom was clean but it’s outdated. We were only here for one night. It also happened to be on the day it was cold here and the heat wouldn’t go up past 64 so it was freezing

The hotel front desk staff were completely clueless; they couldn't even tell if a guest had checked in.

It's a seven or eight-minute walk from the beach, and there are restaurants, dessert shops, and pharmacies along the way. Maybe we come here to avoid the cold in winter

LOVE IT!!! went with my girlfriends and it was the perfect place to have a quiet surrounding but a short block walk away from business. they have such a beautiful pool and the courtyards are gorgeous

The room was okay, but the door was a bit awkward to open. The soundproofing was also poor, and I could clearly hear the music playing at the party next door from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM

great price for college students/more affordable. everybody was so friendly - front desk and maintenance workers!! absolutely will come again

just a heads up that the fire dept is very close - might disturb some light sleepers. i personally had no issues tho!

Everything was nice, except the service, why the staff in the reception is so unhappy, why you meet customer with such an unpleasant face. I will not come again only because of you guys!

The "resort fee" is out of line with the amenities available (pool is barely larger than a hot tub) as ther is only an extremely small pool

The king room for 2 comes with 2 soft plush bath towels, but only 1 wash towel and no hand towels. When an additional hand towel and bath towel were requested, "housekeeping" never came. Staff were always otherwise nice

I would be hesitant to recommend primarily because of parking but the location is right for beach lovers

It was a small apartment with a small kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom. Loved that it also had a small sitting area out front. The staff was also very helpful

The suite was kind of gross - dirty carpeting and bathrooms. I was charged $40 per day for parking. Beach towels were worn and cheap. Service on the beach and pool completely shuts down at 5pm (really early)

The pool was not very clean and it has a lot of rust stains in the pool. The access door to the boardwalk / beach area did not lock and was open the entire stay

The downstairs is old and vintage Miami while the rooms were very white and clean, very much as the pictures portrayed. The other Seacoast tower was being renovated

We LOVE the Seacoast location, and price when staying in Miami! Some of the bathrooms could use an update but overall a great stay.

Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel!

Nice hotel , it’s walking distance to the beach

It wasnt horrible, it wasnt great. It is in the middle of everything. So you have a bunch shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is also right across the street so thats not bad

There are pots and pans for simple cooking, and a coffee machine but no coffee is provided. It's close to the beach and you can watch the sunrise. You can go directly back to your room to shower after swimming

The shower water pressure is a bit low, so it's not very refreshing

Advantages: The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers, which are very convenient for heating water. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

Check in instructions were wrong and it was very difficult to find the office to check in. The fire alarm kept going off intermittently for hours at a time.

We were blown away by our stay. Clean, huge room with a kitchen and spacey closet. Staff were kind enough to put an actual mattress on our sofa bed so we could be more comfortable. Great location right on South Beach

I recently stayed at Lincoln Arms Suites and ended up extending my trip by an extra day after my flight was canceled. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in South Beach

The suite was spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchen, which made the unexpected extra day much easier. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth

The location is fantastic — very close to Miami Beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants, including a delicious Mexican place just around the corner. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

We stayed 4 nights and had an amazing time. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom and small kitchen. The walk to the beach was perfect and we were given towels and chairs to take with us

We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drinks at their sister hotel as well as the pool at another sister hotel. Both Emilio and David were a wealth of information when it came to eating out

The location was good as well, easy to get into the city, and obviously easy to get to the beach. The hotel amenities of the beach were also fantastic

Stayed there 12 hours, room was amazing, staff was cold and dry, BE AWARE! After you check in your room maybe a 10 minute walk away from the checking desk at another hotel an they will hold your deposit for a few weeks

No staff onsite of the building we were staying at. Phoning the receptionist was in vain as no one ever picked up the phone. You either walk 15 to 20 minutes or take a uber to the chick in building for any assistance

The room was nice but some of the power outlets did not work from the second night. We were a a building far from the check in building and far from any amenities. This was not highlighted in the booking app

No Parking, had to park a block away from room so I was on the edge worrying that my car was going to be towed or broken into. I will not book another stay with this hotel due to the no parking availability

There were also no cleaning supplies available for us to clean the room ourselves and feel comfortable, since we were told that cleaning is only done every three days

There were also missing kitchen utensils that would have allowed us to at least use the stovetop available in the room

Hotel provide beach towels and 2 folding chairs per room. Complementary coffee in the lobby you can enjoy on the hotel terrace. Shower is available at the pool area

The location of this hotel is amazing. Short walking distance to everything (beach, shopping, food, etc). The staff is extremely friendly and have been very accommodating. The restaurant downstairs also has awesome food.

My Room was pretty comfy, bed was excellent, but also a bit noisy when it comes to drunk people by the pool. No elevator can be a problem too if you are charged and breakfast is not located in the hotel itself

Regarding the pool, i don't even tried it, it was literally useless, and the floor all around the area was dirty like if it was rusty. Karsher needs maybe ? Anyways, It needs a real update

If you are working like me : basically it's ok and affordable, but i won't chose this one for hollidays for its amenities, until your thing is only going the beach

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and an unbeatable location! A special thanks to the guy who stays overnight because he helped me to carry all my bags at 5:30am

There was no ice on site which was just an inconvenience, but the front desk pointed us to one we could access nearby. The location was perfect and while we did not require much, the front desk was friendly and helpful

The room included a kitchen area, and everything was updated nicely. Bed was perfect memory foam. Parking is best across the street at public park 1$ per hour free after 11 and before 10 a.m. check in and out was easy.

The only thing We have to say is about the loud music night lately, after 11pm. Its located near to south beach. There is towels and 2 chairs to use in the beach. Water, hot tea and coffee all the day in the lobby

I visit Miami frequently and if you’re going to stay in South Beach on Ocean Drive no matter where it’s going to be noisy this is a very busy area

The suites are spacious (dated), the staff friendly,efficient and helpful, the location is fantastic (great beach & pool), the bar type chairs are not very comfortable to have to sit through a meal on and the Bed and pillows need very much to be upgraded

Plenty of places to eat nearby for quick bite or sit down, just come out from room enjoy the small pool but from 3 to 7 ft and just cross the pool you are on the beach

Older hotel but most of the building in the area already are. My room was facing the street. Pool and beach are right there. Lots of restaurants near the hotel

Perfect, staff are so friendly valet parking is one of the cheapest in south beach and hotel room is extremely large enough and clean. The price I paid is so less for what I got
