Clearly overpriced, rusty poor equipment, poor fitness. The swimming pool is great and clean and tells a great access to the beach.
This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one
Very convenient, very close to the beach, I will choose this place next time I go on a business trip
I recommend an above average hotel in Miami South Beach
Comfortable hotel. Good value though they gave us a room with a crappy view or no view at all. Location in mid beach is a disadvantage.
It doesn't offer anything other than a clean room with a good bed. Old and poorly maintained swimming pool

This is one of my favourite hotels in Miami and I have stayed here before. The location is excellent; beach is clean and the amenities are great. The staff is also terrific at the front desk and beach/pool area
The front desk clerk was mostly hospitable. Excellent and pleasant service from Caroline. It’s a a celebration for my nephews birthday . Caroline made this visit memorable! Thanks for all your great work Caroline.
I found they did a poor job cleaning, did not replace items that were taken out of the room (ie bathrobe taken and never replaced, soaps and tissues/toilet paper not provided after housekeeping service came and left) and attempting to call housekeeping was also non effective
After complaining to the front desk the housekeeping service improved slightly, but I found their cleanliness was lacking and some items were still not replaced
However, I am willing to give them another chance since the location is great and the rest of the staff were all super
However this is the one time I had issues with the housekeeping

The hotel was nice, besides a few issues. The guy at the pool acted like giving out a towel was coming from his personal home. He was rude and gave a dirty look every time we asked for one
Parking only a few minutes away in Allison Park. Spent only about $6-8/day for parking there. Highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely be back
Hotel location is good. Overnight parking was listed as $25 per night. It was turned out to be wrong. Only valet service at $52 per night was offered. The rooms are small and king size bed looks small.
The check-in wait time was about 20 minutes because there was only one front desk staff and the group before us spent too much time. The room is decent and clean. Love the balcony and direct access to the beach
The pool is kinda small, but they have two pools
How lucky weee we to get Adriana as a server! It’s like we win the lottery! She was Welcoming, informative and funny!
Another shout out to Julien who checked us in. He too built an instant connection

The pool water is a little milky and no water and towel in the gym.
Couldn't find the beach bar where it should be. 5 dollar bottle of water that is in your room. Small rooms, you couldn't open a suitcase. Don't use the valet, it's a big scam
Our family of 4 borrowed 4 bicycles and cycled around South Beach, which we found to be a very worthwhile activity
You also get a glass of champagne and a cup of coffee. The pool was perfect for what we needed and so was the roof top. Honestly, it's a great place, I'm surprised at reading some of the reviews
You can park 5 minutes walk away for 20 dollars a day
Very close to the beach, the sanitation is OK. The front desk is very friendly

Managers were so very kind and welcoming. Child friendly too! There were outdoor places to eat breakfast (included) and places to play outdoor such as outdoor games, pool, beach area and more
Pam was very helpful especially when we had to leave our luggage. Also offer sun loungers on beach with beach towels. Bar staff very friendly free cocktail on arrival. Would highly recommend a visit
Very spacious with a balcony l )(junior suite )
The welcome and goodbye cocktail is a nice touch. This location is very close to the beach, ocean drive and major attractions for that area
Great experience! Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, we were within walking distance to the beach, shopping and nightlife
Cute boutique hotel a few blocks from the beach. Rooms are small, but clean and updated. Wished there had been an additional mirror outside the bathroom
You are charged a $25 per day resort fee which covers towels, two chairs at the beach, use of bikes and transportation to the beach

Will be definitely our Winter destination. People who made this hotel has lots of imagination! The room was 30 square meter big but it is well designed and has many facilities. Most of time, I spent it by the pool
Our poolside bungalow was perfect. Clean with everything pure white. down to the Carrera marble in the bathroom. always asking if you needed anything and always happy to get it for you
We enjoyed this hotel; it had a cool patio and pool area. At first we got a room that was not cooling down but the hotel staff made it right and upgraded us to a bigger, cooler room
While the hotel might not have the reputation of years past as the "it" place to be, it's still a great hotel in a wonderful location with fun pool and atmosphere
The pool was my favorite part, make sure to get there early or the beds become all taken up. I would consider it a family friendly pool environment - not the trendy nightclub scene like next door
The staff was very friendly and the property is beautifully designed with white flowing curtains, a great bar (the Rose Bar) and good breakfast eating

The service was excellent: we were happily taken care of by the beach and pool staff including Isaac, Samson, Chris, CJ, and David. Our rooms were made up every day, and we had the best time
One of my favorite hotels on South Beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. The hotel is beautiful!! Extra comfortable beds and pillows, which is great because I often get poor sleep when traveling
We stayed here for the first time last weekend and cannot wait to come back. The location is unbeatable as a beachfront hotel with immediate beach access
The hotel amenities were also fantastic: 1) beach chairs on the beach included (with umbrella for small upcharge), 2) food & beverage service on the beach, and 3) the same great setup at the massive pool
Camille at the front desk was a highlight of our trip making sure we had everything we needed and more! Would 100% come back to this hotel for the great service, food, location, and beach views right on the boardwalk!
And the pool is my favorite on South Beach

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Anto, who made everything easy and made me feel really welcome. I’d definitely recommend this hostel and would stay here again!
It was so nice to stay in here. Location was perfect cuz it is near by beach. So it was easy to get to sea :)
And also staffs r so friendly n kind. Especially Jazmin&Juani were so nice to me
So many Spanish guests! This hotel is owned by Spanish people. The location is great, but there's no breakfast. At night, there's a pub or something next door, and the 'thump-thump' beat accompanied me to sleep
The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room was large enough for two people. The bathroom sink was a little dated, but as long as there was hot water, I didn't care
I can say they also made my wonderful vacation :)
One of convenience thing is water is always in the lobby. Also they have coffee n tea in the lobby every morning
It would be great if there was a larger water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor; heating water up each time takes a long time and is very inconvenient

She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made our beach day even more enjoyable. Viviana, the pool attendant, was also fantastic
Really great beachfront property with friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool, beach, and daily happy hour!
Small quaint, old-fashioned style looking Miami beachfront resort that has been refurbished. It easy walking distance to a lot of shopping and eating. We will definitely be back!
The pool staff were extremely good sports and wore the bunny ears for a short time. I really felt right at home and they treated me extra special on my special day
The Hotel was in a superb location, within walking distance of Many hotspots and Ocean Drive. Clean with good amenities and an excellent vibe around the pool
Great access to the beach with lots of beds and towels provided the whole time. Great touch with the complimentary morning coffee and evening glass of wine

Really good location, beach was great. Pool area was a bit run down but clean and towels available
The hotel is very well located in front of the beach, from the pool there is access to the beach.
The pool is small but does the job.
Close to the beach, clean hotel
They are all pretty good, of course, sea view rooms are always the best choice!
But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time
Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.

The overall situation is in line with the positioning of the Holiday Inn, and you can enjoy the sea and beach in Miami with a lower budget
Excellent location, umbrella and two sunbeds available on the beach, immediate access to the beach
The hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool and a beach. Hotel residents can use parasols on the beach
The hotel is good, the location is good, larger windows and a balcony would be nice, but otherwise, no issues. The hotel charges a very high service fee, but they warn you about it upfront on the website
The location is very good, the room is relatively large, parking is convenient, and valet parking is not expensive, 45 dollars, the service is very good.
The deposit was refunded exactly one month later

Very good service and beautiful hotel. but the entrance to the ocean is inconvenient and there is a lot of seaweed
The food was consistently exquisite and delicious, whether we were dining in the restaurant or enjoying a cold coconut by the beach. One of the highlights was the exceptional beach service
Everything about it, design, staff, service, bars, restaurants, are right up there. There are only a small percentage of hotels in the world have this quality. Do your self a favour and make reservation
True 5-Star Experience at Faena
Our stay at Faena was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was impeccable—attentive, accommodating, and always a step ahead
One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking
My daughter and I spent a long weekend at Faena Miami. We loved our stay and were glad we choosed Faena over many other places. The hotel is beautiful and the service is phenomenal

Fabulous location right on the beach. Stunning design and architecture. I loved the terrace for breakfast and the amazing pools
We always love seeing the same friendly staff whenever we return. We also appreciate the yoga class offering and attentive service.
The toilet seat on our room was loose and the handheld shower nozzle did not work. These however were minor annoyances and did not effect or stay or enjoyment
I stayed here after a cruise to get some R&R and it didn’t disappoint. My sister in law and I got in at 9am before our room was ready and we were able to store our luggage, change into swim suits, and enjoy the pools
Staff is always great, we got to visit with Paul again! This is obviously a great place to work, many of the same staff are still here and this is the third year we've been here
The ******* rooms are good but not great. We've booked a similar room each visit and it tends to be in the same location on different floors, near to a storage room that gets a lot of use in the mornings

Loved the hotel and the amenities. Especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area, the beach towel and chair being included, and the overall set up of the hotel. Great location, food and drinks
Had a wonderful stay at Esme! The rooftop is amazing, the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in South Beach. Also it was in a fabulous location- easy access to beach and shopping streets
2 free drinks nightly, free 2-hour bike rental, and free beach chair and towel rental. Friendly staff including great convo with head of housekeeping who asked if there was anything she could do to make our room better
Perfect location- close to Española Way with excellent cultural dining experiences- 2 blocks from the beach and lots of shopping/dining within walking distance in all directions
Wonderful hotel. Great location. Close to the beach, to Lincoln boulevard, restaurants, stores. Warm staff and really authentic place. I loved it!
Rooftop pool and beautiful Spanish-Mediterranean style throughout the property made it quaint

I want to shout out Angel at the front desk. She is amazing providing top-tier service and accommodations for my girls and I during my birthday weekend. Even though she is new to the AC team she is a pro & exceptional
Aj was an amazing bartender, and Angel was one of the best front desk associates ever. We will truly miss them and look forward to hopefully seeing them again soon
Amazing staff, modern rooms walking distance to the beach. I stay in a lot of hotels, this is by far one of the best!
My very first visit to Miami, and I truly enjoyed my experience. After staying in this hotel, the only way I would stay somewhere else is if they are booked up
The rooms were very clean and the whole staff was kind and attentive. They made sure my wife and I had a memorable 9 year anniversary
We will be back, thank you Angel

The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign
Hotel is in a great location
Rooms are beautiful
Roof top pool is a must late evening
We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda
The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available
The hotel was a walking distance from Ocean Blvd and also Española Way which is another tourist attraction
You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these

The large suite was so nice with having our kid. Great location, walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Nice and clean room. Decent pool on the roof. Would stay again!
We loved our stay at the Betsy. It’s a beautiful hotel that offers a respite from the louder locations along Ocean Drive. Beach across the street with plenty of chaises that are not on top of each other
The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were always going above and beyond. There is so much to explore on the property. All of the food and drinks were delicious
Such attentive staff, a beautiful, spotless room. We had one breakfast and one dinner at the Betsy… both meals were excellent. We highly recommend the Betsy
It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away
I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible

Everything is so beautiful! Their cafe is gorgeous, the pool area is so serene ☀️ you get a ride to the ocean on a fancy golf cart. The chair on the beach and umbrellas are very nice
Beautiful property with a lovely pool. The golf cart service was a game changer, giving us easy rides to the beach, ocean drive and the outdoor shopping mall
Our stay at Lennox was fantastic. The staff were warm and professional, the room was spotless and cozy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool was a real highlight
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. It is worth recommending.
Great people at the front desk, pool bar and running the shuttle service

For fish steaks and incredible liquor bar management is great staff is amazing very uppity people I definitely recommend this place hotel and the restaurant downstairs amazing place to stay
The most amazing hotel I've stayed at in years. They have a restaurant downstairs – the best food you can eat on the beach. As for dining outside, there's fish steaks and an incredible wine bar
The staff is amazing, very cheeky people. I definitely recommend this hotel and the restaurant downstairs – a wonderful place to relax
Given this place 4 only because it is very well used and dated inside. The staff all seem great and the location is great being right on the water
A bit pricey for what they offer, but compared to what other hotels in this area are charging it's not as pricey as it looks
The most amazing Hotel I'm staying in many many years. They have the restaurant stuck them downstairs best food you can eat on the beach
