Hotels on first line in Miami Beach

Really good location, beach was great. Pool area was a bit run down but clean and towels available

The hotel is very well located in front of the beach, from the pool there is access to the beach. The pool is small but does the job.

They are all pretty good, of course, sea view rooms are always the best choice!

But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time

Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.

We were also unable to use the pool area at all during this time due to the festival activity. Despite this, we were charged a $50 daily fee associated with amenities we could not access

Instead guests had to ask for it to be waived. Front Desk staff were not overall customer service oriented in this regard. The main waitress at the pool was rude and slow

The Miami Music Festival that took place March 24-29 created an extremely loud and chaotic environment. The noise levels were so intense that they could be heard from streets away and continued from 11:30 AM to 11:30PM

The front desk staff argued that all attendees of the music festivals were adults, as defined by the drinking age in Florida, but we sincerely doubt that they would be staying in the hotel (ie why we picked this hotel to avoid the spring break chaos)

In addition, the presence of large crowds of young festival attendees throughout the entrance way, foyer and hotel completely undermined the adults-only, tranquil atmosphere we specifically booked for

Unfortunately, our experience has been significantly impacted by circumstances that were not disclosed to us in advance (Trip. com and the hotel should have communicated this to us but neither did)

They were very warm, inviting, and helpful - especially with providing guidance in how to navigate South Beach. We were greeted both as we arrived and departed each day during our stay

Clean, calm, you have access to the beach. Staff very helpful, the location is very convenient

Would highly recommend if wanting to stay on Miami Beach

Beach is 3 min walk, hotel provides 2 sunbeds per room [umbrella not included - 28 us per day] Room is clean and modern, though rather small with very limited storage place

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Iberostar Waves. The room was spotless and comfortable. The towels and bath products were great. The rooftop pool was beautiful and had a great 365 degree view

Rooms are what you would expect - no issues and a nice bathroom/shower. They have a gorgeous infinity pool, but if you are out all day and then eat dinner it’s darn near impossible to utilize as it closes at 8

The AC Hotel Miami Beach is in a fantastic location, just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of everything you need

The property is exceptionally clean, the rooftop pool is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh, modern, and well maintained. The real standout, however, is Alex at the front desk

That needs to change and especially in Miami with the mess washing up on the beaches (unusable in my opinion)

What a great location! I will definitely be back!. For the hotel - we should be given a breakfast. That would make it over the top!. LOVE LOVE the rooftop pool! Great place to stay

Overall, this is a very good hotel with a great location, a beautiful rooftop pool, and an outstanding team member in Alex who truly deserves recognition

our room wasn’t ready which we did expect, they put our luggage in storage and gave us towel cards so we could use the pool and sunbeds, so we got changed into swimwear and had a look around, the towel guy looked a bit miserable and wasn’t very helpful and looked like he really didn’t want to be there

Which we thought would be very straightforward but it wasn’t, again the towel/pool man wasn’t very helpful, we had to down load an app, which our phones didn’t seem to like, then scan a bar code, we asked for help but he was useless

We sat for a few minutes and decided to move elsewhere. We found another pool a few floors up and just used the stairway. It was quite pleasant up there. The pool was nice and was heated

They need an easier system for using these bikes especially if you are not from the USA. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea

After us scanning and messing about trying to get these bikes out of the rack, the man watching us for about 10 minutes then said ah those bikes don’t work 😫😡. When we came back a few more bikes had been returned

We eventually got out on the bikes and went up on the coast road which was great, very busy with walkers and people running and biking, but we had a lovely time

Fantastic hotel and very clean throughout. Cleaning staff and pool staff were superb and couldn’t be more helpful. The guy in guest services was brilliant and his service saved me a lot of time

The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

On checking in the manager took a security deposit of 700 bucks and assured us could use it to pay for onsite facilities like bars restaurants etc but after three attempts restaurant and two bars, it couldn’t be done!! We queried this at reception we were told in theory it can be done but needed the manager to authorise!So it begs the question why such a large deposit!

I always stay only one night in Miami. Kimpton is a beautiful hotel very close to everything. The rooms are large and stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. The service is great, with a friendly staff

The large suite was so nice with having our kid. Great location, walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Nice and clean room. Decent pool on the roof. Would stay again!

Front desk was great, took care of a couple requests with no fuss. Nightly music next to the bar was outstanding! Roof top pool was very cool

Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower head would not stay in position

The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were always going above and beyond. There is so much to explore on the property. All of the food and drinks were delicious

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away

I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible

The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign

We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda

The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available

The hotel was a walking distance from Ocean Blvd and also Española Way which is another tourist attraction

You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these

Advantages: It was just renovated during the epidemic, the rooms are new, the design style is simple, bright and modern while maintaining the Art Deco style, and it is very eye-catching; there are two swimming pools, one on the ground and one on the roof, which is relatively rare in south beach

The rooms are large, which is unusual for historical buildings close to the beach. Disadvantages: The designer did not pay much attention to the comfort of the room

The room has been updated since the hotel was first constructed, but you can tell that it's probably been a good 10 to 15 years. Definitely some wear and tear on the materials and is in need for another update soon

  We also don’t know if we were reimbursed for the beach chair rental, as no receipt has been provided yet.  Hopefully this shows up soon.  We love this hotel and will definitely be back!

The entire property feels like a hidden oasis — beautifully designed spaces, lush corners to get lost in, and views that completely reset your mood the moment you arrive. The pool and deck were the highlight for me

Great pool and location on the bay A good location with a beautiful view of the bay and a great pool. Rooms are a bit old and if you're on the ground level they are dark and not as nice as the rooms on the second floor

Room was very clean, but the bathroom is small when youre trying to apply makeup and do your hair. Some extra counter space would be so great. Otherwise no issues at all! I really enjoyed my stay here!

I loved being able to jump straight into the water, grab a drink, and just settle into the day. The cocktails were great, the service was easy and friendly, and everything just flowed

I did not eat at the restaurant this trip but in the past it's always been great food. I love the location right on Collins, and the courtesy golf cart and private beach area are both great amenities

The city is very big and the beach is long, so I advise you to rent a car right away if you choose this hotel, otherwise the rest will only be on the beach, the distances from this hotel to everything else are very large

This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Lennox and I love this hotel. I always get a cabana room by the pool and I love being able to step right outside and read a book or take a nap poolside

The grounds are super nice and the staff is friendly. I always use the gym, and while it's small, it has plenty of the right equipment to get the job done

It’s outdated and had a big smell of cleaning products coming in the room. But overall was a nice place for the price. Walking distance to the beaches.

For the price it’s good. Dorms area clean beds are comfy reception very helpful. Close to beach and it has a pool . If you’re on a budget it’s fine. Not overly social that’s the only downside.

I will start with it was clean I appreciate that a lot! What I would complain about is the drains are all either clogged or very very slow to drain, if you turn the shower on you have to mess with it to get the right temp and pressure to be more then a trickle then your standing in 3 feet of water by the end of your shower I believe it took all night to drain but then I couldn’t get shower head to...

I do see what the other people in the reviews are talking about with the deposit and fees. I would have loved to stay longer but with the unknown fees I couldn’t plan for it

Pretty clean hotel room smelt really good! I would have enjoyed my stay if my key worked, I had to go to the front in the cold Multiple times which is about a 6 minute walk

Initially booked at Plymouth Hotel for the location and how close it was to the Miami Beach Convention Center as I was in town for business

No microwave , Staff is not attentive and don’t listen to you. My room was unlocked by someone after I left for work beach. When I came back my room was open without any cleaning. We complaint but no one took care of it

The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy

You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in

It was located within walking distance to South Beach and everything you could think of but it was still quiet at night so you can sleep. The pool area was beautiful and the food was delicious

The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.

The only complaint is that on the ******* app said check it was at 11 we didnt get in till around 3 pm so my wife and I just walked around southbeach.

What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching

It was just a quick overnight stay I would like to mention the beds was very very soft and so our backs hurt in the morning
