Hotels on first line in Miami Beach

Rooms were clean, but walls are a little thin. Heard people in the hallway all night long. It was nice that they provided beach towels and umbrellas.

We had an absolutely great first night, with a wonderful check in with Felix, a gem of a front desk person. The hotel is lovely - central, tastefully updated

Our second night, we got a taste of the downsides of this hotel. The soundproofing between rooms leaves something to be desired - at one am, we were awakened by very loud guests in the room next to ours

What came next (after her rudeness) was a battle between my husband and the next door tenant, banging on the walls until they finally got the hint and by three thirty, were quiet - just in time for us to have to get ready and leave

They rely heavily on plug ins and artificial scents - pleasant enough at first but even with us, caused some irritation. An asthmatic or someone sensitive to perfume would suffer

We called back at almost three am, and the night auditor was dismissive - said she went and stood outside the door and heard nothing. Basically, she didn’t intervene at all

The hotel has a great location, right next to the beach, which is very convenient. The rooms are quite large, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable

In every way they could without us even asking or even thinking of asking they would just offered that was great to see to be treated like everyone else. I will definitely come and stay again

It was helpful that they treated me kindly even though I can't speak English. It was close to the downtown area, so I enjoyed my trip.

It is true that the hotel is located near the beach, but there are many other better hotels around, or choose a hotel a few meters further away and walk to the beach, which is cheaper and has better service

the best part is definitely the location, since it’s close to everything in South Beach. However, there were some major downsides

oh yeah they got a sister hotel across the street but she went and got another had to swipe the card up and down about 5 times to open door but happy hour 7-8 free drinks no limit gotta use the same cup lol a street over from ocean drive and the beach location is PERFECT for price

This was a great hotel for nights around a cruise for anyone wanting to stay in South Beach. It was quaint and comfortable, and we could walk to many wonderful restaurants and to the water

The room is not very big and there are no facilities. There is only a coffee machine, but no coffee or mineral water. It is close to South Beach, with a nice view and is less lively than North Beach

The Cuban restaurant downstairs offers 15% discount for meals, but meals are expensive in the US and you have to tip. It's expensive, but it's close to the beach and it's a 5-10 minute walk to South Beach

Was a good experience. Easy to check-in and check-out, pretty comfortable room and perfect shower.

The air conditioner worked on its own. It couldn't be controlled manually, except for turning it on and off. When the bathroom light was turned on, the exhaust fan would automatically turn on very loudly

The hotel was busy just after the electronic music festival. The extra cash I paid in US dollars was less than 900 RMB, which is about 300-400 RMB in China

The beach is very close by, in the other side of the street. Lincoln road is about 20 minutes walking, and the location is very safe and well assisted by restaurants and other shops

The property looks good in pictures, but is definitely a dated location and not as it appears. There is no pool, the chairs and towels provided are hardly worth the “resort” fees.

Really above and beyond what is expected, especially for south beach. (Which seems to be full of bad service) Rooms arenta large but big enough with great beds, large TV and good size bathroom

The ice trays in the refrigerator were randomly placed, full of water and hair, obviously not cleaned. The air conditioner was too loud. Close to the beach, just two minutes walk.

The hotel is mid - way between South Beach and North Beach. The trolley is free and about a 10 minute ride

the location of the property is amazing ! It’s literally steps from the beach so you will not need to pay for transportation the beach! You can ask the front desk for a ticket and when you take it to the beach they give you free chats and an umbrella

Place need maintenance and a bit of upgrade. Location is good as this is next to beach and there are many places to eat around. But the room and washroom needs to be worked upon. Room felt very dingy from inside

This structure consists of an hotel and privately owned flats. There's a car parking but it is in general not free. People can use the outdoor pool

No breakfast but you can cook in the small kitchen or just go in one of the many restaurants nearby. The structure is just next to the beach
