The stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable in every detail. The service was excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. I would definitely visit again!
Fantastic hotel and very clean throughout. Cleaning staff and pool staff were superb and couldn’t be more helpful. The guy in guest services was brilliant and his service saved me a lot of time. However the attitude of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. When checking out we weren’t even asked if we had a nice stay. On checking in the manager took a security deposit of 700 bucks and assured...
The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, and the hotel is kept very clean every day.

Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower was not a highlight. Shower head would not stay in position. TV would not stream our devices or let us login to apps.
The large suite was so nice with having our kid. Great location, walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Nice and clean room. Decent pool on the roof. Would stay again!
Great bar and restaurant. Love this hotel!
Loved the vibe, retro chic. Art work on the walls were fun to look at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but very small. Great location. Would stay here again.
Iconic Hotel…five star service and this is where all the happening events takes place
It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

The room was generally small, especially the shower room, which was extremely cramped!
Service: The receptionist had a terrible attitude, and the valet parking service was a huge rip-off! Beware! During check-in, they told me there weren't any nearby public parking lots, and the available ones were far away and more expensive than their $40/day valet parking. They said it was very convenient, just...
Hotel is in a great location
Rooms are beautiful
Roof top pool is a must late evening
The hotel is relatively clean! The location is very good, 2-3 minutes to the beach, with a private beach, nice environment! The service attitude is also very good! I recommend staying here if you come to South Beach!
We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. Good size for two ppl. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda. The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available. The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs...
The hotel is in a decent location close to the beach. You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these.
We think breakfast should be included for the price charged.
Very convenient location. It's on the main street and it's very close to the beach. The deco is nice. The room is spacious for two ppl but if for 3 ppl then the space is a bit tight. I think the Queen size bed is a bit smaller than usual . The staff are helpful. I think it worths the money

The room has been updated since the hotel was first constructed, but you can tell that it's probably been a good 10 to 15 years. Definitely some wear and tear on the materials and is in need for another update soon. Regardless of condition of the room, we still really enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant, service, amenities, and location really make up for it. My wife and I both agreed that we would...
It was a fantastic stay! Just a few inside things, 1. The vodka cocktail I got was 40.17$ . I received two, 15$ drink vouchers at check in and with both vouchers I still paid 10.17$. 2. The water pressure on the 5th floor was very low and did not get real hot. It worked good enough for a shower, but it took a little more time. The hotel is wonderful.
A wonderful stay as always, although the television/streaming service was not working any of the days we were there. We also don’t know if we were reimbursed for the beach chair rental, as no receipt has been provided yet. Hopefully this shows up soon. We love this hotel and will definitely be back!
Not recommended. A small hotel
Very clean, kinda and accommodating staff, great location!
Advantages: It was just renovated during the epidemic, the rooms are new, the design style is simple, bright and modern while maintaining the Art Deco style, and it is very eye-catching; there are two swimming pools, one on the ground and one on the roof, which is relatively rare in south beach. The rooms are large, which is unusual for historical buildings close to the beach.
Disadvantages: The designer...

Clean. Great staff. Good food offerings. Cafe staff was super friendly. Great pool scene. Spa is amazing.
A Perfect Little Oasis in Miami
I just wrapped up an amazing stay at The Standard Miami, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The entire property feels like a hidden oasis — beautifully designed spaces, lush corners to get lost in, and views that completely reset your mood the moment you arrive.
The pool and deck were the highlight for me. I loved being able to jump straight into the water...
Room was very clean, but the bathroom is small when youre trying to apply makeup and do your hair. Some extra counter space would be so great.
Otherwise no issues at all! I really enjoyed my stay here!
This place never disappoints! Chic, and chill with a Miami vibe. Great people watching and yacht watching in the Bay!
The standard hotel is the best adult playground! Soo relaxing and amazing every time. If you are looking to disconnect from everyday life and detox from daily stress and live in a bath robe all day spa vibes and no worries this is the place for you!

I loved this hotel! If I return to Miami Beach, I will definitely stay there again. It was small and quaint and quiet which I appreciated. It was also one block from Collins Avenue where all of the shops and restaurants are. Plenty of places to walk to for meals or drinks. Very nice staff, hotel is exceptionally clean.
I had a fantastic time staying at the cadet hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and bilingual, the location is amazing on the beach and Lincoln Road , and Jackie Gleason Theater and new world symphony, and Convention center. The hotel is very well taken care of and a wonderful place to stay with an on-site Cafe , etc. I highly recommend it!
The best thing about the hotel is location. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, public transport, etc. The hotel is quite outdated. Old furniture, etc. Also, Hotel charges for damaged towels, which I found unusual. Got charged for one of the towel, cause it had hair colour.
A very cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action of Miami, with a private beach just a few minutes' walk away. Towels are provided at reception. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a backyard with a jacuzzi. The room was decent, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom, while small, was fine. The only downside was the musty smell when you first enter the room.
we were greeted at the door by the manager and treated with kindess after a very long day! what a wonderful hotel! elegant, spotless, and excellent location! we have been to many hotels in miami, but this is by far the best! i would highly recommend to anyone! 🍾❤️
I along with a few colleagues stayed here for a business trip. The location is in walking distance to where we needed to meet along with many food options and even some shopping options nearby by. There is no drive-up area for loading/unloading. We found street parking to check-in. I was a bit nervous as I saw cars actively being towed. The front desk agent checked us in and walked me outside...

The Four Seasons Surf Club is the only reason I visit Miami. In a city known for its energy and crowds, this property offers a private, tranquil pocket that feels like a world away—yet remains close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. The hotel's size is ideal if you prefer an elevated exclusive feel. With under 80 rooms, the property never feels crowded. There's always plenty of space...
Without a doubt, this is the most elegant, the classiest and most refined hotel in all of Miami. It is exclusive, it is super expensive and it is exquisite. The property doesn’t boast timeless elegance, it exudes it. The refinement doesn’t feel manufactured. It feels natural and intrinsic. The walls and the pillars speak to you and tell you about the history of the building and the property at large...
So overall this is an exquisite hotel. I have been three times. But this last time was the first time I would not give it 5 stars. Small things but just lacking in the same polished service as it used to offer. Food prices are outrag3eous. For 3 people it was nearly $200 for breakfast and the breakfast was truly mediocre. I could try to justify it if it was really wonderful but it was not. It is SUPER...
Quite standard , not a fan of the chain but I had to stay here and it was not as bad as I remembered but they did not change my mind --mid
We go to Miami every two years. We usually stay at Faena, but this time we decided to make a change and stayed at the Four Seasons Surfside. The hotel is very new and beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and its design is quite relaxing. The restaurants and food were very good. The staff were very attentive. I think the fact that it was not overly crowded was definitely an advantage.
Got an early Saturday reservation, had to sit at cocktail table in bar. Table way too small for 3 people having dinner. Live music lovely and staff very attentive. I think I expected too much of the food bc of the ratings of this place. But my palet left disappointed. The fresh bread and butter delish as is complimentary crudite. The Fois Grois appetizer was $48, small and not as good as many we have...

Excellent hostel with a fantastic location, and for minimal money too! The staff are friendly and genuinely always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping, and the beds and their ladders are sturdy. There's a hot water dispenser near the pool (next to the washing machines).
It is very cheap and central hotel. You can eat or drink or shop around.
Great place to stay, super close to the beach. Dana was very helpful with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend
Very nice, atmopheric hostel, ocean so close

We stayed here during the 2026 Miami Boat Show and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient — just steps from the beach and close to South Beach, the convention center, as well as plenty of dining and shopping options.
Our room was clean and comfortable. While the view wasn’t the highlight, everything else more than made up for it. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful...
Yes the room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a late check out!!
We would definitely consider returning next time. We are in Miami.🤗
Pool beautiful, lobby nice with fruit infused water all day, lovely restaurant and breakfast. Booked in a room on the 2nd floor over a hair salon, the hall from the elevator smelled bad with chemicals so they did move us after asking but we are VIP status with ******* so I was surprised we had to ask to move.
Great hotel well located but without a wow. The rooms need already some improvements in the shower have some molds.
Nice room, friendly staff especially Anita at the bar
Close to the beach with many restaurants to chose from
Clean place, room and entire hotel.

If you’re doing a short stay for the weekend on a budget and would like a nice view this place is fine. I will start with it was clean I appreciate that a lot! Pretty clean hotel room smelt really good! I would have enjoyed my stay if my key worked, I had to go to the front in the cold Multiple times which is about a 6 minute walk. Initially booked at Plymouth Hotel for the location and how close it was to the Miami Beach Convention Center as I was in town for business. Nice, clean room and an excellent location. The hotel is within walking distance of The Setai, various shops, and very close to the beach, which makes it very convenient. Staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

Strategic location. Walking distance to main attractions. spacious room.
No microwave , Staff is not attentive and don’t listen to you. My room was unlocked by someone after I left for work beach. When I came back my room was open without any cleaning. We complaint but no one took care of it. I will
Not recommend this hotel

The staff was unbelievable the cleanliness phenomenal highly recommended one of the best times I’ve ever had in Miami. Thank you very much for having us. We will be back. We love you guys. Thank you.
We stayed at the Sagamore Hotel in South Beach before our cruise and it was a great choice. The location is ideal, right on the beach and just steps from Ocean Drive, restaurants, and shopping, but still calm enough to relax when you want to unplug.

Clean room, unspectacular, some chipped floor tiles and sofa bed was average. Good staff but like all these South beach hotels they overcharge for everything: $47 a night to park, $30 for an umbrella for your complimentary 2 beach chairs, $17 more if you need a third chair (without pads like the big hotels. Location is great so it’s about price. A good stay if you get a room rate and minimize extras...
There wasn't much of a beach view from the room I was in, but the 2 level suite I was in was great as I was traveling with my wife and kids. The suite was on the first level which made it very neat the pool
“Beach view” was non existent. Our view was the concrete wall of what seemed to be an active construction site… The cleaning always felt half-done/lackluster. Good hotel but aging infrastructure with shower water temperature hard to adjust and elevators that bounce. That said, I appreciate the kind staff as well as the associated restaurant and rooftop bar. The bar had a great view of the new year's fireworks.
It was just a quick overnight stay I would like to mention the beds was very very soft and so our backs hurt in the morning
The only complaint is that on the ******* app said check it was at 11 we didnt get in till around 3 pm so my wife and I just walked around southbeach.
This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in. What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful.
Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching.
The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.
The stay was wonderful! I wish I could have been able to stay longer. Everything was very clean and spacious. Stayed 3 nights over the holidays. Love the vibe. Very helpful staff. Room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was relaxing-very few kids. Location is excellent and you can walk to South Point if you want. One note. Street is closed in front of the hotel so had to uber a couple of blocks over and also walk with luggage to hotel. No big deal but good for future guests.
A good 3.5-4 star hotel. Pool is very basic, no place to hang the towels in the room, gym is limited compared to the pictures but still decent.
Overall very nice hotel.

Absolutely wonderful. It lived up to its reputation. My whole family was very satisfied.
Fine amenities, extremely helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and the most well appointed room I’ve had in many years
The staff were very attentive, the room is spacious and well equipped. The pool area is beautiful.
The service was exceptional, the cleanliness was impeccable, the overall experience was one we will not soon forget.
The staff and service is next to none; they are fantastic and make the experience. The construction noise around the pool area is extremely annoying and is the antithesis of relaxing. The hotel should notify people about this before they book. It would be nice if the restaurant area was a bit more upscale and less loud and tacky...

Alright, so the SLS South Beach! Look, if you're looking for a place where you can feel a bit like a Kardashian for a weekend, this is your hotel. The moment you step inside, you just get the vibe: it's all about design, party, and good old-fashioned showing off.
The pool is the absolute epicenter of everything. This isn't where you go to quietly read a book, mind you! Here, it's music blasting, cocktails...
Loved this hotel! My room was just big enough to be comfortable with fun, design-aware decor and a jaw dropping water view better than any I’ve experienced at other waterfront Miami Beach hotels. Great service by the pool. Definitely more of a party vibe than a business meeting destination!
Excellent location. The atmosphere is both beautiful and posh. You can likely find something better for the price in terms of comfort as the rooms are small. Depending on if you're near the pool where they have events, it can be loud. However, I do recommend for 1-2 nights just based "hip" factor it carries, but would not stay longer. If access is included to the pool parties + paid bar area at night...
Reception: Very helpful and friendly
Rooms: Clean but not very big. Even the “better” rooms with ocean view are quite small. As almost always in US hotels, the doors are not properly soundproofed, you can hear people talking and walking on the hallway

We were bothered by the excessive softness of the mattress. There is no possibility to open a window to ventilate the room. The location is excellent and the beach with amazing sunrises = worth it!
The stay was pleasant, however the main elevator was broken and we had to climb a few steps to reach another elevator.
The hotel is really good. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is also very nice.
Property is not very up to date. Staff were polite, especially their female desk clerk. Room was clean and spacious but I had a faulty tub drain so couldn’t soak like I wanted. Also, the elevator was broken.
Very suitable for lying down, but please don't refer to all platforms when booking room types. I saw the room pictures on Ctrip before and thought that the highest-level room type that can be booked is a sea view room. After booking it, I was told that it was not a sea view room when I checked in. This is a big difference. The room is clean and hygienic, and the extra breakfast is OK. The main thing...

Love the design of this property and the location couldn't be more perfect. Awesome amenities and beach access and would definitely stay here again.
Second time staying in this hotel.
The hotel photos are very different from the actual situation, and the service staff are very unfriendly to Chinese tourists! The room is very small and the soundproofing is so poor! I was woken up by various noises in the corridor every day. It's really not worth $300 a night! I advise everyone to spend more money and choose an international hotel chain.
This hotel is in South Beach, Miami, where there is a beautiful beach, but it is not the best location. The hotel is very close to the beach. Cross the road and pass an apartment to reach the beach🏝️. I didn't even take a picture of the hotel. Now let me tell you, this is similar to a three-star small hotel. In the room, as in all the rooms, there was a safe. One morning, I forgot to put my city bag back inside it - the one with my passport, all my cash (a lot of cash), my watches, and everything else. I want to sincerely thank and congratulate the housekeeping staff for not being tempted to take anything, even though it would have been easy. These people are truly honest.
I love to stay the Sew view hotel members so nice specially manager, Mrs: Maria and Mrs. Luna Mr. Dante, very generous, very polite
A bit tired but a budget option in that area. Low level sea views leave a lot to be desired
The room was very clean and nice. The restaurant was very good, we ate Dinner, Lunch and one breakfast there. The beach and pool folks were nice. Parking for $25 a day was unnecessary.
The view that I paid $3000 for overlooked a tacky roof. The hotel next-door was doing construction. I was sick in my room for a week, listening to the banging. The only thing that saved my whole day were the employees with their kindness the room service checking in on us to make sure we were OK, but the amenities itself were not worth the money that I spent.
Property was well kept up. I like that fact that it is right on the beach. Clean and very helpful staff.
