A bit run down. Needs a refresh and cut the constant thumping club music in the lobby. Nobody wants to hear that at 7:00 AM!

The hotel is very much a boutique property. I have been coming here for years. It’s in a great location and it never disappoints.

The room was clean but smaller than expected. The hotel is lovely but was under construction so no gym. I liked the proximity to the beach.

The air freshener in the lobby is waaay too strong and overpowering. If you have allergies or asthma it is difficult to endure. Air conditioner is very loud when it kicks on at night. The doors slam loud so you other dorrs slamming shut late at night and early in the morning. They have construction next door and if you use the pool, you listen to the drilling and construction sounds. The pool water...

I stayed here after a cruise to get some R&R and it didn’t disappoint. My sister in law and I got in at 9am before our room was ready and we were able to store our luggage, change into swim suits, and enjoy the pools. Our stay at the National Hotel has been wonderful. Everyone is so attentive and helpful. On the beach, Elijah and Conner are so welcoming and helpful with anything we need, always friendly and willing to help. Very good location and decoration. They kicked us out of the pool at 3 PM for a private event and they did not compensate us at all. The rest was very good.

Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower was not a highlight. Shower head would not stay in position. TV would not stream our devices or let us login to apps.

Iconic Hotel…five star service and this is where all the happening events takes place

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

Storm canceled flight plans. They wouldn’t offer to change my stay date even though I’ve been here over 10 times this past few years.

We go to Miami every two years. We usually stay at Faena, but this time we decided to make a change and stayed at the Four Seasons Surfside. We stayed here during the 2026 Miami Boat Show and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient — just steps from the beach and close to South Beach, the convention center, as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Pool beautiful, lobby nice with fruit infused water all day, lovely restaurant and breakfast. Booked in a room on the 2nd floor over a hair salon, the hall from the elevator smelled bad with chemicals so they did move us after asking but we are VIP status with ******* so I was surprised we had to ask to move.

Good hotel but aging infrastructure with shower water temperature hard to adjust and elevators that bounce. That said, I appreciate the kind staff as well as the associated restaurant and rooftop bar. The bar had a great view of the new year's fireworks.

It was just a quick overnight stay I would like to mention the beds was very very soft and so our backs hurt in the morning

The only complaint is that on the ******* app said check it was at 11 we didnt get in till around 3 pm so my wife and I just walked around southbeach.

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in. What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching.

The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.

The stay was wonderful! I wish I could have been able to stay longer. Everything was very clean and spacious. It was located within walking distance to South Beach and everything you could think of but it was still quiet at night so you can sleep. The pool area was beautiful and the food was delicious. Stayed 3 nights over the holidays. Love the vibe. Very helpful staff. Room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was relaxing-very few kids. Location is excellent and you can walk to South Point if you want. One note. Street is closed in front of the hotel so had to uber a couple of blocks over and also walk with luggage to hotel. not all rooms have a (beach) view, small rooms with very high price, although the guys at the front desk were nice there was one lady (who probably had some personal issues that she was trying to deal with and was very evident when she spoke), she didnt have basic courtesy when checking-in, she was rude.. not worth paying the kind of money they charge to get treated the way she did.. SAD.. not going...

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious.

Gorgeous location, spacious room, ocean views, sun loungers, water, and towels provided. Plus, if you check out at 11 a.m., you can stay on the beach until evening. 🗽 I also loved the restaurant, with its varied and delicious dishes.

Yesterday, the hotel facilities were quite old, probably because it had been open for a long time. There was also a musty smell in the room, probably because it was close to the beach. However, the environment was still good, the balcony was also very large, and it was a short walk to the white sand beach. Located in the great South of 5th area of the beach, this place is great. I have reviewed this hotel before, and it might even be better. I will be going back, Clean rooms, great staff and it's right on the beach. It is a bit expensive, but that's the only negative I have. -Enjoy it-

This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.

The staff at the Courtyard by Marriot Miami Beach - South Beach made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The room was clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. I wnjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night there, didn't have a chance to use their amenities. The room we had want facing a very busy street, so it was pretty loud. They have a bar downstairs that is open 24/7 which is very convenient but also is pretty noisy. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

The purpose of the exhibition was to be held, but it was close to the Miami Convention, had many good restaurants, and the beach was just across the street, so it was very nice.

This is one of the cleanest hotels, with the nicest staff in the spa. Everybody was there to help there to show you every little thing can’t wait to come back.

I celebrated my birthday at Carillon Miami with my two daughters, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Every detail was impeccable, creating a sense of elegance and comfort. The only minor drawback was the lack of hot water on our last day, but it did little to diminish an otherwise exceptional stay.

This a very nice hotel in an awesome location with a secluded pool outside and access to the beach right behind it. Its decor is straight vintage and has that art deco Miami feel to it. Our stay for a few nights was good overall and I wish that there was some sort of breakfast included or that the restaurants/bar options were cheaper.

I've never stayed here because I live close enough to Miami that I usually just make a day trip of it. But I love to stop here for a classic mojito and sit at the bar outside by the pool. It's shady and pretty, and makes lovely place to take a break after walking for a while in South Beach.

Beach towels had to be brought to the beach from the room they weren’t offered at the pool. Only one towel per person each stay. For the price it was good that it had kitchen

Stayed here for a last minute babymoon with my husband. Very nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little out dated but still very nice. They gave me a handicap room when I showered all the water went out, but they fix it for me and they give me different room immediately but I wasn’t happy because I didn’t tell me it’s a handicap room they’re supposed to let me know it’s a handicap and I will confirm I could have it or not.
