Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower was not a highlight. Shower head would not stay in position. TV would not stream our devices or let us login to apps.

The large suite was so nice with having our kid. Great location, walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Nice and clean room. Decent pool on the roof. Would stay again!

Iconic Hotel…five star service and this is where all the happening events takes place

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were always going above and beyond. There is so much to explore on the property. All of the food and drinks were delicious. The rooms are small but the amenities throughout the hotel make up for that.

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in. What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching.

The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.

The stay was wonderful! I wish I could have been able to stay longer. Everything was very clean and spacious. It was located within walking distance to South Beach and everything you could think of but it was still quiet at night so you can sleep. The pool area was beautiful and the food was delicious. Staff was amazing.

The standard hotel is the best adult playground! Soo relaxing and amazing every time. If you are looking to disconnect from everyday life and detox from daily stress and live in a bath robe all day spa vibes and no worries this is the place for you!

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious.

Gorgeous location, spacious room, ocean views, sun loungers, water, and towels provided. Plus, if you check out at 11 a.m., you can stay on the beach until evening. 🗽 I also loved the restaurant, with its varied and delicious dishes.

I celebrated my birthday at Carillon Miami with my two daughters, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We go to Miami every two years. We usually stay at Faena, but this time we decided to make a change and stayed at the Four Seasons Surfside. The hotel is very new and beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and its design is quite relaxing. The restaurants and food were very good. The staff were very attentive. I think the fact that it was not overly crowded was definitely an advantage.

We only stayed one night there, didn't have a chance to use their amenities. The room we had want facing a very busy street, so it was pretty loud. They have a bar downstairs that is open 24/7 which is very convenient but also is pretty noisy. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

The purpose of the exhibition was to be held, but it was close to the Miami Convention, had many good restaurants, and the beach was just across the street, so it was very nice.

It's ok, but the door lock is too old and the sensor is not sensitive. I have to swipe the card several times to open the door.

The hotel is good, clean, there is a small but good pool. The negative points there is no place to Store the luggage after checkout and there are no chair and sun umbrela available in the beach.

This a very nice hotel in an awesome location with a secluded pool outside and access to the beach right behind it. Its decor is straight vintage and has that art deco Miami feel to it. Our stay for a few nights was good overall and I wish that there was some sort of breakfast included or that the restaurants/bar options were cheaper.

I've never stayed here because I live close enough to Miami that I usually just make a day trip of it. But I love to stop here for a classic mojito and sit at the bar outside by the pool. It's shady and pretty, and makes lovely place to take a break after walking for a while in South Beach.

This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.

When I arrived at this hotel, I felt it was really convenient. There are local dishes around, and the Mexican food is unforgettable. The beach is not far from the hotel. Every morning, I went to the swimming pool upstairs to take a dip, and then went surfing when the sun rose! It was wonderful
