The location is superb. It has its own pool, right on the beach. Unfortunately, the staff is indifferent. They're completely uninterested in clients' birthdays. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The Sagamore was very luxe and relaxing oasis in Miami Beach. The room was modern, spacious with cozy beds. Loved the chill lobby, with art gallery, heated pool and beach staff was top notch. Very peaceful spot but also cool, This hotel is close and walkable to many eateries and Lincoln Road shops. Highly recommend for couples and families. We will be back!

This is a fantastic hotel! Came for a girls Miami trip. Right on the beach, great pool. Walking to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and checked to make sure everything was ok with our stay. Will be coming back!

We recently spent the day at the Sagamore Hotel, and while the property itself is stunning, it was Shelly at the front desk who truly made our visit exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive.
Shelly went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for our day trip. Whether it was helping us access hotel amenities, answering our many questions with patience, or offering dining tips, she did it all with a smile and genuine care. It’s honestly so rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality and guest experience.
Thanks to her, our short visit felt very special. Shelly is a true asset to the Sagamore team, and we hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have her. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be looking for her at the front desk when we do!

We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the daily service was great. We spent a lot of time at the pool, went to the beach, and two of us went parasailing.
The location is perfect either way and Italian and Spanish bakery across the street. It is also close to drive and check out South Beach action. We would definitely return to this hotel.

We arrived after a full day at a convention. Luis saw how tired we were and offered an upgrade. The room is spectacular, beautifully set up and a great view of the ocean. If possible Mercedes would have taken the light fixture home.
The service has been outstanding, I could not recommend it more highly. They deserve 6 stars. Even Delry was superb and could not have been better.

When we arrived the hostess was short and rude, just really acted like someone who hated her job and everyone that csme in there. we only had 4 out of our 6 people in the party and she said she couldn't seat us. We told her we were going to order apps and drinks... finally she seated us but only at a four person table. She said we could "slide up two more chairs when they got there".
The servers were mostly nice after that, but the service was extremely slow and undependable. The food was decent at best but WAY over priced, especially for the quality.

The food is good but the service is awful! If I could provide no stars I would. Sit in the bar, the servers are much friendlier up there! Our waiter disappeared. We were the first reservation to show up and the room was empty so we weren't even that busy. Then the manager shows up long after we requested the bill, like 30 mins after and has an attitude with us. Again no waiter in sight... Now he can't split the bill for us and gives an attitude about it when someone in be party asked. I don't spend spend 100 bucks for dinner to wait and be yelled out... Not worth it!

I love this place! Beautiful people everywhere. The music is awesome the decor is smashing, food... 99th percentile for sure as far as Japanese cuisine on the beach.

Nicole Octavia or whatever her name is is the absolute worst. I came into the store and ordered a $7 salad, I asked her for a cup of water and she said she was out of complimentary cups. I advised her I really needed just a cup and I could drink it in front of her but she advised I would have to pay a full drink price for the cup of WATER. As a corporation, you are legally required to provide a source of WATER to a customer. She did not suggest one. She refused.
Of all the times I have purchased from subway, I have never dealt with someone as disgusting as her.
Her persona and presence just told me she didn't value or want this job.
