Service: The receptionist had a terrible attitude, and the valet parking service was a huge rip-off! Beware! During check-in, they told me there weren't any nearby public parking lots, and the available ones were far away and more expensive than their $40/day valet parking. They said it was very convenient, just call the front desk 19 minutes in advance. However, the next morning when we needed to use the car, we waited half an hour, and they said they never said anything about needing to call 10 minutes in advance. Okay, we accepted it and asked if we could cancel the service for the next two days. They said yes, but when we checked back at check-out, they completely denied it. The receptionist initially said she hadn't seen us the next morning. Fine, then I wanted to find someone else who was there that day. They said it was the manager, and since she wasn't there, they told me to email her and resolve the issue myself! Later, we found a public parking lot just one block from the hotel, and it only cost $20 per day! I believe this hotel has a significant consumer trap regarding its valet parking service. Moreover, after I requested and received confirmation of this service, they did not refund the corresponding fee and their service attitude was poor and evasive!
