This place is a motel 6 that received a crappy paint job.
From the get go, they do not tell you that the elevator is broken. Per the receptionist,
"it
has been for a week or so" after reading other reviews, it's been down for well over a
month
I'm 47yrs old with a bad hip.
They put us on the fifth floor, then we found the elevators
were broke.

My wife and I had everything in a suitcase, and our backpacks.
Suitcase weight was 63lbs.
I let them know that I have a bad hip and the climb up the stairs would cause a ton of pain and issues. They had no solution to it.
Once we got to the room, the keys would not work.. down I go to get the keys
reprogrammed....

I have made 7 trips up and down these dam stairs just because of key issues.
The room, again, it's a Motel 6 but, gaps in the door that allow hot air in, the AC couldn't get the room below 75 degrees until well after midnight...
Water damage in the ceiling by the vanity, broken tiles in the floor. The water in the shower, if you like a hot shower, good luck, pressure is very low and the water bounces from warm to cold as you are showering.
Also, if you are expecting cable
TV, you get a whopping 3 channels...

The third party booking agency "Hopper" (horrible as well) won't do a dam thing, they point the finger at the hotel, the hotel is pointing at Hopper.
No discount, no resolve,
NOTHING to accommodate the issues with the room or my health issue.
We did get a late checkout since we couldn't sleep and, if you read the hotel policy, they have it in writing that the rooms stay empty for 24hrs between each booking, I was told the room rooms were completely booked for the evening because of an event.
This is another lie.. when I went to talk to the young lady at the front desk, she said we could not have a later checkout due to being 100% full after our stay.
I plan on reporting these ADA issues to the state very soon
based off the elevators being out of commission for all over a month, not " a couple days"

They did offer me another room at about 10:30pm but, my wife and I were so over it that we made the decision to stay on the fifth floor and the next time we went downstairs, it would to be to leave.

The location of Palm Tree Club Miami is good, and the view of the pool is nice. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The property feels much more like a motel than a hotel. During my entire stay, the telephone in the room was not working, which meant that for any issue at all I had to go in person to the reception (even something as simple as requesting a remote control for the TV as there was no remote control in the room when I arrived).

The access cards stopped working several times, forcing me to return to reception to have them replaced.

There is no breakfast available at the restaurant. Instead, it operates as a disco bar, with parties taking place throughout the weekend. My stay included a long weekend, and there were very loud parties three nights in a row, making it extremely difficult to rest.

The elevator was out of service for the entire stay. Our room was on the 4th floor, and when we arrived, staff did not mention the lift issue at all. We had to carry all our luggage upstairs. After reading reviews later, I saw that the elevator being out of service has been mentioned for several months, which I wish I had known before booking.

The pool is not heated, and the water was extremely cold, making it impossible to swim or enjoy it.

Overall, the experience was not good at all, and I regret not reading the reviews more carefully before booking. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for comfort, quiet, or proper hotel services.

It’s pretty clear that this place doesn’t value reviews. They comment on each bad review like they’re going to improve but clearly they aren’t changing anything. We were there for 2 hours and we had to leave. This place was terrible. The room was filthy. It smelled like marijuana. Hair all over the bathroom that was clearly never cleaned. The sheets were moist. The traffic around the “resort” was intense. We had no choice but to leave fearing for safety and health. And they denied a refund despite clearly catfishing us with online photos that aren’t representative of the “resorts” condition. Do not stay here unless you are planning on wearing a hazmat suit

Please do not stay at this hotel!!!! My friends and I booked this hotel for our trip to Miami. To say the least we were excited to stay there. Upon arriving to this hotel we were shocked to see that there were no security cameras in the hotel. The hotel had numerous exists which meant that anyone can enter/exist the hotel and not be seen. Also, our hotel room looked outdated and run down, the carpet had stains, the vent in the bathroom was filled with dust, the balcony had bird feces everywhere, the coffee area had crumbs, and the room looked as if it was falling apart. The main issue we had were the bugs in our room. There were flies frying near the lamps and in the bathroom. To my horror I saw bugs on my bed, which made me paranoid and I could not sleep. I sat on a chair to avoid laying on the bed. Then, we decided to voice our concerns to the manager. We were then moved to another hotel room. However, our problem was far from over. My friend Simone decided to inspect her bed and saw the same bug we saw in the first room. She then called the front desk and we packed up our suitcases and moved to yet another room. We stayed in a total of 3 rooms before deciding to leave and book another hotel. Honestly I won’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The only good thing about this hotel is the outdoor dining/bar area which has an excellent view. Also, this hotel has a nice pool area. Other than that I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The manager promised us a refund but I am seeing that I am still being charged. Guys save yourself the trouble and book a 4 or 5 star hotel. I have video/photographic evidence of everything we experienced at the hotel.
