I stayed at Pullman Miami Airport and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service is very convenient. The staff is friendly and always helpful, making you feel welcome.
The room was perfect—spacious, clean, and with a beautiful view. Breakfast was included, and the buffet offered a great variety to choose from. There’s also an on-site restaurant for dinner. The lobby is large and comfortable, and the pool area is very relaxing. Highly recommended!

First of all wow! Exceptional service from Darryl at the front desk! Our flight got in early and he made us very comfortable as we waited for a room to become available, we would have waited hours if it wasn’t for his help and his patience with us! Thank
You! We were also able to grab breakfast while we waited and it was so good! We had to go back for more!

We enjoyed our long layover stay here. Hotel is clean with stylish and relaxing atmosphere . Food and drink options are good, the only feedbacks we have is the shower head was not working properly in our room. Very low water pressure, but our friends in the other room had no issue.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was super delicious with a great selection of food.

Overall, everything was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Miami, and I must say the experience was far below what I expected from a 4-star hotel of this reputation. For the price charged, the quality of the service and the room was underwhelming.
The room felt very dated and dark. Specifically, the beds were extremely uncomfortable—they were far too soft and felt like they hadn't been replaced in years. It was clear the springs were worn-out, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Furthermore, there was no minibar and absolutely no instructions provided for Wi-Fi, TV, or hotel services.
Cleanliness and Service:
I was also disappointed with the housekeeping. While the bathroom was cleaned, the rest of the room seemed neglected during the daily service. It felt like only the bare minimum was being done.
In a competitive market like Miami, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay felt like a budget experience at a premium price point. I hope the management addresses these maintenance and service issues.

I stayed for 7 nights. For a 4 star hotel, I'm disappointed. It's very dated, poor lighting, the carpet is disgusting, the bed needs replacement - mattress is old, lack support, the phone doesn't work, the bathroom lost the hook to hang your towel and didn't fix it just paint over it.

The fire alarm randomly went off at 8am in my room, it's shockingly loud, as they are... The service lady said it's fine, like it's not fine, you cannot stay in the room with that noise it's deafening. The maintenance entered the room with no privacy - just found him in there after going to the front desk! He asked me to pack my stuff - whilst the alarm is going off - so here I am throwing all my stuff out of the room in choas just to get it out - trying to minimise damaging my ears by getting out as quickly as possible.

I do not recommend this place at all. I will never come back, there's plenty of better hotels. For the price they charge... I expect better. It's like hostel quality.

Pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews. Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant in hotel is excellent even though opening hours was limited. Shuttle service was reliable and driver was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time while on layover in MIA.

I asked for an acai smoothie and she put in bags of liquid acai. The rest was water and ice. And then they charged me 8$. Wouldn't recommend it.

The shop is supposed to open at 8 on Fridays and I came at 9am and the door was closed and the lights were on. I called and no one answered. This is not the first time this happens. This absolutely ridiculous ?

I decided to try this place for the fist time and I'm not coming back again after the poor service i received from this man, the employee doesn't speak English and obviously couldn't help me with the different categories in the menu, I wanted to know the difference between planet lite and planet classics. Moreover, i was looking for fiber and he was offered me chia seeds!!!!! it is a shame because the place looked really nice but the employee is not prepared for this job I'm not coming back again.
